I hate going to this Walmart. Then again, it seems like any Walmart in this area is horrible. But this is the one that I has really pushed me to new heights of pissed. The first time we were there we had to pick up items for the sight to store. As soon as you walk in, there is a customer service desk that is hectic. We wait in line for 15 min and when we get to the desk, they direct us to the back. No signs mentioning they have a special area for the site to store items. So we head back there. No one is at the desk. No one responds to the page button we pushed. A dozen people walk by and ask if we are being helped. We tell them no and they say, " I will find someone for you and send them out" NO ONE COMES OUT. We waited maybe about 20 mins...We are the only customers there. Seriously. I am afraid that once we leave, someone will actually show up. So I call the store, from my cell and request to speak to the store manager. I tell him what is going on and magically someone shows up. Now I wish I could say this is the last time we were there, but sadly it isn't. We have family on the east coast that orders stuff and has us pick items up there. (I am beginning to question whether or not they truly love me...lol) Every time we have had to pick things up here, we have had similar experiences. Latest is another site to store order that they finished, but never put in the system, so we never got an alert to pick up. Found out about that when I called the store and spoke to the manager Bill. Mind you, I didn't request to speak to Bill until I was put on hold, two different times, for 10 minutes. All I wanted to do is talk to someone from the site to store area to get an update on the order. The kicker is when Bill told me they aren't that busy today... (So, why was I put on hold for so long and why didn't anyone pick up when I called multiple times?) The rest of the store is a mess. I don't shop in there because it is just a giant disgusting mess. You get a really good view of the mess when you have to walk through it to get to the site to store desk. If you choose to shop here, good luck! If you choose to do site to store, take a few deep breaths and be prepared to wait and wait and wait. read more

I went in the store the other night to buy a printer. I had checked the stock at this store online and saw they had the printer I wanted in stock. I got to the store at about 11pm. They didn't have any of the printer I wanted on the sales floor. I asked the lady in electronics if she could check back stock for me. She told me what you see is what you get basically and said they don't back stock printers. Ok. Whatever. I needed the printer so I got one that was double the price but was the cheapest one in the store at the time. I grab some paper and get in line. It was 20 mins till closing time and all self check outs were closed. There was one register open and the line streched all the way back to the pharmacy. A manager walked by and I asked if he was gonna open another line. He said "NOPE" in the shi*tiest tone possible and walked away. Screw this Walmart and their crap ass worthless employees. Walmart is Walmart. This one has its pros and cons. The store itself is pretty clean and the prices are really good. The solar panels in the parking lot is really cool and there is always ample parking when I come here. The customers that shop here are not as ghetto as other Walmarts. Generally the staff are super nice at this location too. One of the greeters gave my kids some candy because they thought they were cute. The only complaint that I have is the customer service department. The woman who was doing the returns proceeded interrogate me as to why was doing the return. For instance, I was returning a $80 hair dryer that wasn't very good and the Walmart service rep asks me, "why are you returning this, it is a really good brand it should work really good." I told her that it wasn't very good and wasn't the same as my previous hairdryer that was half the price. To me it was just an odd experience. read more

When I asked a wandering employee who looked like he was trying to avoid ALL contact with anyone and very unhappy,even irritated tht I asked about a vacuum belt he rolled his eyes and said its over there and pointed up,So i hesitated to ask him to show me, he literally huffed and stormed around the aisle and said "THERE!ITS RIGHT THERE!" The other reviewers have probably said enough about how bad this store is but I'll share my own poor experience with this Walmart too. The easiest way for me to sum up this place is to say that it is the place to come if you want to be treated like you are a bothersome lowlife for daring to ask one of the employees here a question. The last time that I went there, and I do mean the very last time, I got some young kid in the sporting section rolled his eyes at me and gave me a deep sigh and a plaintive "Yeah we don't carry that,." Here is the thing. I don't know how, but their rules actually change send on the store. It is not a statewide rule - it is for every particular store. I was going to buy a fishing license - just renew it, but the guy at the sports department gave me a hard time with it. Ge was asking for a confirmation of an address. So he requested 2 different documents, prooving the residency, even with the valid state ID. Even with the providing the expired license for last year. That is insane. What is wrong with you guys? I left to the store next to the place I usually fishing and bought the license without any problems and any extra documents. read more

With this Walmart, it has to be the location. I think that's the only reason why people go here. I know Walmart is for getting stuff cheap but this walmart sucks.The staff are so rude, unhappy, unhelpful, and they just make you not wanna be there. But I cant do anything because it's the closest walmart and I couldn't be bothered going any further. I just have to bare with the worst customer service, unorganized and not well maintained walmart that ever existed. Maybe they should fire all the staff in there and hire new and happier employees. This is for the optical department. Bought a pair of eye glasses. Lenses went bad after 6 months. Anti glare, and anti scrstch coats was super inferior. Not only did the lenses scratch up like I was using sand paoer, but they got blotchy dots all over. Never in 30 yrs have I experienced such poor quality. Went in to see about correcting this, or a possible discount in replacement lenses...sorry, warranty is only for 60 days. I purchased another pair from Kaiser, and those lenses are still in beautiful condition. Beware...buy from a reputable optical business, not Walmart. read more

Never had a problem whatsoever every time I come to this Walmart. I visit the store at odd hours so that may be why, but I've never had a problem returning or exchanging items. Sometimes I'll have to wait 15 to 20 minutes in guest services, but that's no problem for me. As for shopping, I always know where to go for things and the check out is fairly quick. The Walmart associates are mostly helpful here - once in a while you get someone clueless, though. read more

I have to admit, I wasn't looking for a Walmart per se - I just needed a store with decent prices for what I needed. Well, this Walmart showed up on Yelp and I decided to check it out. The parking lot is spacious and the spaces are large enough to park a mid-size SUV without dinging someone's door. Went last night and there was only one non self check out line open. I unloaded everything and had to wait 25 minutes b/c the person in front of me had an issue and then the cashier didn't know how to do something. There were no managers answering her calls. On top of it there's a sign that says, "hi I'm the regional manager, hope you had good service, call this number." THE NUMBER IS BLOCKED! I DOUBLE CHECKED IT TWICE. read more

This is one of my favorite Walmarts in town. I like that it's always clean and organized, and it's not over-crowded during the week, at odd hours. I always prefer to shop during the odd hours - I pretty much shop at most stores at odd hours. It's my thing. Wanna buy a gift for our friends. They are expecting really soon, and still don't have a stroller. Good options for it plus some of them already come with a car seat which is really nice. On the website, there are even more options for it. The prices are very reasonable. Also, this Walmart (unlike others) has many covered parking spots, which really helps in the climate as we have here. read more
