They kept the car overnight to let the engine cool to diagnose the problem. Early next morning I got the call with the diagnosis. I gave the go ahead knowing there there were a lot of "what ifs". Manifolds can be frustrating to say the least. Turns out it wasn't the easiest job due to frozen bolts. Still the bill was very reasonable. And the service was more than wonderful. I have had service done here several times and though sometimes it seems costly the service and lifetime warranty make it worth it. They always do a really great job!

All that said, the thing is..... staple, everyday items are alllllways out of stock. On 1/27/25, I attempted to place an online/pick up order. I found pages & pages of "Out of Stock" grocery items. I posted 4 screenshots of the experience. I considered maaaaaybe it's a website/app glitch, but honestly either scenario is B A D. I recently relocated from Los Angeles. Over there, the "other" warehouse store is a ton more popular, but it was always "a thing" to go. Part of that is LA County has more residents than the entire state of Missouri. Checkout lines could be long. Gas lines could be longer than In N Out lines. Maybe that's because there was actually merchandise. Remind me why we pay the membership? I can order online from the "other" warehouse, and I'm positive not paying the Sam's fee would cover the few cents extra per gallon when filling up at the gas station across the street.

A Rare Find on Route 66 -- Jack's 66 Service…read more While waiting for my oil change and tire rotation, I witnessed something I thought had gone extinct somewhere between rotary phones and $1 gas: genuine customer service. One customer brought in a part to be installed -- unfortunately, it was faulty. Instead of shrugging and charging for labor anyway (as many shops might), the team at Jack's 66 caught the problem before installation. Then, the owner himself picked up the phone and called the store where the part was purchased to help the customer get an exchange. Who does that anymore? Moments later, another customer came in with a service light for an air filter. Instead of booking an appointment and a bill, the owner grabbed his tools, walked out to the car, and checked it right there in the lot -- saving the customer both time and money. In a world where honesty in auto service feels like finding a four-leaf clover, Jack's 66 is an entire field of them. Fair, kind, and refreshingly human -- I'll definitely be back.

I used the number they have provided online to do so, the woman who booked my appointment sent me a confirmation text which I will include the screen shot. I get to the location at the time my appointment was set for and there is absolutely no one here. The doors are locked, lights are off, it is completely dead in there. I call the number back to figure out what is going on and the same woman answered, she seemed to have no answer for me on what was going on and all she could do was suggest a store at a different location and then gave me the customer support number. Overall this extremely frustrated me and I don't think I will be coming back.

They IMMEDIATELY got us in (even though they had a full schedule & looked extremely busy. We ended up with a cracked wheel & they didn't have another to replace it with (wheels & tires for the Camero are very difficult to find anywhere) but for 3 hours the manager called around trying to find us one, they straightened out the computer gauges (Walmart had done it incorrectly whn we bought new tires) & spent a lot of time on our issue only for us to have to go elsewhere. The staff was excellent-informative, helpful, kind etc & we were barely charged ANYTHING. I'm not easily impressed (am OFTEN called high maintenance) so I don't give credit if it isn't earned. They helped us the best they could in our bad situation & I was very very impressed & so grateful we were referred there!! Thank you Dobbs!!
