I go to this Walmart when I need random things lol. They have such a great clothing selection. I love to get my Christmas sweaters from here, pajama pants and jackets. They have a wide variety of household items and I always find what I'm looking for. They unfortunately no longer have self checkout at this location so the lines are a lot longer but they do have a lot of lanes open and it doesn't move too slowly. Always meet friendly workers at Walmart which is a plus. read more

I was at Express Care and received a prescription, I Googled Walmart and the website said that the PHARMACY " was open till 9, I arrived at 7:30 pm and the pharmacy was closed, I was upset, went to customer service and told them I was upset and as I'm explaining that to "Linda" she said "I ain't got time for this" flicked her hand in the air and said"that's not my department, you have to speak to them." I went there the next day, the showed me a different website that said they closed at 7, but I have a screen shot. Ultimately I spoke to a gentleman, Darryl, he gave me a generic number to call, I did, got nothing. I eventually got a store mangers name, Sherry, I've called 5 times, no answer and visited the store 2 more times, she's been "off" each time. Terrible experience read more

Typical Walmart deli ‍ I should have learned my lesson the last time when I got cheese from there and they don't know how to cut it. I literally had to pick pieces of cheese up and create a slice because it was sticking and it was just crumbling away. Walmart needs to do better with training their deli department because I don't think any of them back there or know what they are doing or even how to correctly cut lunchmeat or cheese or even how to layer it correctly. By now I feel like Walmart owes me some refunds. read more

I was here before they completed the vegetable/seafood/deli sections. Now it's like a 1-stop shop and I'm down for that. I was only here for a few things, but you know how it is when you go into a Walmart. They had pretty much everything I had on my list except for one or two items. The only thing that can be frustrating is that the aisles seem narrow. So when there is one person in the aisle with their shopping cart you can't get by. Generally the store is well kept. There seem to be some aisles with very few products but for the most part I got what I needed. I like the fact that they have food now so I can find my creams, vegetables, and deli products. The woman who checked me out was a special treat! She was very cordial and professional. Walmart needs more employees like her! read more

Was in this store on 9/27/25 went to use self-checkout and was told self-checkout was for Walmart Plus members only (which I am). Told the associate I was a member, which she replied that self-checkout was for Walmart plus scan and go customers. DO NOT BUY FROM DUNDALK MD WALMART!!! On 01/29/2025 I purchased a curved computer monitor for around $190 with tax. A Samsung C*R50* series. When I got home and opened the box everything was sealed but when I plugged it in the screen has a big crack down the middle and weird black tape across screen. When I returned it to the Dundalk Walmart they refused to give me a refund or exchange. They said the serial number on the monitor didn't match the box. They suggested I reach out to Samsung. I placed an order with the Dundulk ,MD. Walmart. The driver came but had been given the incorrect order. It wasn't mine. This is not the first time I have had problems with this store. Either the person supervising that department isn't overseeing it or the people getting the orders together or the delivery drivers are picking up the incorrect orders. Whatever the problems are someone needs to find out what is or isn't being right correctly. This is frustrating. I will changed stores. Get it together Walmart. Hire people that know what their doing and want to do the job they are hired to do. I placed a delivery order scheduled for 1pm to 2pm I called and called when I noticed it was almost 3pm and I still have not received my order. I called customer service 3 times and I tried calling the store and not it's 4 pm and my order still has not been shopped or delivered. I didn't even receive my delivery fee back for Walmart being over 2hours late than they made substitutes to my order and would not allow Me to disapprove them. What is the point of me paying for delivery if I am not going to receive my order for the time I choose. Walmart makes too much money for delivery orders to go so bad and never be delivered on time. The store really needs to increase their signage. It's very hard to know that 236 and eight are the only places in the self check out except cash you stand in line forever in a day and then you get up to the self check out and you find out that it only takes CARD it's not fair. I arrived at Walmart to pick up my son's graduation cake @9 and noticed this is not the cake I ordered. Had to wait 40 minutes for someone name George. Well I was able to get another cake but I had to come back later as in 4 to 5 hours later. This back and forth and the cost of gas is not cool. I ordered online with an $100 gift card I received for graduation. I was chose to buy some books, since being quarantined I've picked up reading again! I was able to purchase 6 books all for decent prices or even on sale. The shipping was fast and everything came in great condition. The only reason I'm giving 4/5 and not 5/5 stars is because the selection was not as large as I thought it would be, but mostly due to the fact many books were out of stock. I searched on Amazon and could find them, but wanted to use the gift card. I'd still order again from them if I found a book I'm interested in, since the shipping was fast and was able to track my shipment. read more

Then I'm trying to eat and there are nets and flies everywhere! To make it worse the manager is talking to another employee about gossip or drama as loud as possible! This Walmart is terrible. I've been waiting over an hour for them to locate a set of tires I ordered online. Walmart.com confirmed they were delivered, their records show that they should be in the store - but for some reason nobody can locate them! How do you lose not one, not two, but FOUR tires? To make matters worse, Cheyenne, the bimbo in the auto center, didn't know how to process a refund for my tires. It wasn't a hard job honestly but the people who work there are .. how do u say it without being mean..... lowlife assholes, who take their issues out on others I have had conversations with my supervisors and coworker, saying I don't know how long I could do this job because of some family issues. Now I was upfront and honest with them and told them the full story But to make it short, Someone in my life is going through it and he's being put in and out of the hospital constantly and I couldn't switch my position for some reason so I ended up telling them I have to quit because I'd rather spend my time with my family member when they could be close to their last breath I found out from my bf who works there that they all said I was a pussy and couldn't handle the job after talking to them about my family issues I refuse to spend money at this establishment and I advise you not to as well mainly because this Walmart in general is just fucking nasty. I had a horrible customer experience with 1 of the store managers named Emanuel. I was in the store before closing and found unopened merchandise on the sales floor that i wanted to open and purchase. Emanuel was rude arrogant and extremely dismissive to my request and refuse to open the merchandise. I was asking very reasonable questions about when the merchandise would be on the shelf and he told me that it would not go out for another week...even though its sitting on the sales floor at that very moment. He interrupted me every time i tried to talk and just about dared me to report him about the situation. I came back the next morning and the merchandise that I was told would not be put out for another week was opened and on the shelf. Emanuel gave me such a hard time and then blatantly lied to me. Even though this is my local store I will not return. I would rather spend more somewhere else. read more

For such a big corporation. You would figure that Walmart would have their stuff together. Not sure if it's just a problem at the Dundalk Walmart. I placed the order online to order told me it was going to be available yesterday between 8:00 and 9:00 p.m. The order wasn't available until the next day around 11:30 a.m. I go to Walmart to pick up to order 45 minutes of waiting after doing the check-in online. I had to call the store numerous times as well in the 45 minutes going to their online pickup number where no one answered and it said try your call again later. I had to make an irate phone call to the actual store threatened to speak to a manager for them to actually bring my order out this is ridiculous. Never again Walmart I guess I'll be a target shopper for life now. read more

I ordered tires online and during checkout was given the phone number for the tire center. After paying for the tires and confirming the order I attempted to call the tire center for the first time. The phone picks up and says thank you for calling the tire center and then proceeds to ring for at least the 10 minutes that I held on. I attempted this five times total. I also called the main number for the store and pushed the button to speak with a store representative. I held for over 10 minutes three times. Finally the fourth try I was able to speak with someone who did not listen to me when I told them nobody was answering in the tire department and simply said hold and then transferred me back to the same number that rang for 10 minutes and no one answered. I had to go online and cancel the tire order. There's no way I'm shipping tires to a store that can't even answer a phone. Apparently the store is still open because I called the pharmacy and they picked up. Whoever the general manager is needs to be replaced with somebody who can clean house and make this a Walmart again. Even on its worst day Kmart was nowhere near as bad. read more

So they have expanded their electronics area and generally made improvements in navigating the isles. I did ship to store for my items. I will never ever go to this Walmart ever again for anything. I would rather pay $ to get my stuff shipped to my house. Employees Jasmine, Becky, and Melisa from claims as she said are horrible. They forgot that I was there 4-5 times while I was standing there. They sit there and gossip about customers which is unnaceptable. I waited an hour for my items. I will never come to this Walmart ever again. No one should have to wait an hour for there items. These employees should be fired because they were talking about a customer and even cursing about said customer. Jasmine is so incompetent she said who are you again. These employees don't care about Walmart they're only there to get there Money and go home. You need to hire better people because standing for an hour waiting for items is crazy. Every time I run to Walmart -- which has become less and less -- I find shelves that are barely stocked, unfriendly, and not very helpful, customer service reps, and unorganized areas. I would rather pay a few dollars more and go to Target. At least there the staff are helpful and the shelves are stocked. read more

We only go here because it's close to our home. Most of the staff are clueless and could careless if you get what you need. They are always out of stuff. It's very rare that I ever can get all the stuff I came in for because if they have one item they're out of the next...its very frustrating. They certainainly need to reevaluate their inventory and ordering processes. The bathrooms are generally gross and unkept. If you shop at later in the evening/night it's hard to get up the aisles due to all the things put in the middle of the aisle to be stocked overnight. read more

If i could give Walmart zero stars i would. And it's not bout my disdain for the company as the whole, but this location is particularly horrible. First off let's get past of the whole idea that this is a Walmart and it's located and Dundalk (where i grew up i might add) and just talk about the store it's self. Customer service at the location is practically non-existent. For the most part they when they do know where things are in their section, the response is usually some sort of grunt. There are a few bright spots, but i should say few. They never have enough check out lanes open, so it's common for the lanes to clog up the isles. Be nice if they could take some of these employees that are standing around chatting to each other and train them on the register. Also for the amount of people who are stocking up things, you would think they would never be understocked on the shelves. Think again. One particular item they never keep up on is milk. It's common to go to the case at 8pm and see it empty. Also do they ever clean that thing? And then there is the pharmacy. Oh the pharmacy how you are my bain. How often can a place just be so incompetent. I could go on and on about the problems i have had with the pharmacy here, from 30 min waits being 3 hours, to them just not filling prescriptions, to them getting the insurance wrong, to them saying they ran out of a medication when they hadn't, ect ect. On top of it all is the total lack of communication with the customer, oh and poor customer service. It as if they took the stockers the grunted the least and had them work the pharmacy counters. And no use complaining, because i did, and well yeah.... I understand that people want to save a buck nowadays, but do your self a favor and pay a couple of cents or dollars more and go somewhere else, like some place that appreciates your business. read more

Horrible experience especially manager they were ignorant and rude don't go there would not price match off their own web site. So here's what happen. I was shopping around and found something I've been looking for. However, I could not find a price on it. So I go looked it up. Found it. Was a decent price and so I wanted to get it. However the price did not reflect what I found on Walmart.com. There was a 38.00 difference. So I had them call a manger, the manger came and I explained what I found and what was going to. I was buying this item for a wounded warrior that was not able to afford it for his child. The manager said no she won't price match off her store website. She said I am on a bogus website, I'm like really? Then she said it's two different items. Again I showed her the item number, sku, and even the box. Guess what? They all matched up. Then she said I don't know why it's a price difference so I then asked if she can match it. She said no. She won't and told me to leave. This item was going for a good cause. Really why are people so ignorant especially Walmart. I wanted the head manager info and again I was told to leave. At no time did I cuss or was disrespectful nor raised my voice. I will be following up and lodging a complaint. Not right so disrespectful I will never ever shop at that Walmart again and I will spread this information out on the internet and face book. I had an issue with a bike assembly before Christmas, after 3 months & contacting the BBB, the Dundalk store manager was willing to resolve the issue. However the bike had to be exchanged & when it was brought back to the store the associate in customer service would not give me an even exchange because I bought through walmart.com. The price of the bike went up both in the store & with walmart.com. The associate was rude & acted like this coming out of his pocket. He said since I was getting a gift card that was promised by the store manager for all of the trouble I went through, that there was enough money on the gift card to cover the increase in price. I've never heard of an even exchange costing me. I only paid the difference because it was a present for my daughter & she loves the bike. I have been a loyal customer of Walmart for well over 20 years but not anymore. read more
