I just can't do it anymore, I only go to Walmart for certain items I can't pick up at Target, plus they have ammo, but jeez it's takes like half an hour to get someone over to the sporting goods area to even buy the dang ammo. They have 40 cash registers and leave only about 5 open so you're stuck waiting in huge lines when you're only trying to buy 3 things. Not only that the "20 item or less" section is totally Bs.. families will have a cart full of groceries and they still allow them to be rung up on the "20 item or less" section and people like me with only 3 things to buy are left to suffer. read more

Been coming to this WM since they opened 15 or so years ago. They seem to be out of alot of items on a regular basis. I dont like the fact you have to stop and show your receipt at the door, but I guess they have to do something due to all the theft. The security they have outside here riding around in a black p/u truck doesnt inspire confidence in me. I see em sitting in their truck staring at their phone at times instead of looking around the premises. Thats not to say the security doesn't do a good job, its just what I have seen when Im there. I would like to say that have gotten good service with ordering stuff online and picking it up at the store though. They were quick and even loaded up the heavy Items in my truck. read more

I came in last night, to ask what time they open for oil changes. I was told 7:00 a.m. . I arrive at 6:30, and after 15 minutes I'm told they don't open till 9:00 a.m. . I went into the inside store, I went to the automotive department come on to which they told me they'll be open at 8:00 a.m., they then proceeded to tell me that corporate office makes the schedule and they can't open unless two oil technicians are there. They said if you have a problem go see the manager. So I found an assistant store manager, I told him the situation about being told three different times, and the fact there's nothing posted out there about the actual time like the pharmacy has. He then proceeded to tell me that what they told me was complete BS ( and he actually use the full vulgar language word) which I thought was very unprofessional. He then told me it's all these covid laws that are causing the problems and they did they actually do open at 7:00 when I was said and done. You recommended that I call to San jacinto one and try them. I just wish they had some kind of sign out there and they management should not use vulgar language like they did to customers, guy to guy or not. read more

Where should I begin. Ok I just bought a new house and have spent lots of money in Wal-Mart getting odds and ends. So I went to return items here and there. Well honestly I usually had receipts but sometimes no and really it doesn't matter because they seem to treat returns like they're doing you a favor. First off I buy a lot so I probably return a lot. After ten minutes of waiting, I found an employee and asked her if she could help me out and unlock the cabinet. She was fucking RUDE dude and I literally just asked her a simple question. We want to thank Melody, a checker, who was a ray of sunshine yesterday. She was smiling and happy and actually helped bag our groceries and we spent over 260.00 so you know we had a lot. Since the switch to bring your own bags not many of the checkers seem to want to help bag. They scan the items and it's on you to bag. Very stressful. Thank you Melody, we truly appreciate you and hopefully you will be there whenever we do our shopping. I think Walmart automotive is understaffed and should not offer services they cannot provide. We bought tires in the past from Walmart and had a blowout and were near the Beaumont store. We made the mistake of purchasing 2 tires they said they could mount on car. A few minutes later all the staff left and only one gal and a sales clerk were left with many waiting for service. I only had the one tire mounted but it took 2 hours. Another man was on his 2nd try of a 2 hour wait to get his mounted. We got the warranty and had a nail in our tire after waiting in Hemet and San Jacinto we finallly had to pay another place to fix it. Don't go to any Walmart for tires read more

Quite possibly the worst level of management I've seen. Supervisors standing around chatting while there was only 2 checkouts open and the self checkout area on a busy day. I gave up waiting after standing for 30 minutes and the line not moving forward, there was even a line waiting to get to a self checkout machine. I gave up and walked out when it became obvious the stores management aren't willing to staff the checkouts adequately and obviously don't care. Time they reviewed the management there are people out there that would do their job for the same pittance they are paid and be glad of that pittance. read more

If your time is valuable, then stay away from here. Came here to get 4 new tires for the car, waited over 45 minutes for the rude guy that was supposed to be checking in cars to help us. When he finally got around to helping us, he suddenly had a lapse in intelligence and could no longer operate the handheld device he was using to get us checked in. Mind you he helped the previous 3 people in line with no problem other than taking forever. He left to go get help and was mumbling while he walked away. Never, never take your car here to have serviced, i.e., oil change, tire rotation ex. First time I took my car here it now has a oil leak. I informed them that I never had oil spots on my driveway and all they said was take it to the dealer.. REALLY!! So I also had my tires rotated and now a week later I have lost two hubcaps off my tires because they were never put on back right.. These guys that work in the auto department just don't give a shit, worst mechanics ever!! Pay attention to detail !! read more

Asked an ederly lady named pamela behind the desk in automotive where auto bulbs were. She told me aisle 4. Failed to tell me that theyre locked up. (Totally understandable given the area) how about a heads up though. Found the "display" which looked as sparce as a gas station bulb area. I go to this location often in the money center and an associate named Glenda helps me out often. She is always very kind, knowledgeable and helpful but today I went in there not having a good day and very stressed out with a problem I was having with paying a bill. She went above and beyond to help me and make it easier for me to solve my problem. I have been a manager in customer service and she is definetely someone I would cherish to have on my team. She truly cares about the guests that walk in everyday and should be shown great appreciation. read more

I try to check things out prior to going. I also go early in the day ,not noon on a sat. or first of the month. Always shop at Walmart; and it's the same service you get at every Walmart. The greeters are always nice, the cashiers are nice and understand that people are in a hurry. Shop here about 3x a week, as well as the other members of my household. The major issue at this store is when you call. I was checking the availability of an item and I was put on hold 3x for over 4 mins. Everytime. If you need to know if an item is in stock, it's better to take the time to go in or you will be on hold for hours. read more

On Dec 12.31.17 ( live right by Wal-Mart less then a 2 min walk just moved to Hemet from Murrieta) I came home and my Uncle ask me where I got my rent money from ( the hours I work doesn't really let me make it to the bank so I take it out of Wal-Mart) I let him know Wal-Mart across the street. Why? he lets me know the money is fake. I go get all my receipt and walk back over there to get the real money from my cash back I got the pass few days. I talk to a short white girl w/ glass on the morning of 10.31.17, let her know what happen she took down my info and wrote the time, date, cash register that it was from, and said ill get a call around to. It hit about 6 pm so I called them myself,after being on hold for 30 min I get told that they are all in a meeting and will call me back in 10 min( no call) . on 01.01.18 on my way home I go back up there to see what they are going to do about the issue. I get a different manger black hair with a red or pink strip of hair in the front, she has no clue what I was talking about. which I find odd because if you guys are taking/ giving fake money to people I would think you would be looking over your money as well as let EVERYBODY that works there what has happened. But she does the same thing take my name and number and says when LP comes he they will give me call.( I am a pretty relaxed person so I just say ok and go about my day) Friday 01.05.18 6 days after I let them know that they have gave me fake cash. $ days after my 2st time up there, I get off work go back to Wal-Mart and ask to speak to another manger this time I get Brook. I for the 3rd time go over what has happened and now I am trying to find out why I haven't got a call yet. She once again had no clue what I was talking about and guess what Brook is one of their highest mangers up-front -__- ( that lets me know that they wasn't taking me serous at all) so she goes talk to her LP guy. She comes back and says to me " he couldn't understand what the other mangers wrote down that's why we haven't called you" #PAUSE rember the 2 manger had ME wright my name and number down so I know he could read at least that!!!! as she goes back and forth between us and the LP guy ( who I never seen but whatever) she asked me if she can keep my receipt -______- ( but they only looked and the cash and handed it back to me like we were playing hot rocks) but wanted to keep my only receipt. I told her no I write down my name and number and she write the info she needs from the receipt. It is now it is Friday 01.19.18 20 days after I 1st came in to this wal-mart to get my Dec. RENT money back I called this morning to ask for the manger I was on hold for so long that I forgot I was even on the phone, I hang up and call right back and asked for their corporate number, got put on hold and guess what 2 mins later a manger is on the phone -___-. They tried to asked what I needed help with, I let them know I just need corporate numbet they gave me 1800Walmart which is some walmart line that trying to sale you things you do need. so I call back and ask for the number that they call when a customers are in the store They give me the same number ( I am sure they don't hit # 40xs before they get a person. But I have friends that work for Wal-Mart so ill just get it from them. Anyways I called back talk to ANOTHER manger and have to tell her ALL OVER AGAIN the issue, and of course they are going to call me at 2pm at this point I just need to get the cops and a lawyer. BY the way the 3rd time I went up there a lady that works there that over heard us talking comes up to me and let me know that she herself took 400$ of fake money -.- IF I WAS ANY OF YOU I WOULD NEVER GET CASH BACK HERE AND IF YOU DO CHECK YOUR MONEY BECAUSE IF THEY GIVE YOU FAKE CASH THEY WILL NOT GIVE YOU REAL MONEY BACK AND WILL SEND YOU ON A MERRY-GO-ROUND.AND IF YOU ALREADY HAVE GOTTEN CASH BACK CHECK YOUR MONEY BECAUSE YOULL WILL GO TO JAIL AND WALMART WONT OWN UP TO HAVING AND GIVING FAKE MONEY TO YOU. read more

Went to the money center and got a bluebird card. I had the saving catcher rewards I was going to load and get double my money and was never told u had to wait for a permanent card. I even asked the girl if I can load the savings catcher on this card and was told yes. Want to register my card and before I went to put my money on there I was told by Amex I could not until I got my permanent card in 7-10 days and I was going to go shopping tomorrow for food. And walmart had no compassion and no care to even give me a gift card with what I would have got on my bluebird card. I purchased about $160 worth of items but the register they wanted u to go to was out the door... So I asked the cashier Alicia can I come back she sd yes thats fine just keep ur receipt... So I come bc on the 3rd of Jan... Donna the customer service rep asked did I check in the items at the front door .. What items? I asked (she took those the day I received the tickets)... She then spoke to Richard the manager which says oh no we are no longer taking the tickets ..Huh??? I explain it all to him again he goes let me check the cameras?? That's Fine but really I have No desire to nor have I ever stole anything in my life but i was made to look like a crook and liar in front of my kids all for $37.62... He comes back about 20min later ok Donna just do it.. And says to me sorry about the wait really as much money as I spend in this place and that's the way you get treated...
