She asked her coworker I think his name was Jonathan to help me put em in my car (it was a struggle to take the lid off) and he found that I didn't even need them ! They just weren't plugged in( silly mechanics) so he helped me plug them in and even left the lid in a place where next time I could easily replace the lights myself. Thank you so much guys! He looked into and found a much stronger battery (that he even stated was recommended for my car) and verified it was in stock. He agreed I deserved a discount for all of my trouble and I felt satisfied. Fast forward to later in the day when I finally get jumped and arrive at the store. He starts ringing me up and the difference is MUCH MORE than what he stated over the phone. First he kept pressing on a button (with a condescending attitude) and kept repeating: see, it won't let me put the discount in. I THINK HE MUST HAVE THE ATTITUDE THAT WOMAN ARE IGNORANT AND DUMB TO THESE THINGS. Then he tells me that I'm charged a core fee because I'm not returning a battery. I said, I am returning a battery. He said, is there a battery in your car? I said no, because you just pulled it out and it's sitting right here, on the counter top! He said, exactly, so you don't have one in your car!! (I swear I'm not making this up. He then tells me I can either pay or he can put the old battery in my car. I decided to pay and deal with this issue later. He also proceeded to tell me that he really doesn't give a shit! And when I told him that I hope he has enough morals to install my battery correctly, his reply was: "That's just about the dumbest shit I've ever heard in my entire fucking life". VERBATIM I HAVE REACHED OUT TO THE CEO OF AUTOZONE, Bill Rhodes, but have yet to get a reply. At this point, I have decided to file a complaint with the IL Attorney general and see what happens. I will update this review if I hear back and an effort for a resolution is made. I wouldn't have even given the 1 star, but I didn't see an option to rate lower.

They had to install "my spare tire" since they pulled out the nail and tire got flat. I had no choice but let them install it. I was told "there was no charge" I thought it was very odd since they had spent over an hour in my car. (In all that time the female kept going to the back and staying long periods there, fishy) Well, I ended up driving away with a junk of piece spare tire shoved into my car, because they didn't install my original brand new spare tire. Since, I'm not playing games with the devil I had it documented. Next business day early morning I called to communicate them that I wanted my original spare tire back. Female on the phone was the same front desk person that was there that day, she just demonstrated her lack of professionalism, she denied everything and said bring your car back "I'll show you". I asked, what are you going to show me? She wanted to show me: How to force fit the spare tire jack into the piece of junk she and her elderly parter shoved into my car. Seriously? You wanted to show me how to fit the jack on something that I own, that belongs to me!? Like if I have no clue how the stuff that I have on my car must be perfectly fitted or placed, I was not born yesterday lady. Then, she proceeded to lose her temper and started yelling at me that if I have a problem with my car I should just bring it back to them. NO! I would never give you a chance to place your hands on my belongings EVER again! Further more, she continued yelling and threatened me to call her corporation if I keep calling and hung up my call; What's your corporation supposed to do, other than be ashamed of how this branch doesn't waste time to take advantage of customers. Also, I know a young lady that went to this place; she said they messed up her tires and they tried to keep one of her brand new tires. She asked them to give back to her and they were "oh, yes! We "forgot " we'll bring it to you" Boo!
