They'll ask what you need. Get some information on you and your vehicle if you haven't been in before. You wait in the car. Pay. Roll out. The national commercials show the bottled water and window cleaning. That wasn't my experience but it was quick and easy for sure. Price is about what you would expect for a quick in and out. Maybe a tad high but all the prices and services are clearly marked online. They do have coupons so maybe peep and save yourself $10-25. Doesn't hurt. I don't think this would be a regular occurrence for me but if you've somehow forgotten to get your oil changed or only have 20-45 minutes between appointments this is definitely a strong contender.

The manager test drove the car and admitted his hands were going numb. They also admitted that 2 of the engine mounts didn't look good out of the box... Why did you use defective parts? Communication is a bit abrasive and sometimes sarcastic, but most importantly they DO provide quality service and seem honest, based on my limited experience and other reviews. It was fun sitting in the waiting area and watching all the regulars come through. Would consider coming back for more serious car issues, which hopefully never happens!

It costs an additional $10 and has to be requested separately - something I was never told during my visits. All other shops I've used include tire rotation automatically with oil changes, so this came as a surprise, especially after another tire shop pointed out uneven wear on my tires. I will now have to pay $300 to replace 2 tires early as their wear was halved due to this. Better communication from the staff would have prevented that issue. This isn't the first time I've had a problem here, but it's the one that made me decide to take my business elsewhere. I'd recommend that anyone using this shop ask up front exactly what's included in their service.

I had one other experience here when I walked in with a friend that was having issues. We had a conversation with the owner who, instead of telling us it was an emergency, and we had to get it fixed right away, said that the work was not urgent and my friend could still use the car for quite a while before it would eventually need to be repaired. I don't know what else you can expect from a mechanic.

Well in less the 10 mins they were done charged me $181.00 Gave me an estimate to change a MAF valve ( maximum air flow ) of $641:46 to change a two screws and a clip valve right on top of the engine. What really disgusted with this place was they said they looked at all 4 CV axles but never told me that both front tires were so worn down on the inner part of the tires that metal band was sticking out. I have never felt compelled to write a review for a business until the HORRIBLE experience I have had at Mud's Tires. They've got GOONS working there and this shop should be avoided at all costs. Earlier this year, I brought my Jeep into Mud's to see what it would take to get my check engine light turned off. Well, 14k later, my check engine light is still on. This is the most back-alley and illegitimate mechanic shop I have ever dealt with and I am embarrassed I ever went here. After having to bring my Jeep back into this shop and having it stay over night there for a total of 60 days this year, I decided to cut my losses and accept that these dirtbags were never actually going to honor their "warranty." Mud's claims to have a warranty for all work performed but they won't actually honor that, when you inevitably have to bring your car back in when their shotty mechanic work immediately fails. They will try and convince you that you have to spend more money with them to actually fix the problem this time. They will pretend to work on your car while they keep it for a few days/weeks and you are without a way of getting around. This happened to me and when I complained to the owner he tried to gaslight me and tell me the issues I was having with my Jeep, after paying him thousands, were somehow my fault? I've attached a screenshot of the convo to this review, in which the owner of the shop tells me "I'm not your daddy," after I complained to him about the mechanical work the goons he's got working in there did on my Jeep. Also, I recommend scrolling down a few reviews to read about one customers experience at Mud's in which she over hears the owner complaining about "blacks." This is the kind of shop Mud's is. NEVER GO HERE. They will rob you and your car will run worse than it did before you brought it in. The owner will act like he's your friend and that he's giving you a deal. Run. He's a hustler and don't fall for his tricks. He is not your friend and he will rob you blind if you give him the chance. Lastly, I asked the owner for a 6k refund after his goons essentially totaled my Jeep and he said he would sue me for defamation if I gave him a bad review. I've attached a screenshot of that interaction with him as well. Apparently customers take him to court often? Go to a real shop that can actually honor their warranty and has actual licensed mechanics.
