Except when I dropped my car off at 10am, they didn't tell me that they didn't even have the parts to do the job. I left on foot and when I walked back to the shop at noon to pick up my car, that's when Matthew told me they didn't even have parts yet. I was then told the parts wouldn't be in until 2. When I called at 3 and they still hadn't arrived, I requested my car back. As soon as I told them I was on my way to get my car, the parts magically arrived. When I asked Matthew why he waited until That Morning to order parts, when the appt was made a full week before, I got 2 answers: "because everyone showed them in stock" and "I have to pay for those parts when I order them". I'm confused, if they required a deposit to pre-order ball joints, they should have told me when I made the appointment. So, a 2 hr repair turned into 71/2 hours. They absolutely should have told me at 10am that the parts weren't there, and they could not possibly complete the repairs in the quoted time, so I could then have made an informed decision to reschedule my appt for when the parts were actually on site. They really dropped the ball. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because they did, in fact, complete the agreed upon repairs to my car- I think. Competently, I hope. Time will tell. Oh, and to add insult to injury, my car smelled like cigarette smoke and there were 2 big black fingerprints on the inside of the driver's door.

They didn't have the tire in stock but could get it by Wednesday. I found a tire in Mayer at the Harley Davidson but I'll get to back to that. I asked if I got the tire and got there by 4 could they get me in to swallow the tire out since we need to be on the road in the morning. He said his guys were itching to go home. So I inquired about Wednesday and he said they didn't hsve to tools to swap the tire. Unfortunately there is no special tools needed for changing a tire. Liberty Harley Davidson had 1 tire for $400 however he was rude and acted like he was put out for having to go look for the tire. Then he let me know that he can't work on anything but a Harley Davidson. I let him know it was an unexpected emergency and he said they aren't allowed. The most helpful person in town was the manager at Discount tire. He called around tried to set stuff up and was friendly. I could her the guy from liberty Harley Davidson telling him he'd already told the guy on the Indian he can't change it. So we rented a U-hual and were taking home. The tire prices are about $100 more than the valley. Clearly Go AZ and Liberty Harley Davidson don't care about riders in the least. I wouldn't buy anything from Prescott Valley GoAz or Liberty HD. They aren't about riders.

I asked for a military discount and she gave me that then a AAA as well. The price was great. I'm not sure why but I always end up at Discount tire. Their service has also improved for pre-orders. You make an appt. Then take your vehicle in and they have a spot marked for you. They take your vehicle immediately in and thus your only waiting for the actual tire installation. Outstanding. A friend of mine on disability had engine trouble on her hyundai. Brought it to Heath's. After a…read more$250 diagnostic fee that is a huge ask on disability income, they diagnosed blown engine, said $9200 to replace it. I saw there was an extended warranty/recall on the engine due to a manufacturer defect, so we brought it to the hyundai dealer. No diagnostic fee. They found it was "just" a bad knock sensor, $750, and after some more digging on their part, the sensor was part of another recall, so free repair. The metal shavings in the oil that Heath claimed showed a blown engine were nowhere to be seen. My friend could not have paid $9200, and she needs transport. Diagnosing a blown engine when it's not blown, and not even looking to see if there is a recall isn't acceptable, especially knowing, as they did, that money was very tight.
