You'll find Advanced Auto Parts stores all over the Tampa Bay area, and this particular store can be found along Waters Avenue near Hanley Road. I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon to pick up some new windshield wiper blades, a can of coolant for my air conditioner, and some engine oil treatment. Nothing terribly exciting, but that's part of the joy of Do-It-Yourself auto maintenance. After ringing up my purchases, the guy behind the counter said they would install the wiper blades for free, and also give me a hand hooking up the air conditioning coolant so that I didn't accidentally over-charge my system. Geez, I wasn't going to argue about getting some professional help, and so one guy starts installing the wiper blades while a second guy shows up with the tools and the metering equipment to test my A/C unit and install the right amount of coolant. They took the can of engine oil treatment from me and installed that as well, and then used a cloth to wipe down the engine block and close the hood. I tried to give them some money for their time and efforts but they waived it off and just said "Come back soon!" How can you possibly not like quality customer service like that?

I needed a cup of coffee so bad, I get a cup and try their container coffee and that was bad, then I use the coffee maker and when I put the creamer in, it curled up. So the creamer was bad. Why should I pay for? The owner and his wife decided to start yelling and cursing at me. I did leave but came back to take photos of how dirty the place is. Boy did they get upset. The owner then tried to take my phone from me. He attacked me. I call the cops and the cops are just as worse. They sided with him. Wow they could clearly see in the video that he came after me but that is alright to do? I never touched anyone. I am happy I can't go back, they are the worse store owners ever.
