There was David and Micheal...you can find them in electronics. I really felt taken care of like we were long time friends. Thanks guys for helping me out getting me what I was looking for. Also, I wish I got her name but there was another employee she's really pretty lady with very long light hair and she was stocking the detergents and cleaners. It's Walmart don't come in with high hopes. Overall the store was surprisingly clean, well organized and somewhat well stocked. They have low prices on most things. Don't recommend shopping here on weekends because it's a mad house. Also Mondays Everything is pretty much gone because people stock for the week. So far my experiences here have been way better than the san Jacinto Walmart. The older Manger with the short hair and a million pins on her vest is a complete idiot. The older cashier with long that was ringing me up was super nice. Unfortunately the card reader decided to malfunction when I was trying to pay. I tried different cards and it would sound like something was scratching my card. I assume it was the card reader messing up. So the cashier flagged down the manager. I explained what was going on. The Manger decided to lecture me about how she was on this register for 6hr and didn't have a single complaint or issue. She tried to imply that I didn't have funds on my card. That's great Karen thank you do you want me to give a pin? lol how is this gonna help the situation? I clearly have funds on my card why else would I be here shopping. I even explained that the customer behind decided to change registers be she also hear the scratching noises that the machine was doing on my card. She gain questions me about my card. Both cars are brand new. They didn't have scratches until I used the machine. I asked if I could use Apple Pay. To that she responded with me don't have that. Ok? I tried my card for the 100th time I held the machine in place while inserting my card. It was finally able to read it. At this point I was beyond irritated with this lady. The cashier kept apologizing. I told it wasn't her fault I appreciate that she actually tried to help instead of just watching and judging like the moron manger behind her with her arms crossed just blabbing away not helping at all. The brainless manager said "see I told my machine wasn't broken it was your card." If you use the Walmart shopping application on computer or phone........ don't!! I bought a tv, arrived broken, returned item, have receipts for sale, pickup and still haven't received credit from my card. The return on the app shows pending and I had to call my credit card company to dispute the charges. Now informed today that I need to provide documents including: receipt, return bill of lading, amount of dispute and date of original transaction. First time using curbside service. Easy and simple! No signs showing "Curbside"- only signs showing "Pickup". Park, call the # posted on sign and tell them the Parking Spot #. They are out in a jiffy (or maybe I lucked out) There's plenty of parking on NW side of lot. I ordered a few item for curbside pickup at this Walmart. I realized there were a couple of other things I needed so I went in to the Walmart before going to curbside. I had never been to this Walmart before and it's a little confusing. As I entered the store I saw two greeters chatting with each other. I approached them and ask for help. One lady walked away, the other startted listening to my question, then told me she was on lunch break, ask the other lady (the one who just walked away, knowing her teammate was at lunch). The second lady was so rude and unhelpful that I found it shocking. This is a greeter, and if I hadnt already purchased the items I would have walked out and gone to Target, I should have cancelled my online order based solely on the rude and unprofessional treatment I got from the Greeters (not the stock person, the greeter). The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is the greeter at the other entrance was super nice and helpful. As a former retail manager, the 'im on break' greeter should be reprimanded (then get off the floor or people will ask you questions!) and the other one should be sent packing. "This Walmart SUCKS ! " DO NOT GO HERE EVER ! I have never been to this Walmart Supercenter store in Hemet, CA before today, and after today's experience I will never be back there ever again. The Manager of this store should be FIRED ! I ordered on line 4 bottles of On the Boarder Queso Dip, 2 bottles of Equate pain relieving cream, 3 bottles of Equate Zinc Chewable Tablets, and 1 package of 6 Bounty Paper Towel Rolls. I placed the order with no problem on line, and when Walmart sent me a message that the order was ready to be picked up I went on the Walmart App as directed and tried to call them and let them know I was on my way. Well I called Walmart 12 different times and pressed #3 for pick-up. Each time out of 12 times, NOBODY answered the phone after 25 rings each time. So I called 12 more times and pressed Zero to speak to an Associate, and the phone rang for another 25 times each time I called. NOBODY ever answered my calls. So I drove 12 miles to the Walmart Supercenter and and pulled into the Grocery pick up parking lot. When I dialed the phone number on the sign the girl told me I had to go park in another parking space, and walk into the store to pick up my orders even though I had Food Items in my order. I went into the Walmart Store and I walked over to a huge orange package elevator and put in my order number. There was nobody there to help me, but when I turned around and said excuse me to 5 Walmart employees who were standing 30 feet away, they said someone would be over to help me. NOBODY ever came over, and when I waved at the employees again after waiting for 5 minutes, they were just talking and laughing between them selves and asked them can some one help me ? Not one of them came over even though they were doing nothing ! Finally a young man came over in another 5 minutes and tried to get my " ready to pick up " order up the elevator. But there was a package of Zinc Tablets missing. We had to wait a while and finally the Zinc package came up in a separate bag. But then the Paper Towels were missing, and the employee said he would have to go get them in another room. He did, and then I asked him for a cart which they had none at the pick up station, which they should. So I had to wait again for him to get me a cart. Super Unorganized and Ridiculous ! I got 10 feet and heard a sales person yell at me- HEY! You can't leave this area with that soap !!! (Now there is a employee) i just said it's a 2.00 bar of soap and I need another item from the automotive department. She said then leave the soap and sarcastically said have a nice day. Wow, I'm 62 with cancer and I'm being accused of possibly stealing a bar of soap. I've been to the san Jacinto super Walmart and it's night and day. Not to mention you can take a bar of soap and walk around over there. (At least the last time I was there?). From now on its winco, staters, 99cent store, anything but Walmart, unless they have something I just have to get there ? But can't think of anything. Waited hours and got an email canceling my order. Now I have the wait for a $300 refund and my brother drove 60 miles for nothing. It takes FOREVER, to get your items. Once I was sitting outside for 50 mins before I got ahold of someone & they told me they haven't brought my items out because it still says I'm 1 minute away. I told him that regardless of their system, I'm sitting right outside in spot ___. He told me he suggested I come back when it wasn't so busy because he couldn't bring my items out without pushing it in the system & there was no way for him to push me to the top of the line. We shopped for about 2 minutes, then went to a check stand. The checker looked to be late teens, I don't think she was 20 years old. She was soooooooo slow. We waited for 20 minutes in line when she was replaced by an elderly lady who moved even slower. Other checkstands around us were getting several customers through to our 1. Then, that same younger girl open a check stand next to us on the other side, and proceeds to start taking people on the other side after we were there already for so long. We protested and so she put us in line behind her current customer. So after about 45 minutes we got out with our small handful of goods. There were a lot of people and they were going as slow as they possibly could. I don't shop at walmart except to get items Absolutely cannot get anywhere else. So frustrating. Was my favorite place to shop until this morning, I have shopped here for 5 years and go atleast 2 times a week, this morning the teller (who had a ton of customers in line and is on the older side that I see all the time and really like her) forgot to scan a couple items - honest mistake I had a lot of groceries and a baby in tow so didn't catch it and even asked her if she got everything she said yes ma'am and the guy at the door scanned my cat food and sodas and they weren't on the list - he called security while I went back to pay for said items and on my way out already embarrassed he made me feel like a goddamn criminal. I don't expect to get a reply from Walmart (Hemet at Sanderson Ave.) I was there at 6:15am and did my grocery shopping and at 7:05am, I was ready to checkout. I went to Cash register #17 and there was nobody there. I waited, and waited, and waited. The tactic of Walmart is that is no-one is there you have to use the self-checkout. I don't want to do that. I was getting so frustrated, that I left my cart and left. They have employees that gather groceries for people in blue bins and there are plenty of them going around the store. They just have to check my history and will see that I have drastically cut down on buying Walmart groceries. Prices have increased so much and blame it on anything you want. Hemet walmarts tire center is not much better then San Jacinto tire department. I can not recommend buying tires at ANY Walmart, especially their road hazard program for each tire. Good luck using the actual service and getting balances and rotations. I was told an hour to an hour and a half, going on 2 hours now and have watched vehicles that came in after mine get serviced. They even have a car getting tires rotated and balanced before mine now. You're better off going to a real tire shop. The customer service at all Walmart's has declined to the point where it will cost you more in time and money to use Walmart. I spend about $1k a year on tires and won't be doing that with Walmart ever again. read more

Cleanest store I've been in by far. The staff is helpful and even takes you to the aisle themselves instead of just vaguely directing you to an area when you are looking for something specific. I love this Wal-Mart! I have been going here for years for all my grocery needs and to get my prescriptions from the pharmacy. I have also taken my car to this Wal-Mart's automotive department to get my tires replaced and balanced. It can be a long wait, so I suggest going first thing in the morning (I think the automotive department opens at 7 a.m., so anywhere between 7 a.m. and 9:30 a.m. is probably best). A lot of great people work here, they can be very helpful and understanding. I will say, I am never impressed with their produce, but everything else in the store is of decent quality and price.
