The moment I left the parking lot, my oil warning light came on. Seconds later, the EPC warning light came on, and my vehicle began hesitating and struggling to accelerate past approximately 35 mph. This created a serious safety concern. I immediately returned to the shop and explained what happened. The technician reset the warning lights and added more oil, but the problem was not fixed. As soon as I left again, both warning lights returned and my vehicle continued to hesitate while accelerating. A simple oil change should never result in warning lights and a vehicle that feels unsafe to drive. I am now faced with the inconvenience, stress, and potential expense of having my vehicle inspected after a service that should have been routine. I have reported this incident to Take 5 Corporate and expect a thorough investigation and resolution. I am sharing my experience so others can make an informed decision. I sincerely hope Take 5 takes responsibility if their service caused these issues.

Recently, Son Auto had my brothers car for months without updating him of what repairs the car needed, moved his car to a second location that is unguarded(Son Auto claims to have purchased this unsecured property.) The day we were told the car was finally ready, the car killed(stop working) literally one block away from the shop.

I was impressed that they only had one guy working by himself to wax off the cars. He did a great job and received many tips that day. The quality of the building however was terrible. The building is already easy to pass up because its nothing spectacular to look at. I am use to going to the Todd's on Johnston. I wish I took pictures of the inside but I was so ready to run out of there I couldn't. I went to use the bathroom and was mortified at how disgusting and unclean it was. The toilet seat was filled with stains and there was no toilet paper. When I picked up the toilet seat and it fell off! I just started laughing so I wouldn't cry. After using the bathroom reluctantly and carefully, I decided to sit outside on the bench to wait for my car. I will more than likely continue going to the Todds on Johnston though until conditions are tolerable at this location!
