I've traveled a lot in remote positions to be there for family and I thought I could count on this company so I could get to where I needed to be. They over sold me on things I didn't need which the manager at the time in Denton agreed with and almost ruined my vehicle. They had to redo the oil change because of something like the air got in. Again I'm not a car person. That was all done and the manager said they would reimburse me the full amount because of the over selling and I couldn't make it to the wedding or funeral. I have since in the last month been driving to their location and calling sitting in hold waiting for them to make it right. The manager moved to another location and I've had promises of the new manager that he would call me back and it's been another week and still nothing. The employees won't give out numbers and when you try to get to corporate they don't respond. We will continue to drive there but please be advised this place is not good.

Anyway, I had an issue a while back where one of my items was stolen, or lost, or fell out during one of the maintenance items I was there for. So when I come here now, I make sure everything of value is out of my car or securely tucked away in the vehicle. Again, I come here skeptical now, so I took pictures of my wiper fluid and coolant levels before leaving the car with them, since they're supposed to fill the tanks and both were low. 35 or so minutes later the car was ready and I popped the hood before leaving. No fluid had been added so I went back inside and told him. I added in now that I was worried what else had been missed and that I needed to make sure the tires had also been rotated. He said oh yes we'll make sure. He comes back a few minutes later and says they've been topped off and goes, "the wiper fluid wasn't much, maybe 8oz". I'm sorry, but when your website says you top off these fluids, I expect it to be done. 1 ounce or 8 ounces. Then he said that they don't do tire rotations unless we ask. "It's free, but you have to request it." Even though it's stated in the oil change special....... Needless to say, I left very frustrated.

I went in for a routine…read moreoil change as I've been doing for years and within 100 miles the skid plate that covers the oil drain fell off causing extensive damage to the plate requiring it to be replaced. After contacting the shop they told me they installed it correctly and it wasn't their fault. Let me ask you how does a plate fall off within 100 miles of leaving the shop that is secured by 9 separate screws when installed correctly just going to fall off? in addition this is the only time I've been to here and they didn't take me out to look at it before they preformed a service making me think they knew they Did something wrong and didn't want to be held responsible. unfortunately since they do not want to make this right I will be presuming other avenues to recoup my money lost by their negligence and will not be back. On November 17, 2025, I came in because my check engine light kept turning on and off. After being…read moretold that replacing the mass airflow sensor and the oxygen sensor would resolve the issue, I spent an entire day waiting--only to pay a substantial amount of money and get back on Loop 288 with every light on my dashboard lit up. When I returned, they removed the oxygen sensor they had just installed because, apparently, that was what caused my car to malfunction. In other words, they were guessing from the start. Despite that, they had no problem charging me for a part that clearly did not fix my issue. After wasting two full days at this shop with zero resolution, my check-engine light is still on, and now I'm being told the problem is the fuel pump. It is unacceptable that I was charged for unnecessary work while the actual problem remains unaddressed. To make matters worse, when I returned on the 18th to express my frustration, the manager behaved extremely unprofessionally, taking my keys and walking off without a word. I am almost sure he insulted me, based on the staff's reaction. This entire experience was unprofessional, careless, and dismissive. I strongly advise anyone considering this location to take their vehicle anywhere else. I should never have been charged for guesswork.
