I called this store on gunn hwy and just wanted them to install a new battery and they said they do install them c'mon in. I got there and they told me they don't do walk ins after3 it was close to 4 when I called drove almost 10 miles in the Friday rush hour. I put up a fit and they agreed to install it in 2 hours. THEN they told me the other Walmart that I bought my battery sold me the wrong one and refused to take it like they always do. long story short stay AWAY from this Walmart please their manager was conveniently at lunch. I would give you a zero if I could. I had a flat tire. I was told the wait time was 3 hours. I was down to the rim so I pulled in here where it was my only choice. I was told the wait was 3 hours at 12:45 pm. My car was done at 5:15 pm. Learn to tell time because if I knew it would be 5 hours, I would have had the AAA guy tow me to Tire Kingdom. I had no donut tire and I will find out why Tire Kingdom kept it the last time I needed a tire plugged. But the fact that they can't tell time is a turn off. I was not the only one pissed off due to the lies about the wait time. I will never go back there again. I'm so pissed that I saw an item I needed but I refuse to buy anything from Walmart again. want to waste your entire day and afternoon? come here and get an oil change. i will never in my entire life recommend this place to anybody that values there life. customer service? not there. speedy and time consuming? dont even bother! waiting for any update on your car?? lol not a chance. Dropped my car off for an appointment that started at 2:30. couldn't actually drop off my car until near almost 3 because poor customer service and than got told there wouldn't be enough time to get my tires rotated , only time for an oil change. after waiting multiple hours i got a text update saying my car was being serviced now, an hour passes by and got another update text saying sorry they put the car on hold. i'm like WTF is going on ?? so i return back and ask what is happening only for them to say they don't have the right filter to put oil in my car. ZERO update about ANY of this. sat inside walmart until 6pm. FIVE HOURS waiting with nobody saying they will not be able to service on my car. just so happened there's no manager to talk to about this. Walmart Auto Center major mistake for me, I only speak/understand English, no Spanish, I will never go back. I asked manager + 3 staff, supervisor "PLEASE, PLEASE" don't over fill with oil. They don't understand, they charged for services not provided, they falsified paperwork, Person/persons who changed oil didn't know how to read oil dipstick, they did overfill crankcase by one QT, I had to show management how to read dipstick, manager had to drain one Qt of oil. These people are so incompetent, lacking skills, After this experience with Walmart, not being able to trust Walmart staff including management, I am concerned "IF" they really installed the correct oil I paid for?? I needed two new tires for my 2011 Honda Odyssey and I was able to buy a pair of Goodyear tires (80k mile wear projection) , high speed balanced, mounted and a great road warranty for less than $200. I have a membership at Costco and BJ's but they couldn't match my deal and they don't stock Goodyear tires. The service was fast and the manager and crew were very professional and helpful. Walmart gives you lifetime flat fixing and tire rotation. Great deal, this will be my go to tire service place but any Walmart Tire service will honor it because your information goes into a central data base that can be accessed at any location. As far as tires, this is the best place for tires. The process is really simple to get your tires installed here. I ordered them online because Walmart was the best place for the specific times that I wanted. The only problem is that it took about 2 to 3 hours for them to get installed. read more

If it was possible to give Zero stars I would!!!!!!! I came to this Walmart to get my tire fixed the one tire I bought 3 months ago front this exact location!!! I brought my phone with the conformation code the address to this Walmart and the date and they told me they couldn't find it so I had to pay for the tire I got 3 months ago, which I shouldn't have had to pay for. Also all I needed was my tire fixed and they told me I needed a completely new tire which is not true! The last 3 people said that they said the same thing they came to get their tire fixed but ended up "needing" a new tire! And if that wasn't bad enough, all of the workers there were not friendly!! This was the worst visit I have ever had! I will NOT be coming back to this Walmart!!! Worst Customer Service ever! read more

I go here all the time and after reading bad reviews I wanted to leave my own. My opinion is this auto shop is great for basic maintenance. If you come first thing for an oil change usually about an hour. tires may take quite a few hours but for the price you can't beat it. It's affordable! Drop off your car if you are doing tires or any extensive maintenance. They let you know up front what to expect. I love this auto shop. They work hard and super friendly. read more

Ordered tires online great price.. Do not get them put on here unless you drop off your car .. Was told wait would be close to 3 hours she was not lying lol 4 hours still here.. Problem I have is watching them work through the glass ..my Jeep has been on the rack for past 2 hours, how flipping long does it take to put tires on??Customer service staff was nice. But the tire mechanics are super slow and keep arguing about wrong order numbers being put in.. I wish I would've just dropped it off.. And no you cannot make appointments.. Update now they cannot find the keys...I am starting to heated..They were hanging the whole time..Not on the keyrack but by the register...Love the tires hate the service read more

Definitely don't come here if you're looking for a fast job for your car, you will be disappointed. I got there at 11:30 for a single tire to be replaced.. they were understaffed and busy so I didn't leave until after 2. The work they did was satisfactory- nothing special and customer service is horrible in this department. The woman who greeted me was sassy and disrespectful and also rolled her eyes at the fact that I needed a tire replaced. All around not a good experience. read more

Personally I think people really don't care about other people complains. But this time I would like to let you know how very upset I am with my visit today. I've been shopping at this location since I move to Fl 5 years ago and just love it. Today I went to do my oil change and it took literally 2 whole hours and a couple minutes to get my car set up and ready. I waited about an hour before asking how much longer it would take to finish as supposedly an oil change shouldn't take more than 15-20 minutes. The gentleman that answered to me told me my he was going to get my car in a there was NOBODY ELSE IN FRONT of me waiting for the oil change queue, and it should be 20 minutes after that for it to be ready, i hate people that just complain about nothing so I understood and waited. Again almost an hour and nobody called me to inform me if my car was ready or not , or whatever was happening. I went again to the auto service area and the person in there , this time a different one told me that he was trying to call everybody and indeed my car was finally ready. This is the worst auto center I have ever been to. Brought my car in to have a nail pulled out of the tire and get it patched. Even though I got it in before the rush, it took almost two hours before my car was touched. It seems they prioritize oil changes over tire repair. Employees are the slowest that I have ever seen and move without a purpose, they do not care how long you wait!! Will never come back here again, not worth the cheap prices. Also, do not bring kids as they play inappropriate content in the waiting area and claim they cannot change it. read more
