TERRIBLE, I mean TERRIBLE costumer service! I just went there today to pick an online order that was supposed to be ready, they couldn't find the item, the person who was assisting me instead of trying to help decided to take a break and I thought he was still looking for it, WTH???? If there where a 0 star they would not get it, this is by far the worst Walmart within 50 miles of Dundalk. The automotive department starting with CSM Joe and under him Lisa are the worst managers one can deal with have no communication skills do not know a thing about customer service and they surely do not care about Walmart's bottom line due to there unprofessional ethics. However, your Army is only as good as your General as they say, so I totally put blame on the store manager who oversees all departments. Anytime you call the store for any information they are rude or just put you on hold and I believe just leave you on hold just to see how long it will take for you to hang up, very rarely you will get any info or a department when calling. This store and it's management should be removed, rebuilt and start all over again. This store makes Walmart look bad, that's why more patrons are shopping at Target now due to the poor management. Ordered an item to store, received an email saying that my order was ready for pick up. I went to the store, only to find one that my item was on "the trailer" and I have now been waiting 45 minutes for it to get off the trailer, along with about 10 other customers. These "your item is ready" email should not be sent until the item is easily accesible to the employees. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

The elctronics area will have things that have been not restocked in MONTHS. I have never in the several years I have been going here seen a single camera on display o0where they are supposed to be set up. Literally the worse experience ever!. As an associate: it was horrible working here. Management was all over the place and weren't helpful and other associates were lazy and rude to customers. I had to help out a lot of customers when working here since all the other associates were too busy doing nothing. I was a hard working which... Training was non existent. Unfortunately I decided to quit. As a customer: I went to the store 02/13/18. Worse experience ever. I got permission from a csm to contact management to see if I could get my job back. The csm gave me the code to use on the phone and I called. This guy name brick or something dumb like that walked towards me and cursed me out in front of customers.... (A lot of customers). He then bought security and said I had to leave the store then after explaining my situation they said I could continue shopping. 2 seconds later they walked to me again and said I had to leave. They escorted me out (even though i know how to walk on my own). The gay guy bricks kept calling me sir (in which I'm female) and kept screaming saying bye sir get out haha you got kicked out. In front of customers. He was so disrespectful and so was security and the csm. This is a horrible and ghetto store. Im telling you as a former worker and a former customer. This guy gave me 2 anxiety attacks when i got home just by thinking of the incident. He along with some of the other black staff should be fired. Ive been to better locations. The employees here dont wanna work. Management doesnt care about customer issues either. Heres my Letter to walmart from December 2015(Still no reply from walmart). "Hello, I was in the Dundalk md location on 12/12/2015 at around 9pm. I purchased a large chair from the register in the sporting goods section. I used my debit card for the transaction. After I payed the older gentlemen working the register gave me a small paper. He then mumbled somthing and I asked wht he said, his reply was "oh nothin to you, just talking to my self, I need register paper" I said "okay have a good night" and took my chair and headed to my car. The entrance In lawn and garden where I parked was closed so I walked to the main entrance. When I got to the main entrance the young lady asked for my receipt. I then pulled out the paper tht I had gotten at checkout. The paper read "thank you for shopping" but it didn't list any info about my purchase. The lady said to me "THIS IS NOT A RECIEPT I NEED TO SEE YOUR RECIEPT!" She said it in a loud way with an attitude. I then explained to her that that's all I had gotten. At this point I realized that the guy at the register was saying that he ran out of paper. That explains why I got such a short printout. I explained that to the lady but she wouldn't listen. She ran over to the police officer that was at the door and said "this man didn't pay for his items. He says this is his RECIEPT but it's crumpled up" she then called me a liar and said that I was stealing the chair. I then went to the officer and explained that that was all I had gotten from the cashier. He looked at me and said "really" as if he thought I was lying. I even pulled up my bank account app and showed them that I just made a purchase at the store. We went to customer service and the cashier went to the back and got my RECIEPT. I got my RECIEPT and then left. I'm writing this because your staff treated me like a thief and a liar. I make an honest living and would NEVER steal. The thing that stuck out the most was the associate at the door checking receipts. She had NO right calling me a liar and a thief. Her actions were VERY unprofessional. I will never return to this store and I will advise my friends and family not to shop their either." Sorry if this post is long, but I want to warn anyone who is even thinking about using Walmart.com. BEWARE; stop, go to Amazon, do without, but don't order from Walmart.com My nightmare started after I suffered an injury and was unable to drive for 8 weeks. I would normally start with Amazon for online orders, but the items I needed were personal care items that I would normally purchase at Walmart and I had heard ads about them offering free 2-day shipping. So I thought I would try Walmart .com. I placed my order on Sept 20th, never received the initial order and I am today, December 23rd, still trying to get my full refund. They lost the first order, then the store would not accept back the items that arrived too late to be of use (took 10 days from time of order despite being shipped via "free 2-day shipping"), finally after many hours of complaints sent me a label to return the package and then they lost the return package! Now they are charging me back for the lost package. The time I have spent trying to recoup my loss far exceeds the price of the shipment, but at some point it became the principal of the matter. Walmart's method of customer service appears to be refer you off to another a rep who will have to "contact you later" but they never do. That and blame any and all mistakes on the customer. You don't receive the order, well you go track it. You didn't receive the refund? Call back tomorrow. WORST online ordering experience ever. I have given up hope of ever receiving my refund, but vow to go on every forum, customer based sharing site possible to warn others about Walmart.com. DO NOT USE!!! Go else where!!!! I just called your store number to talk to a person in the office, I was informed that there was no one there to speak to,this was at 1:30 in the afternoon,so I ask to speak to a store mananger to see if they could help me, I was informed that they could not help because there was no one there.What kind of store has no one in the office or anyone there that could help resolve a problem or even answer a question which that was the reason for my call just to ask a simple question that is no way to help a custermer.This is the second time I've tried to reach someone at that store and was told there was no one in the office to help me, so what does it take to reach your office department or human rescoure dept.which I no are located in the back of each store.I was a dedicated walmart shopper but now I'm starting to think that target or Kmart might be a better way to go.My rating has went from a 5 to a o. read more
