While I love the competitive prices at Walmart, the pickup is my least favorite of the competition. There are too many times I check in before other people even pull into their spot, and they get their order before me. Just watched three people get their order who parked after I did. Most times I wait up to 20 min. There has been a couple of times it was 40 min. It's not even a busy time! Walmart please figure out a way to prioritize your customer's check ins. Me and my friend were trying to buy charcoal for our mom and then this guy clearly saw us buy and and then i put my moms phone number in and sent it to my email and then we are leaving and he says we need proof of purchase but he saw us buy it and just kept saying we couldn't leave until we have a receipt and he let the other people go with out receipts. there is something wrong with him and made me call my SICK mom and he could let us leave when HE WAS LETTING OTHER people leave with no receipts. read more

Bad experience today with an employee in the Automotive / Tire department. I went to customer service and surprisingly found an individual that was willing to help me with my situation. I explained to the customer service representative about the bad attitude and disrespect that I had received and was told that they had had many complaints about this particular employee, but it appears that management is for some reason afraid to terminate this employee??? I have transferred my prescriptions to a non-Walmart pharmacy and will no longer patronize this location. read more

I have never been so grossed out. As I stood near the automotive area, a huge rat (the size of my foot) ran across the floor from the tire area to the battery area. I can't imagine shopping at this location ever again. I made a comment to one of the employees that confirmed that customers see them all the time. First of all I want to say this store has a mess in the seasonal department. It looks like after Christmas already a lot of stuff is gone and thrown everywhere. The older, self check clerk, braided Brenda was rude as usual as a matter of fact she told me to stand back and I'm wearing a mask. She is always acting like she has so much power and argues with you and doesn't let you speak or say a word . She forgot to put her signature on the screen so I could proceed to check out. I was not even standing close to her and had to get her to come back and finish. I find that the Walmart on Stonebrook Pkwy has nicer employees and they don't have snotty attitudes like Brenda. I'm not coming back to this store, unless they train their employees to treat customers with respect. They wouldn't have a job if it wasn't for us, customers.... think about that! This location SUCKS. We place Walmart orders once or twice a week, they always substitute items that are "out of stock" when full well every time I go into the store they are there. I've gone into the store on the same day before that they claimed items were "out of stock" but in reality I think the searchers don't look for sh*t because as mentioned, I've gone and looked the same day before and magically the "out of stock" item was there. I'm cooking a big pasta meal tonight and I wanted this certain Italian herb bread from the bakery to make homemade cheese garlic bread. "Out of stock" well they claim that their bread is "baked fresh daily" so tell me how the f**k that by ELEVEN AM THEY ARE OUT??? Already know full well the searchers just miss things often times and they also probably don't make their baked goods as often as they should. Over the last 4 weeks we have had multiple grocery pick up issues with the Walmart store in Frisco, TX off FM 423. It takes multiple times to get a Walmart associate to answer the phone when our order is ready and we have waited in our car for anywhere between 45 mins and 90 minutes to get our order. Yesterday, Oct 23rd was the worst experience of all of them. I arrived at 3pm as we were notified at 250pm that our order was ready for pick-up. It took over ten tries of calling them once at the store to get someone to answer. When they answered they told me the order would be out shortly. 30 minutes later I called again and then walked up to ask what had happened to my order and was then told it was next in line and would be out shortly. The order never came out to my car and I tried calling again a few times before getting ahold of someone. I was then told they could not find my order around 4pm. Very frustrated at that point I had another manager come out around 15 minutes later telling me they had just dropped my groceries off in another vehicle. At that point I asked to cancel my order and give me a refund. They said they would but that also never happened. My wife and I have been on the phone numerous times with Walmart customer service trying to get a refund but they haven't been able to process saying they can't get anyone at the Frisco store listed above to answer. This has been an absolute disaster as in the last 4 times that we have went to that store for grocery pick-up. We are now without groceries for the week and grocery money. Horrible experience and also really difficult to even get Walmart to refund our grocery money. My wife and I have spent more than 3 hours now trying to get things fixed. read more

Have been sitting in stall for 42 minutes waiting for my online pickup order to come out. In the meantime two people are unloading the same load into other cars at the same time. Spending time talking and having fun while there are about 20 of us waiting for our order. The girl has extremely long nails too, which has got to be hard to load groceries in a car with. Maybe instead of hanging out and having fun we should have one person going from car to car getting signature while a separate person loads and gets the next load. read more

This was my first visit to this location and had it and the people not been as nice as they were, I would want to give this and every WalMart in the area, Frisco Stonehaven location, Lewisville location to name a few ZERO STARS for the lack of customer service by NOT ANSWERING THE PHONE !!!! How is it a BUSINESS doesn't answer the phone? I started calling all 3 mentioned stores at 9:08 pm and not one of them answered! I'm sorry, this Eldorado - Little Elm location finally picked the phone up and hung it back up immediately! This blatant disregard forced me to drive to all the stores to see when they quit doing money transfers through WM to WM. Everyone one of them 10pm and I drove up to the Stonehaven location first at 10:05, they had pulled the drawer and couldn't give me the money I needed. Oh I forgot to mention when I drove up there was an associate outside smoking a cigarette! While it could have and probably was her break and she had nothing to do with the phone not being answered, it frustrated me even more. I want to end this with something positive - I went over to the cosmetics department and the sweetest voice asked me if she could help me. Her name was Apple and her presence was just like a hug she was so so sweet and went out of her way to help me find what I was looking for. She could tell I was frustrated and annoyed I'm sure but it didn't take long after talking to her to make me feel a lot better! I wish everyone could be as nice as she is! Especially people in retail and that deal with the public! Byron, the assistant manager at the Stonehaven location was super sweet as well. You could tell he felt bad but his hands were tied as far as the $ transfer. I hope that both of these employees are recognized for their extra efforts in being empathetic to a customers / persons needs. read more

This location is horrible if you need to talk to someone or get anything behind lock and key. No one is in the sporting goods section. The manager doesn't respond to pages for assistance since a key is needed. I tried calling the store number and calling the operator for assistance and no one answers the phone. read more

Visiting this establishment is much like happening upon a medieval bazaar. Be prepared for an ordeal. People everywhere, social customs abandoned, structure and order minimal, and personal space out of the question. My stars! We popped in because buying a can of tennis balls for our dog on the way home sounded like a manageable feat. No, indeed. Everything seems to take twice as long here. People who work there seem dazed. Their blank stares ward off customer questions or requests. There isn't any apparent help when needs arise. Customer service didn't seem to be on anyone's radar. Good grief, keep me out of there! In order to avoid the time-warp of the never ending check out line, we had to do the self scanner. They should pay ME! read more

I asked 1 employee who couldn't find it either, but that employee found 2 others to help, and between the three of them they figured it out. I'm not a fan of Walmart so there isn't much expectation when I go into one. Sure is a one stop shop for all your grocery and household needs, but service should never be compromised. It is sad that Walmart is a brand known for less than stellar customer service. This location is ALWAYS crowded. No one is EVER in sight should you need help. Yes, Walmart is cheaper. Yes, Walmart has everything you could need.....but why is it at 9pm, only Self check out lanes are open??? Is there not enough money being put into the business that they hire around the clock help? Had a pair of Maui Jim sunglasses with a broken lens. I purchased replacement lenses on Amazon and took them to the WalMart Eye Care to see if they would replace them. I was greeted immediately by a friendly, Lizette. She was extremely nice and after I showed her the sunglasses and the replacement lenses, she asked me to wait while she worked on them. I asked her if I should come back later and she asked me to wait. It literally took her all of 4 minutes to replace both lenses and give them back to me. When I asked her how much it would cost me, she told me there was no charge. Where do you find anything at no charge any longer? Especially good service. Probably not a policy by WalMart Eye Care, but definitely a courtesy that will go a long way. I strongly recommend WalMart Eye Care for more than just a pair of glasses. Lizette went above and beyond to take care of a loyal WalMart customer and I will make sure to recommend their services to all of my neighbors and friends. read more

This was worst experience I have had just to change my oil. First red flag when I initially pulled up the gentleman said it will be 2:30 wait and it was only 2 cars ahead of me. Second red flag was when it was time to for me to check out 3:30 hours later, this guy had a blank sticker to put my miles on for the future oil change date . 118K was incorrect mileage that he was writing and I calmly told the gentleman that my car only had 85k miles on it , so then another worker said let's go outside and verify . I'm like you can go out there and verify but, i know the correct mileage on my car that I have been driving for the past 2 years . I have heard the saying pay for what you get but it didn't makes total sense to me until today ! FML! read more

Store is usually clean and it's on the way home if I need to pick something up last minute. Only bad thing is you can never find any help when you need it unless you go late at night and they are stocking the shelves, but then the employees are hesitant to help. read more

Obviously this store is having problems with theft.The controller I bought last year has gone up in price two fold and now is locked in a cabinet.That's okay Can get a controller else where. But I do not appreciate being asked for my receipt while walking out the doors of Walmart carrying only a case of soda.I'm not a crook,But the manager of this store sure is..Next time I will keep walking and they can Look on the security camera footage to see that,I paid like usual.Have heard plenty of negative things about Coleman Taylor the manager of this store.Will be taking my business to Kroger and Aldi's. Upon exiting the market entry, I was stopped by the greeter John who asked for my receipt to quote "check my basket to make sure I was not STEALING anything". Not sure what kind of training you have for your associates to have them presume clients/customers are STEALING. I am never ever coming back to this store and I am planning to report this associate's behaviour at the district level and on all possible social media and/or media outlets possible. These incidents are indicative of a larger management problem at this store as this is not the first negative experience I have had at this store which is close to where I live. I look forward to speaking to the store manager about this associate as he was not available to speak to me on either the day of or the day after this incident. read more
