Suzy the fat 5ft white lady with red hair was simply disrespectful. Didn't try to help me through the return policy for warranties and just walked off. I asked for her badge number and she tried to make a scene so I took a picture and went on bout my business. Stay away from her, she's in services dealing with returns.

IDK why Yelp relisted this Walmart as it already has a Yelp page. ANYWAYS , I'll keep this short. Hemet's Walmart is a large hub of food, clothes, and garden supplies. I'm also pleased to announce that we have a McDonald's and Wetzel's Pretzels. Additionally, have services like an eyewear and money center. I hit up these places somewhat often and the service is solid. My wait for money services can be a bit lengthy, as sometimes they're understaffed. Hemet's location also has a large bakery and food counter near the front of the store with fried chicken, potato wedges and of course a bunch of desserts like custom-order cakes. Need a quick dinner or lunch? Rotisserie chickens and Nathan's hot dogs are available near the self-checkout line. There's a sizable electronics section towards the back with TV's, video games, and pop culture merchandise. Note, a lot of stuff is under lock and key here, so you'll need to ask a store associate for assistance. Why don't I give this location 5 stars? They took away their 24/7 hours of operation. This used to be my midnight go-to store, it's a shame.

He kept dodging so I couldn't get his face. I told him if he is right, why is he hiding. Avoid this guy at all times.

I 've just moved here and I would really like to give them at least a 3 star because of the decent service I've experienced in multiple areas of the store. However, even they cannot experience what happened to me this morning at their Tire Center. Basically I was illegally denied service. The ACC Supervisor David stated that he could not put my tires on because they were a different size than what the car originally had on. I told him that it's because I have aftermarket rims, and that I had not only bought tires from Walmart before, but they have since mounted them, and have rotated and balance them throughout the tires life cycle. He stated that it was against store policy. I asked when did this policy happen. He said it's been in place for ever. I said, then why was I not only able to buy my tires at another location, but also have them balanced and rotated at three different Walmart locations throughout the life of the tire. He said, they do not know what the "F@#k they are doing. Then he proceeded to cuss me out. Long story short, I called corporate and they've stated that Walmart has no such policy, and that they will forward my complaint to the Legal Department and have it escalated. So, that being said, DO NOT GO HERE FOR TIRE SERVICE.

Hemet. Walmart has pretzels McDonald's could really get comfortable here.

I was not going out to eat, trying to save my money for the next two years of travel. So Ibeen gone to every grocery store in the world that feels like. Constantly on the hunt for this one important product that everybody should have in their household Dolly Parton baked goods ! Finally found it here in Hemet California. Must be a good sign. I just moved to a really good place. Great minds think a like if you love Dolly Parton you're definitely a friend of mine. Five stars

Great atmosphere during the day, this walmart's 'auto care centre' not so well (& surely not to fast). The stock on seasonal item is a hit here and there. But as for the items regularly being stocked not so well. Some items are completely skipped over (or not ordered by popularity)

The S-MALL! It's been a while since I've visited this mall as it's just so sad for me to enter and…read morefind so many barren stores and lonely halls. These pictures were taken on a Saturday and the attendance here was abysmal. Hemet Valley Mall is a reminder of how city officials have failed the citizens of this town and refuse to bring in and support new businesses. The city said they would put a second story, never happened. They also said they'd build a new iteration of this mall a couple miles away, never happened. Here we are years later and nothing has improved nor happened. It's a damn shame that this mall was remodeled as some of the last surviving businesses NEED support but the city is not given these hard workers the time of day. The main businesses that are popping are Hobby Lobby, Magic Brow, Hot Topic, and JCPenney, that's it. Yes, not even Claire's is bringing people in. Years ago, when people still had hope in expanding or getting a "new mall" this mall was pretty busy... not anymore. It's depressing coming in here and the fact that malls are on their way out in certain parts of America, doesn't help this awful situation. I will never totally hate on this mall as I've had good times during community college here and it's super clean. The restrooms here are a lifesaver! If you're in Hemet I will not discourage coming as there's businesses to be supported. However, I want to be honest with you about the current climate of this mall. Oh and you can find good deals every so often!

This is the epitome in a dilapidated mall. Don't come here expecting much. This is an embarrassing…read morecalling this place a mall. Toxic, Undertrained, and Unprofessional - Hemet, CA Burlington store (Store #1007)…read more Pros: Meet some great coworkers and supervisors! Some were so supportive and kind. I appreciated the ones that helped teach me new skills. It was nice to help customers and put a smile on their faces! You also get a 15% discount, sometimes discount 30% depending on the month. Cons: I received almost no proper training. I was expected to handle complicated customer situations with little to no guidance. There is very poor management. When I asked for help, my manager (Jennifer) publicly humiliated me many times. She once stood behind me while I helped a customer and yelled, "I'm done. I'm over it," clearly referring to me. Then she continued, "She's been here since September; she just has too many questions. She came from Temecula." She mentioned these details so I would know she was talking about me. This was in front of customers and coworkers. Moments later, she was talking to me like nothing happened. When I ran into an issue at the register and needed help, she made a rude comment again about me "always having questions." If I had been trained properly, I wouldn't need to ask. The schedule app glitched, and I missed a shift that wasn't showing on my end. I apologized and showed them proof on my phone. Instead of understanding, Jennifer called me a "loser" three times in front of another manager, who laughed at me. After that, the discomfort continued for the rest of my time. Jennifer often acted passive-aggressive towards me. Supervisor Emily was also known for yelling at employees, especially new hires, both in person and over the walkie. This only added to the toxic atmosphere and made it harder for newcomers to feel supported. The store manager, Steve, was cold and judgmental. After I submitted honest feedback in a company survey (which was supposed to be anonymous), I started being targeted. Every time I worked with him, I was the only cashier on duty, even during rushes with 15+ people in line. This happened multiple times consecutively, and it was clear it was intentional. Steve would stand silently at the front of the store, arms crossed, not speaking or offering help, just staring while I struggled. He would call people out for mistakes but never offer support. Managers regularly talked about customers behind their backs, judging their outfits and behavior, which was incredibly unprofessional. Public yelling over the walkie was common, both for small mistakes and for new employees. Expect to be embarrassed in front of coworkers and customers. If you're new, you'll likely be thrown on the register without knowing how to process layaways, tax exemptions, or desensitize products (like jewelry and accessories that constantly beep when customers leave). Unsafe working conditions we regularly closed after midnight, and the parking lot is not safe. I encountered people under the influence near the store doors. I often had to be on high alert walking to my car alone. Overall, this was a toxic environment where management made employees feel replaceable and unsupported. The bad far outweighed the good. Advice: Invest in proper training. Don't just throw new hires into situations they aren't prepared for. Don't humiliate your employees for asking questions, it means they care about doing the job right. Calling someone a "loser" or making rude, personal comments is never acceptable in any workplace. If you're going to ask for employee feedback, don't retaliate when it's honest. Protect anonymity. Steve: Leadership is not silent or loud judgment, it's active support. Standing at the door with your arms crossed while your team struggles is not leadership. Stop relying on yelling and public shaming as a way to correct mistakes. It only creates fear and resentment, and doesn't help employees improve or feel supported. Jennifer: Being a manager means leading with patience and professionalism, not passive-aggressive behavior. Embarrassing a new employee for asking questions isn't leadership; it's bullying. You may be used to doing things a certain way, but tearing someone down doesn't make you more experienced; it makes you unapproachable. Be mindful of safety. Late-night closings without any attention to parking lot security are a difficult situation for employees. Address the toxic dynamic between long-term managers and new hires. Everyone deserves respect, no matter how long they've been there.
