I am actually reviewing the WalMart pharmacy. I am grateful because they have my much-needed insulin at a way lower price than any other place, but I just really prefer my regular pharmacy. Fortunately, my prescription was ready when I got there, and the line wasn't terribly long. But, I didn't feel the personal aspect I get at my regular pharmacy (Target, in case you were wondering). There wasn't really the friendly greeting, and the tech didn't seem to know what she was doing. The pharmacist was more robotic than I'm used to. We never normally shop at Walmart but we got a $180 petunia picklebottom diaper bag online from their vendor because the design was sold out other places. Well, that was a mistake. The mostly cream colored bag had a flaw/noticeable red stain on it. You'd hope there'd be better quality control, especially for higher end items like this but no. We tried to return it to the store (as it says you can do on this site) and the closest store we had said theyre open til 10 tonight. We drive all the way up there and get inside and see lots of workers all around but customer service desk closed at 6pm? What?! Ive never seen this in any business before that customer service is completely closed but the rest of the store is open. This speaks volumes about Walmart caring anything about their customers. We talked to someone to see if anyone could still help us with a return since we'd made a special trip up for this. One lady called a manager and seemed like they could help, so we waited around 20 minutes to talk to someone. Finally after talking to a couple more people, they sent over the girl who works the customer service desk (that was closed but she was still working) and she apologized and said that their system wont allow returns past 6 and there wasnt anything they could do there. Her coworker who was also talking with us told us that there was another Walmart that was a few miles away and his mom worked there and that they were open til 7:30 and could help us tonight. Since we had already invested an hour into trying to get this faulty product returned tonight, we decided to drive another 15 minutes over to finish the task. We get inside at 6:57 and the manager, Shelly (Lynnwood, wa) is standing at the back of the line, where someone else had *just* walked in and closed it *right in front of us* as were standing there. She said that they were closed and we'd have to come back another time. We explain what we had just been through and another store sent us over and told us they were open til 7:30. Also, that it wasnt even 7:00 yet and her response was you got false information and youre not the first people Ive had to turn away.... with no care or concern about us at all. We got a faulty expensive bag sent to us and now going through a nightmare just to get it returned. I will be sharing this experience with friends and family and I will not be giving any more of our money to Walmart. Closing your customer service early when your store is still open is really poor. Your employees are ill informed and wasted our night, were rude, cold, and quite frankly made this pregnant lady cry in frustration after the whole terrible experience. I'm nauseous most days and it's hard to get out of the house and after AN HOUR AND A HALF of driving around, dealing with rude people over a flawed expensive diaper bag sent to us... we still couldn't get the faulty product returned. Oh and by the way, the employees at your first store also complained about Walmart's policies and said "there's so many things we'd change if we were in charge, and that it's a mess. " ...so your employees are frustrated too. We don't normally support Walmart and we certainly won't be ever again after seeing your "customers service" (or complete lack thereof) Update: Went back to the store today and tried again to return it in person (as this specific product says you're able to do under its return policy online)... 'sorry, we can't return that here. You need to send it back' ... I showed them on their site where it says this item can be returned in store and they said I'm sorry that information is incorrect and there's nothing we can do for you here. You can call this number... Great, I'm 2 hours into a return on this for a flawed product because of false information, bad products, and no actual customer service. Never again. Ever. read more

Not bad for the amount of stuff they have. Prices are good. But too many people, in the store, crying babies, and very crowded parking lot. Avoid the parking in the front, and just head for the back. Have your shopping list ready, shop, and be out quickly... read more

Usually I don't like writing reviews for box stores unless there is something really great about them or something really terrible. This Wal-Mart fell into the really terrible category. I walked into the Wal-Mart and on the way in an employee was publicly humiliating a customer at the front door. The entire store looked like a mess, it was cramped. There were holes on the shelves which showed bad stocking (particularly odd for a wal-mart). The employees were just standing around, and avoided helping anyone who might have needed help. Possibly the worst Wal-Mart I have ever been to in my life. read more

I really try to avoid Walmarts unless I'm desperate. I know they're gross, I know they're a disaster, and I don't necessarily agree with their business practices or how they treat their employees. This walmart is not one of their super stores where you could do some comprehensive grocery shopping here - the food is pretty limited. Some of the prices can not be beat. Cosmetics are usually a dollar + cheaper than you'd find at most drug stores. Daly's frozen adult capri suns are about a dollar cheaper than most grocery stores as well. If you're trying to save money on one item I don't think its even worth it to come to Walmart. If you've got a ton of stuff to buy, then it might be. Prices are good but honestly if you shop sales at other grocery stores you can find comparable or better prices. If you're buying cosmetics make sure they haven't been opened and someone hasn't stuck their fingers all over it. Gross but clearly happens alot. The cosmetics section is a disaster. Craft stuff is cheap, but you have coupons or Michaels/Joanns is having a sale you'd be better off there. I've had a couple cheap 3 dollar shirts from Walmart and they've held up pretty well. You can definitely see the wear on one of them though. I bought a shelf here that was supposed to be 12 dollars. I realized that it would be cheap quality at 12 dollars but the back is literally poster board. Granted, so far its on its 4th year and has survived 2 moves. The poster board is coming off on the back but I set it against a wall so its workable. I also ended up paying 16 dollars for it because despite the fact that I insisted that it had a huge 12 dollar for sale sign the cashier told me I was wrong, ran my order though. I pointed out the other tag that said 12 dollars (thanks whoever just scatters different price tags all over) and he told me I had to go to customer service. I waited for 10 minutes and literally did not move in line and there were a good 10+ people in front of me. Not worth it for 4 dollars. Most recently I was in line and the cashier wiped her nose on the back of her hand. The lady she was checking out requested she change her gloves since she was wiping her snot all over them, and the cashier replied with "no I have allergies" and then blatantly wiped her nose AGAIN on purpose. Basically telling the lady to eff off. Gross. The parking lot here is always a mess and everyone seems lost. The store itself is very small and they never have enough cashiers. Also apparently they have the little hand baskets but I've only ever managed to find them a couple of times. I'll stick to only shopping here a couple times a year when I'm desperate. This location is better than the Walmart on Evergreen Way in Everett. That one honestly was scary and most of the shelves were wiped and I left after being in there for 4 minutes. I've heard the Walmart in Marysville is more bearable but I haven't been there. If you're going to shop at Walmart realize that you're supporting poor business practice, and you're sacrificing customer service and your experience for slightly better prices. The customer is never right here and if you're willing to browse circulars you can find great prices elsewhere. read more

This Walmart is one of the worst I have ever been to. That is saying a lot too, since the bar is set pretty low to begin with. There is the transient camp in the back of their parking lot. I went to donate some old clothes, (clothing donation in the very back of the parking lot) and was bothered for 3 minutes by some guy wanting gas. He was very drunk, and proceeded to follow me halfway to the store shouting the whole way. I was in my truck, and he was on foot. This did not deter him, and I was not able to speed up because of the mass of humanity in the parking lot that fine Saturday afternoon. Things did not improve much when I went in to tell the management about it. They made me wait for 30 minutes before a manager told me (rudely and with a very dirty look) that they would not even ask transients to leave. Besides being rude, this is a pretty normal Walmart. They get one star instead of two for being rude. read more

This review is on the Vision Center: Dr. Kwan was friendly and efficient. He answered all of my many questions thoroughly. There was no waiting in line when I came to my appointment. I think they may have led me in a few minutes early. When I picked out lenses and frames the assistants let me look for my own when I indicated that I wanted to do so, but when I was ready for help they were the most personable, helpful, and patient staff I have ever worked with in an opticians office, and I've had at least seven pairs of glasses in 20 years. I do not appreciate Walmart's business practices or model and normally would not bring my business inside their doors.... That is the only reason I will not give 5 stars to the vision center. read more

My wife and I always find ourselves here late night on a Friday or Saturday and usually buy the most random things. I think on our last trip, we bought yarn, sewing needles and body wash! Also, for some odd reason, it's always pretty busy too! It'll be 11:30pm or later and the five check out lanes are always filled with people and the wait is minimum 15-minutes til your turn! This Walmart is one of the definitely cleaner than a few others I"ve been to... But in the end.. its a Walmart.. nothing special, just a huge store that's open late night that sells virtually everything! read more

A winter storm is coming. My kids have outgrown their winter wear. I searched high and low for snow boots for my tween. Walmart was the only store that had them avail in my son's size. I ordered them online for same day pick up. My email confirmed that they would be ready to pick up by 8pm same day. I never received an email saying they were ready. I called Walmart the next morning at 9am. I was passed off from person to person, until I finally spoke with the person who would supposedly be responsible for pulling the boots off the shelf. She told me she wouldn't pull them off until 2pm (5 hours after the phone call and almost 24 hours since I initially ordered them!). I waited until 3.30 and called back. I waited on hold for 15 min until I was told that no one in the "pick up" dept was picking up the phone. I asked for a manager. I waited for another 15 and was told that a manager was paged 4 times and no answer. They took my info and said they would have a manager call me back. Never happened. I also didn't get the boots for my son. In the time it took for them to finally locate the boots and pull them off the shelf, someone had walked into the store and bought them. This store is a distance from my house and I would've happily made the drive if they were guaranteed to be in stock, hence the online order, but unfortunately you can't rely on people to do their jobs. Amazon to the rescue and people wonder why box stores are going out of business. Smdh. read more

This review is for returns department. The ladies at the counter don't know how to use the software for returns. This is my second experience with them, so I am sure they are just incompetent. Pretty is her name I believe and there is one more senior (may be her mom). Last time I didn't get my money back from returns, so I had to deal with Walmart customer service for hours to get it back. It was because of their mistake while returning items in store. I went to Walmart a couple of days back to return something else and was extra diligent with the return. So it turned out that the same lady messed up again. She was struggling to find a way to return and use software (this is her 4th month at least at Walmart, so I would guess she would have learnt). She told me that she couldn't find a way to print return receipt. So I asked if I will get my money back. She called her supervisor, who is some senior citizen. That senior person told me that I might get my money back and that's all they can do. WTF. First, it took them 20m to process a return, then they couldn't find a way to get me a return receipt, then they can't guarantee my refund and they said it's not their problem(that's literally what I was told). Wow! Do yourself a favor and buy from Amazon. They genuinely care about their customers. read more

If you want to stay safe in this pandemic, don't go here. Terrible service, misinformed staff, unsafe procedures. Ordered something online for pickup. Called the store to ask if they had curbside pickup first and they said yes. Before I left to go to the store (far away), I called to confirm again. They said to call them when I arrived so that someone can take my order to my car. When I arrived, I called the "pickup desk" from their phone menu system and they asked me to provide my order number - twice, asked for my car color, make, and model. Then said someone would be bringing my order out to my car, please park in the front. Waited for 30 minutes with two kids in the car (joy). At the 15 minute mark, I tried calling to make sure I was parked in the right place, but nobody, not the pickup desk or the associates number, picked up for 15 minutes! Finally, an associate picked up and told me they don't do curbside pickup and don't know who I talked to. The whole reason I bought from them was because they told me they had curbside pickup. So I went inside and it was chaos. Used the pickup computer to check in but no hand sanitizer. 5 other people waiting and half of them confused. Waited another 10 minutes before associate came out. She checked us in again and half the people's stuff were "in the back". Isn't that why we checked in on the computer so that you could figure that out in advance? After another 15 minutes, finally got my items. Oh, and did I mention that the pickup area is in the middle of the outgoing traffic? No way to social distance throughout that entire time waiting. No way I'm going back to this store and very disappointed in Walmart in general. read more

Called for help twice until someone came. She refused to help me load the heavy items in my car and said, "There's no one to help you take it out so if you find someone outside, you can ask them." read more

This is a general online Walmart customer service complaint. What's the point of offering a hard to find item online with free shipping to the store, taking my sensitive information (CC info, etc), & then emailing me within the hour the item is not available? It's called an online inventory. Seattle is such a rad city they won't let you in, so I was not looking forward to the 30 mile roundtrip but was excited to get it right away. Great documentary running on Current TV, "The High Cost of Low Prices." Hire someone to update your inventory or stop taking online orders! Thanks for yet another letdown. read more

This review is for those that need pharmacy assistance. There is a pharmacy at this location but little assistance or true customer service is available. In particular, there are signs & voice mail that indicate the pharmacy MAY close from 1:30 pm to 2:00 pm; however, this pharmacy closes up tight, every day during this time. I have psoriatic arthritis, diabetes, hypothyroid, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and a few additional problems resulting from side effects & years of being sick. Needless to say, I require a fair number of prescriptions to "get by" everyday. I originally started using this pharmacy about two years ago because of the amazingly sensitive & understanding pharmacy manager, Tony. . . . . .or so I thought. When the number of prescriptions & pharmacy visits began increasing, I inquired about the possibility of an automatic refill program; assuming it would resemble Rite-Aide's program. BIG MISTAKE! This "program" does/can not be applied at your profile level, so you have to tell the pharmacist, or someone other than the person checking you out (which means another line), to activate "auto refill" on every prescription. AND when your doctor sends in a refill prescription, even though the prescription number doesn't change, the "auto refill" doesn't carry forward (and they don't/won't check this when they're processing the refill) ~ you have to ask every time. After running out of medication several times, I contacted Tony to see what could be done to help with this situation and was told they couldn't do anything more to help me. . . . I had to start calling in each & every request. Unfortunately, this generated a new problem. If I needed insulin or meds before some pre-determined date, I was told my doctors office needed to submit an authorization to my insurance company. In changing pharmacies, I have learned that Walmart only needed to call my insurance company for an override ~ my new pharmacy had this process done before I discovered the truth. Although I signed the form to get non-child proof caps, I had to check every bottle before I left, to be sure they followed this request. Eventually, I started getting more & more child proof caps & asked several times if I needed to sign a new form. . . . . . . .this question was NEVER answered or addressed until I called the pharmacy, was transferred to the pharmacist, and then he advised that this "option" just falls off profiles and they never know when it might happen ahead of time. HOWEVER, THE ONE PRESCRIPTION THAT CONSISTENTLY INCLUDED A CHILD PROOF CAP WAS CELEBREX; which is prescribed for arthritis sufferers and this continued to happen after I re-signed the non-child proof caps authorization. I'm sorry, but when they process several prescriptions every month, for the same person, doesn't humanity, sympathy, consideration or compassion ever become a factor? Considering all potential consequences if and/or when a mistake is made, I don't understand why they rely entirely on whatever the computer may say ~ apparently, without any thought process? Based on some of the continual "mistakes" mentioned above, either some staff is intentionally putting child proof caps on meds or they're not paying attention to the needs of the patient; aka customer. Perhaps they don't understand how the importance of their actions can affect an individual's health care; in particular, the frustration and tears their lack of attention or consideration affects the lives they touch. I have returned to Bartell Drugs ~ to revel in the compassion and understanding of patient needs that their pharmacy staff exude. Unfortunately, Walmart didn't send current dosing instructions so I have to go back to my doctors to have them provide new prescriptions. When your life revolves around so many medications it is so frustrating when you can't trust those that have your life in their hands. read more

Every time the need to go to the Lynnwood Walmart comes up, I get pissy... and here's why... Customer service is terrible. They don't greet you nor do they thank you after you have purchased something from them. If it weren't for customers, Walmart wouldn't be there. Every time I go into that store, the lines are to the very back which makes it difficult to maneuver through the front of the store. To get an answer from an employee about a product is like getting milk from a bull...AINT HAPPENIN! The PHONES - Oh where do I begin... They claim to be a 24 hour store, but they don't seem to have phones that work 24 hours. I sat on hold for TWENTY FIVE minutes one time to ask a simple question for someone in electronics. And still to this day, the few problems i have mentioned still happen on a day - to - day basis. I have gone out of my way just to drive an extra half hour to get to another Walmart so I didn't have to deal with this one. I have nothing good to say about this store and on top of that, they never have the shelves stocked. You'll have to wait two weeks to get a bottle of lotion you're wanting. My suggestion: Don't go if you don't have to! read more

For the negative reviews- you have to remember this is Walmart. Prices are low, thus they wont have the largest number of customer service. The basics of this store are this, they have the items you need at a good price. The service is hit and miss, sometimes horrible, sometimes OK, seldom great though. Safety wise, yes there are some interesting folks who shop here, but I dont question my safety, just consider it free entertainment while you shop. Here is the thing, we all work very hard for our money. If you want to save more of it for vacations and the things you really enjoy in life, shop here. If you want less time waiting in line, a smiley associate saying how are you (despite the fact they dont care no matter where you shop) and fancy merchandising, then spend your hard earn money to pay for this luxury. read more

Oh gosh, do I have to admit I enter this establishment? lol, j/k. It's like when we were kids and made fun of everyone who shopped at K-Mart and then Target. I don't mind admitting shopping here. They have great value but I also do think they harm the local business cultures. I know, I love Costco, but it's not the same. Jim Sinegal does a lot to give back and their target was, were specialized. I do go to Wallmart to buy cheap index cards for when I was going to school and other stationary. Ok, it is what it is...Walmart. I'm not going to give it a 1-star review just because it's super crazy and a bit sketch since that's common to most of their stores. So...this is one of the better Walmarts that I've been to in Washington. That's really not saying much, though, since the others have been crap. When I think of Walmart, I remember the locations in Virginia that I frequented as a college student. They were clean, organized, well lit, and fun. The Lynwood location leaves a lot to be desired. The layout doesn't make much sense, the food section is tiny, and the parking is horrible. But again...3 stars for being better than absolute crap like the other locations. read more

OMG!!!! This place is a zoo every single time I go there!!! I go in canned cat food and household items becasue they are pretty much the cheapest around but you will wait in line forever and a day just to check out. Most times they have about 5 of the 20 checkstands open! AHHHHH!!!!! I literally now have to come here on the weekend really early like between 6 and 7 am! That is the only time I can get in and out pretty quick! Prices here are great but watch at the register- usually there is ALWAYS something that will ring up higher than the advertisied price becase of an expired tax or add. Once you bring it to the clerks attention, it takes at least 5+ minutes to get it sorted out!!! It happens so much that I sometimes think that it is intentional to see who will notice!! And the parking lot is always a ZOO TOO!!! read more

Was here last night (July 22, 2017 10pm) to return an item. Someone was being served at customer service. There were 4 of them at the counter and not one said a word that the customer they're serving was the last one. When the customer left nobody still said a word until I asked. Damn if I didn't ask they'd have me stand there waiting for service that wasn't coming. It's Wal-Mart's choice to hire dummies being an equal opportunity employer but please don't put the dumb ones together in one station. read more

a Walmart is a Walmart. They're mostly the same. This one was always 24 hours and since I am a night owl and I like to do my shopping around midnight, this was my go to place after Fred Meyer was closed for the night. Or If I was just wide away and needed to go walk somewhere, maybe people watch, this was also my place. The store is not 24 hours anymore. I assume this started some time in Sept. But I found this out at 1am a couple of nights ago. Was disappointed, but not super surprised. I assume it might have to do with low sales and high crime during the night. I know crime must have been a issue, since in recent months they started blocking off the electronics section after midnight and if you needed something back there, you had to REALLY search hard to find a employee to accompany you through the electronics. If you really need a 24 hour Walmart, the one on Everett Mall Way (used to be a Top Food) is now a 24 hour Walmart. So YAY! read more

Buckle up. This is a long one. I had to get a prescription filled at the Lynnwood Walmart (that place is awful).The times I've been there it's been trashed, can never find someone to help you, check out lines are ridiculous, etc etc. First stop restroom. There was only 1 out of 4 stalls in "working order" The one "working" hadn't been flushed all day, and the place was disgusting. There were no toilet seat covers and the seat was nasty. I decided I would wait (and try not to wet my pants). On to the pharmacy... The lady at the counter was friendly, helpful and told me it would be ready in 15 minutes. I needed ribbon so I went back to fabrics. I noticed a young woman standing at the cutting counter with material. I got my things and joined her at the counter. She was there, with her baby, who was NOT crying (which I thought was a rule in Walmart that babies had to scream) just waiting, and waiting. She looked at me and said she had been there 30 minutes and no one had come after numerous requests. I realized that the sound I kept hearing was the intercom, and request after request for "help in fabrics". I told her she could start cutting her own material until an employee freaks out and helps, or I would find someone. She looked too nervous to cut, so I went and found an employee (who happened to be a manager of different department). He apologized over and over, saying there isn't anyone assigned to that department, and when there is, they leave without checking in or out with anyone. They have complained numerous times to the higher ups since this is one of the #1 complaints in this store, but nothing changes. Material done. ..on to Miss Crotchety B. My 15 minute wait for meds had passed 25 minutes early, so I went back to pick them up. A younger guy was working, as he retrieved my prescription, I asked if I could pay for my things there (since the thought of 20 more minutes waiting in a checkout line made my bladder want to explode). He said yes of course, and finished my meds transaction(because it was separate) and set the bag down. Miss Crotchety B. came waddling around the corner, and the guy asked her if she could finish ringing me up, because he had something he needed to finish in a timely manner. As soon as she started to open her mouth, he regretted the decision, and told her he would take care of it. She said she would do it, but when she looked at my items she went into a tizzy. "DIDN'T YOU TELL HER WE ONLY RING 5 ITEMS?" Now looking at me, "DIDN'T HE TELL YOU WE ONLY RING 5 ITEMS?" I looked around, looked at her and said (at the same time he did) he said I could ring up back here, it wasn't a problem. "WE ONLY RING 5 ITEMS" Again the guy offered to finish checking me out, but she looked at him and said, "I'LL DO IT...BUT DIDN'T YOU TELL HER WE ONLY RING 5 ITEMS BACK HERE?" Not a single person was in line behind me. No one to be seen. NO ONE, ANYWHERE. I had 2 hallmark cards, a piece of material, and 8 tiny spools of ribbon. As she rang up each item she continued on with her, "IN THE PHARMACY WE ONLY RING 5 ITEMS". I reached for my meds to put in my purse, since those were finished. She snatched the bag from my hand and said, "That is there for the pharmacist, they have to talk to you before you can have it, and just so you know, WE ONLY RING 5 ITEMS IN THE PHARMACY". As she continued ringing me up, I kid you not, she let me know AGAIN, "I WANT TO MAKE SURE YOU UNDERSTAND WE ONLY RING 5 ITEMS IN THE PHARMACY". I tend to remind myself I don't look good in orange, prefer to not share my room with someone, and I hate cafeteria style food (slop). So in my head I was thinking, ok beotch, then ring me up twice...and only do 5 at a time, because there isn't a soul in sight, I'll get in line twice. But out of my mouth I said, "good to know, I guess I'm not use to YOUR Walmart, because at MY Walmart, that I actually use for my prescriptions, they are awesome and never mind ringing ANY amount of items up in the Pharmacy...ESPECIALLY when NO ONE IS BEHIND ME." She threw my items in my bag, then spilled them over the counter onto the floor, then rebagged them, and let me know again, (say it with me) "WE DON'T RING MORE THAN 5 ITEMS HERE". She grabbed my meds, put them on the end counter and told me to talk to the pharmacist, who was nice. It's clear that given the choice, 4 out of the 4 employees working with Miss Crotchety B. would choose getting an enema over dealing with her. I don't know how I missed her name tag...but you'll know who she is. I assure you, if I ever have to return to that pharmacy, and she's there, I'll be sure to bring SIX items thru her line. read more

I came into this Walmart this evening to cash an insurance claims check that I've been waiting to cash. I approached the customer service desk and the lady at the counter said that she could not cash my check because they now only cash tax and payroll checks. Walmart's website says otherwise. Not only did the poor attitude of the lady and the manager put a bad taste in my mouth, but you've also lost my business for good because of the horrid service and the way I was treated. OK so it's once-in-a-lifetime do you experience a customer service center such as the Lynnwood Walmart when we walked in we were probably greeted by absolutely no one but we did notice it had a McDonald's killer and we also noticed that the smell from McDonald's did not walked out so we didn't have to listen to people doesn't want to spell people disappoint hopes and dreams while we walk through the store all of the items were brightly colored we just played well stocked shelves also very cleanly stock shelves and a lot of running and facing employees in that store however read more

I've been using the pharmacy here for a little over a year now and I can say no longer. The best way that I can describe each visit is that the employees act like I am majorly inconveniencing them when I come to pick up my prescriptions on a monthly basis. They are either impatient, rude or indifferent and I'm finally tired of it. Never again. read more

On 02/18/2019 I made a returns with Sheri at the customer service. She was extremely rude and disrespectful.

Horrible treatment by an employee. Everytime I come here around evening, I am approached by a employee ( white male with long hair) that works the toy aisle. He always accuses me of doing something I didn't do. I've argued with this guy twice for no reason. I'm not the type to go cry to his manager. Advise you people to go to another store to be treated fairly with great customer service. read more

Where do I begin? It seems like every location I go to there's plenty of people to stock shelves but, there's not enough counter help to actually assist you with either purchasing your items or showing you where something is! I just waited at the online pick up area for damn near 15 minutes with no acknowledgment! When someone did actually see me standing there a quick call was made over the headset to let someone know I was there and still no assistance! last night we went to Walmart to of course buy 2 things (left with 15 items). well, I also needed cigarettes. I DONT KNOW WHY, but the line that you have to buy cigarettes from is a SPEEDY CHECKOUT only (10 items or less). which meant I had to stand in 2 separate lines. I asked our cashier in the 1st line I stood in "so if I needed cigarettes I have to go wait & stand in the other line?" she said "yes." I was expressing my frustration to my husband & then the cashier said "yeah I don't know. ask Walmart. I only work here. getting paid $9.90." umm okay...did I ask if you hated your job? they need to rearrange their checkout lines & maybe talk to "Mary" - she's a bit unhappy we felt. read more
