I went to Walmart yesterday for weekly supplies including shaving cream and razors. To my surprise they now have these items behind glass doors and require shoppers to try and get a worker to unlock them. What is going on? Locking $2 cans of shaving cream and & $5 razors, making us stand and wait forever trying to get an employee to unlock the case? Absolutely ridiculous!!! More and more items are being locked, who has time for this nonsense! Maybe they should be more aggressive with shoplifters instead of punishing their customers!! I don't have time to waste, did not buy the items and will shop elsewhere. They are not the only store around!! Very stupid decision!! read more

Their delivery service works pretty good except for one problem, when they send something in the mail it tends to end up at a neighbors house somewhere instead of your house. My house number is B and theirs is A How did they get that mixed up? Apparently they keep on doing that to my neighbor also. Not too Happy with this service. If I could give 0 stars I would, but 1 is the lowest, so 1 it is. This is a horrible pharmacy. And I'm putting that lightly. Not only were my medications all mixed up, but when we called the manager to explain & get my medication situated, he immediately gave us a horrible attitude and hungup on us. Which I thought was funny because I wasn't mad, yelling or cussing him out. He just didn't like what I was saying and threw temper tantrum. Very unprofessional and rude. All the employees had the same mindset as well, which did not help my situation at the time. Will not ever come back again. Plus, The Better Business Bureau has been contacted. Service is always a little shaddy at Wal-mart, you just never know if you can find someone to help you or if that someone has any idea what they are doing, but I come here because items are cheaper. You are also almost always guranteed to see the usual trashy shopper who looks like they just woke up, just laid down the crack pipe, or just walked in off the street corner, but who am I to judge so I just laugh at it anyways. Be warned though, several suspicious individuals have been known to hang out in the parking lots trying to get free things from people, ask for rides, or money etc. These people are dangerous, so get away from them quick. read more

This WalMart is all what everyone is saying with the exception of the automotive department. The service men and women were very helpful and informative and got us in and out in 15 min, maybe less. Terrible. I will never step foot in here again. I always wait in line longer than shopping. It's at least a 10 min wait and usually longer. It's always dirty. The prices are never labeled, everything rings up wrong and it's not worth the time to have them fix it. I started taking pictures of price tags before I go to check out. I witnessed a sweet lady working self checkout get yelled at in front of customers including me for helping me check a price when someone else needed help. I had waited 20 min for that fat loud CSM to come change or check the price. That guy needed help for five seconds. How dare you disrespect a sweet old lady! I will never shop here ever! read more

Walmart is a horrible company to work for. They treat their employees like crap. The managers are total jerks that don't want to train you. Then they complain if you don't do a good job. Maybe they should be professional and do their job. Working there I found out by customers that I was the nicest employee that has ever helped them. The customers told me that the employees normally act, like they don't care. Makes sense because that's how the managers and supervisors act. What really bothers me is that have a point system. If you get 4 points you are officially fired. So if you get sick or have an emergency they can careless about you. If your home and have to call in. You have to call a 1800 number and put your employee number. Its so harsh how you have talk to an animated system. Another thing is the razor case. Its always hard to have an employee open it. There was so many times I called different employees who have the keys and they didn't give a crap. They would take their time and the customers would leave. I don't blame them. Their better off shopping somewhere else where people actually care. A place where employees are treated with respect. Instead of just a number. Anyways I will never shop at Walmart. I hope it goes under. I hope the few nice people that work there,actually quit and get better jobs. Just a heads up for everyone, I tried rotating things that have expiration dates and I was yelled at. Because I was taking longer than they wanted me to. So for your safety don't shop there. Placed order online. All items except one to be shipped. I had to go into store for pick-up. Which wasn't too bad except for item cost only about $3.00. I went to drive up pick up area & called phone number. Got a message that no one was available to answer call. Went around to park in lot. Walked into store. No signs found to direct me to pickup area. An employee informed me that I had to ask the greeter at the main entrance to page pick up area. Went to greeter. She directed me to customer service. Customer service informed me to go back to drive up & call again. Went to drive up & called. Got same message that no one available to answer call. Gave up. I NEVER had a good shopping experience at this store & I would use another Walmart location when it asked where I wanted to pick up order. However this time it automatically sent my order to the closest location. What is worse. This isn't the first time they screwed up a pickup order for me! read more

Sent someone to get me cheese right...this 'new kid' sliced the cheese so ridiculously thick, it would be like putting a block of cheese on your sandwich. Wtf? Are you serious? So what? Now I should have to spend an hour driving there, going inside and waiting in line for a refund, then getting back into the long line to get more cheese, then drive all the way home? Being from San Diego I expected great things from this Wal-Mart. I was in the area and I was in desperate need of allergy meds and eye drops. I came in here and I was appalled at how dirty this place was plus it smelled. It's in the Ghetto so that pretty much sums up the customer base. I LOVE LOVE LOVE Walmart!!! I can't get enough Walmart stores! haha! This one is again... close to my home. This location was remodeled awhile back making it a supercenter & it's ok. Not my favorite Walmart location but it works. The workers are very nice. I never had any problems. The only thing I don't like about this location is the produce section. It just sucks BIG TIME!! They don't even carry alfalfa sprouts! WTH?! So DON'T come here for produce. Other than that.... you have everything you need. My favorite location is the one on Marks st. because it's much bigger & the clearance bins/racks are way better. read more

Okay so I left a tip earlier stating that it's always packed which is very true but we all know theres not much anyone can do about it. That's besides the point.. I ended up coming back because I thought I lost my debit card. I went to customer service and asked the lady if anyone had turned in my card, she took my information down and told me no one had turned it in but she willingly came with me to re-trace my steps and help me find it. In a crazy place like Walmart this was kindly unexpected but truly appreciated. She took my number down and told me she would give me a call if anyone turns it in. The customer service at this WalMart is really good. It's not in the best neighborhood and I try not to go here at night... lol... but the staff and managers are usually really nice and helpful and I prefer going here over other WalMarts in nicer neighborhoods. It's a little smaller than some other Super WalMarts but their inventory is good. I like that they have natural food options (like natural sweeteners like stevia or real maple syrup) and their cake supply section is nice with cake boards/boxes and decorating tools. Their craft section is smaller than some other WalMarts, and the clothing selection is pretty good. read more

The lady that did our photos is awesome she put up with our life partner jokes and did it with a smile even though we were messing around more then posing for our photos, just know that its all 150 and up there so ask before sitting for a photo the prices. Really not too bad of a place to shop except for the deli. They need to fire the Deli manager. I've been by there many times and have tried to purchase numerous times. The attitude of the employees in the deli are incredibly BAD! Speaking of the hot, ready to serve foods and salads... I don't go there any more. Enough is Enough. The food "appears" to be OK but the service is horrible. They could care less whether they wait on you or not. They will stand and talk and stare at you for 10 minutes and not even come out to see if you want something. If they do wait on you they act like they're bored to death and you're really bothering them. Totally unbelievable!!! I go to other Walmart stores in Henderson and Las Vegas and never have this problem. If the manager here can't see the problem then it's obvious what the problem is because it's not hard to see. I encountered yet ANOTHER Wally World policy that is not written so the consumer can be made aware. The first time was last summer when I went to purchase a tire.I was told Walmart doesn't sell just one tire, you have to purchase ALL FOUR if the tread wear on all four don't come within that impitheenth of an inch of each other. AKA They've got you!!! There is NO WRITTEN POLICY in the waiting room of the auto department, but a sign that says they "recommend" it. The SECOND unwritten policy is when purchasing an air mattress the one has to return it because of defect (mine deflated 2 hrs later), you must have the receipt and you can replace that mattress with another of equal or higher value, (you pay the difference, of course) but there are no refunds, store credits, or alternatives. There are NO NOTICES posted in the air mattress department pertaining to this rule. The Walton family, if religious at all, should keep in mind that one of the 7 deadly sins in GLUTTONY!!!!! Comparing grocery prices to other stores, Walmart's is HIGHER!!! Walmart treats their employees terribly -- low wages, time in lieu of overtime. Come on people, wake up. YOU support their disgusting behavior when you shot at Walmart!!!! I do have to give a HUGE thumbs up to the courteous and polite young employees. Another trip to Walmart absolutely ridiculous. In one word terrible, during shopping one of YOUR employees dropped probably a $500 scan tool I picked it up and had to chase her down to realize she is deaf. I finished my large purchase and my wife decided to stop at Burger King on the way out to get lunch and I had our 3 year old and the cart and YOUR security refused to let me leave and start loading up because I didn't have the receipt? Went to electronics to buy xbox game for nephew. I had NO idea what i was looking for but the lady was nice and patient with me.

Employees are pretty decent. They don't go out of their way to help you or ask if you need help.. especially anyone in the health and beauty department. They will literally stand in the isles stocking shelves while your clearly trying to find something. They will stand directly in front of you with their back to you. It's always the same lady! So I guess I'm saying only the cashiers are decent and the security people are very polite without making you feel like a thief as they check receipts. The place is in okay shape, good be better. The produce department is absolutely gross! The smell coming out of the are is nauseating! You can NEVER find a ripe avocado only hard as a rock avocado and squish as soon as you grab it avocado! The tomatoes are always soft and stink ! There is zero selection for vegans ‍so don't look for anything soy with the exception of milk. Honestly I hate this store but the lights in this area are so long that it makes me choose between convenience torture suffering shopping or going up three more streets and adding 20 more minutes round trip to my commute and going to target! read more

During the senior hour (6-7 am on Tues) why did so many employees, 6 or 7, wear no masks over their faces or wear masks over just their mouths? Why have so many of them appeared to act belligerent when I asked them to wear a mask near me? 1 or 2 chatted bare faced in a main aisle, another worked and said, "I can't breathe," another glared at me, and after I asked one to wear her mask she continued to saunter then stand close by someone at a self-service checkout before she eventually pulled up her mask. As I left I saw one employee who walked into the front door bare faced, and another walked near and across the front door outside as he smoked. Their website states, "On April 20, we began requiring that associates wear masks or other face coverings at work." Previously, I called this Walmart about their employees' lack of compliance with the governor's mandate, and this morning it appeared to have decreased. This Walmart feels unsafe to me during the hour for seniors. read more

I wouldn't even give this store a one star. We ordered an item online at 12:30 received the first email saying it was processing. I called at 4:00 pm to check on the order as it was scheduled for pick up today. Went through hoops just to get ahold of someone to help me, finally spoke to someone who said she would check on it took my phone number down and would call me in a few minutes... never heard back. Tried to call for an hour and a half just rang and rang tried several different departments finally got electronics asked for a manager. The manager put me on hold went to find someone to help me he put me on hold and then it started ringing again and the front desk answered and I explained I was holding for someone who was checking on an order for me. He finally came back to the line and said he had no idea why my order was still saying processing and now I have to call a different number. I call that number and she says they have 8 hours to "pick" the item well we are well over 8 hours. She tells me all she can do is cancel the order if I want to. I needed this item for the following day so now they have had my money but I have nothing to show for it. The store employees have no clue what they are doing and I will NEVER order from online again. This has been a horrible experience I doubt I will ever even shop at a Walmart again!!!!!!! read more

Matt in customer service seems to need several courses in Wal Mart policies and procedures, as well as a retread of the basics in customer service. He clearly displayed a lack of knowledge in how to do anything that was asked of him in this simple return without a receipt of a gifted item. It's a shame that what should have been a quick transaction turned into an awkward mess. His only plan of action for this return was to contact the person who gave us the gift we were attempting to return and get their credit card number in order for him to do anything with the item. Fortunately a competent member of staff, Stacey, stepped in and returned the item for us in seconds. I understand that I cannot expect top service, or anyone with a functioning IQ from Wal Mart, but this was truly a surprising level of awful from a generally terrible company. read more

Certain items that I use it's convenient to purchase here. During the Holidays I noticed what appeared to be an outsourced security guard standing at the entrance as shoppers were entering the store. She must have had, or appeared to have, BDO training ( Behavior Detection Officer ) training...like they have at the airports...to spot possible shop lifters, etc. by glaring at peoples faces to pick up on suspicious facial expressions, fear or deception. I received the glare. During another visit the greeter, who is also watching for crime, said ' it's nice to see you again' but as I was leaving she said the same thing and did not seem to be paying attention to others arriving or leaving. Maybe , needs extra training. And finally, like others I'm sure, I'm usually harassed entering or leaving the store in some way, shape or form from persons hanging around out front or in the parking lot. This will not deter me from shopping here now and then. read more

OK this is the worst Walmart I have ever seen. I waited 20 minutes to get through 3 people. The cashier was obviously new, I'm not blaming him, but the manager Carlos was beyond incompetent. Replacing register tape is a 3 second task maybe 30 if your really slow and have no cares with what your doing. The manager call took 5 minutes and then he put the tape in backwards. Instead of showing him properly he came in did it for him but did it wrong and then ran off. Train your people correctly or please find a new job. I doubt I'll be back, yes it was that bad. Between the pharmacy and the check out line I waited at least an extra 45 minutes in lines. Completely unacceptable and by far the worse experience I have ever had at a supermarket. read more
