This is my 2nd time here today to pick up groceries and have not been able to. Now I know with Covid it's going to be busier due to contactless delivery. However, when I come in and there are 10 spots to park in and more than half of them are cars without people waiting for groceries it makes it very difficult to be understanding. And please parked like in the pic I posted which is NOT a spot. Due to volume of pick ups they get they really need to have someone stationed in the parking lot to monitor the parking. If you are not picking up you don't park there. Give an associate a job to ask these customers. When it's hot/cold rotate them. People's time is valuable too and having to drive around the parking lot several times to pick up in hopes that someone comes out with their stuff to move out of a spot they weren't allowed to be in the first place is absolutely ridiculous. read more

I have been so burnt bringing my car in for maintainance and having Mr. Badwrench try to pressure me to spend my $ on unnecessary repairs. When I owned my Mercury Cougar before I started leasing my car, I'd visit the Walmart Tire & Lube for complete oil changes. Fortunately with car leasing, the maintainance package covers the majority of maintainance. However, certain things including wiper blades come out of my pocket. Yesterday when my wiper blades were dying in the rain storm, I returned to Walmart Tire & Lube. Walmart Tire & Lube performs the very basic car maintainance including tire installation and rotation, battery testing and placement, complete oil changes, and wiper blade installation. The prices are reasonable and they don't pressure customers to buy unnecessary repairs. It is the antithesis of the problems exist in the grocery and general merchandise divisions of Walmart. Being that it is Walmart, there is so much to pass away the time waiting for an oil change. You could shop, people watch, get a hair cut, or dine in McDonald's. What is convenient is that you could pay for the items at the tire and lube, then walk a few feet to the car when it is ready. When I had the wiper blade replaced, I was happy with the customer service. Service Writer Randy and auto technician Shawn were friendly and personable. Randy rang me up a wiper blade that was a quarter of the price of the dealership. Shawn followed me to my car and installed the wiper blade while making small talk. If super centers had more associates like Randy and Shawn, Walmart would get more love on Yelp. I rate this Walmart Tire & Lube three stars. I appreciate how they keep me away from Mr. Badwrench, however, they need to expand to a broader menu of automobile services including tune ups and brakes. Closing at 6 p.m. is too early. If you are like me and are so burnt bringing your car for maintainance and having Mr. Badwrench try to pressure you to spend money on unnecessary repairs, Walmart Tire & Lube might be a good choice. If you truly are worried about Covid do NOT shop in this store. Half of the staff have their masks under their nose, or even worse around their necks. They are often out of wipes and Michelle actually told me they were out because the store was out because people bought them as soon as they went on the shelves. Well someone has to take that box out of the back and stock the shelves, just keep some for yourselves. Jesus, it's not brain surgery. The girl at the Money Center was blowing bubbles out of the bottom of her mask so it wasn't on properly at all. When I went to complain I got a ''Team Leader'' and even her mask kept slipping below her nose. Walmarts are pretty dirty on any given day and I'd rather wet myself than use their restrooms but in the age of Covid they are not taking cleanliness seriously at all. I've taken our cars here over the years to get oil changes with no problem. Wait times are short. Our latest visit here was a last minute thing. So impressed with the service which prompted me to post a review. Warning this review is from a non/auto repair shopper's perspective! Needed a car battery replaced. All the other automotive shops in the area were already or about to close at 5pm and this place was open till 6pm on a Saturday..so plus stars for having extended hours of operation. Arrived here and there was still 4 cars in the bay and a couple cars ahead of us to be serviced. It took less than a minute before one of the employees approached us and took a look at our car, gave Mr. B info on prices of battery and service. Made the decision to get it worked then. Told it would take approx 45 min. They have a wait room, but I decided to venture around WallyWorld so I don't know if they a tv or not in there. What I do know is that every department in WM has something Hello Kitty in it! Thank goodness 30 minutes into my HK shopping spree our car was announced over the PA system that it was done. Hooray! Good thing because my shopping cart was full of HK stuff and that was just from 3 departments I went through. Anyways Robert the service technician who replaced the battery was really helpful and knowledgeable gave us a few tips and maintenance suggestions. Actually the crew in the automotive department has a pretty good team! Great service from the moment we drove up till we checked out. FOB or microchip keys from Walmart are garbage. Not long ago we purchased one for our vehicle and recently we found out, on a long trip out of town, that the savings you get from purchasing a replacement key from Walmart versus the dealership, aren't worth it. We were stranded because the electronic replacement key that Walmart sold us failed. Upon returning home I took the key/FOB by Interstate Battery to have the battery tested. Each key has its own battery source. The battery tested 100%. It's brand new. As expected. The FOB microchip key, junk. Thanks Walmart. Then I tried returning the key to Walmart. I don't want a replacement. I don't want anyone in my family driving a vehicle with a key that is faulty and prone to failure. Keys should last years and years. Not months. Especially $60 keys! A $60 key should last longer than a year. Shouldn't it? Every Walmart employee I talked to said the same thing. They can replace but not return. It's an electronic product so even with a receipt you only have a certain amount of time to return for a refund. Do not buy an automotive replacement key from Walmart if it has a microchip in it. They won't last. And Walmart won't stand behind the product except to say they will replace it with the same untrustworthy product they originally sold. And it shouldn't take talking to every supervisor & manager in the store to get them to decide they're going to only offer to replace the key. Huge waste of my afternoon in Walmart waiting in one line after the other to be told they will only replace it with the same garbage they originally sold me! ...replacement isn't what I want. It's a refund. Why would I want to send my family out in a vehicle that may not start because the key they are using isn't going to work someday Walmart. They may be cheap. I don't usually shop at Walmart but we decided to walk instead of getting the car out of valet only to put it back in one hour later. We walked here from the Sunset Hotel and Casino to pick up snacks for the Thanksgiving holiday. We only shopped in the grocery side so that's what is included in this review. We picked up everything from fruit and veggies, prepared food from gave deli, bread and condiments, chips and water. We got in quick, made it through the aisles without problem and checked out without problems and in good time. They had a good enough variety of food and brands. The prepared food from the deli tasted very good and the prices were excellent. This Walmart is convenient to the Sunset Hotel and Casino and is in easy walking distance. We accidentally left a nozzle attached to a hose that I had to return due to a piece missing. The people in customer service were incredibly helpful, but when their manager, Terry stepped over he told them they couldn't give me my nozzle back until I produced a receipt. I didn't have a receipt for it, it wasn't supposed to go in the box in the first place, it was an oversight, but it was also mine, even though I couldn't remember where or when I'd bought it. I asked if he thought I had stolen it from the store, and he said, yes, that's what people do. I couldn't believe what was happening, I guess my mind doesn't think that way. I told him I didn't steal anything, I just wanted my nozzle back, and he said he was offended by me and walked away. He told someone to find another one in the store, perhaps to prove that I had stolen something that they carry, I don't know why, but I waited about 5 minutes until the person returned, and said he found nothing like my nozzle on the shelves. A very kind and helpful associate named Johnathon gave me back my nozzle, and completed the return transaction, (I had exchanged the earlier hose to try to fix my watering issue, but it didn't work either), and before I was finished Terry walked over and said loudly, "if we have shrink then we have shrink". I'm guessing he meant for me to hear that, and also hear how he still believes I stole my own nozzle. This was childish and unnecessarily disconcerting behavior for someone given the responsibility of a management position. Terry could learn a lot from Johnathon, and I praise that entire department for working so well while having someone so explosive manage them. read more

This will be the last time I have any of my cars serviced at this Wal mart auto center. They changed my oil the previous time. Now I come back 3000 miles later and when I pick the car up they make me sign a waiver that there was no oil showing on the stick. I say you guys changed it last time and their has never been a issue. My car has not dripped any oil visible to me. They say it must be burning oil. So I leave monitor my oil the next 3000 miles . Took it to another mechanic next couple changes. Funny the car never lost oil the next two changes. I check it now throughout the cycle. Just funny never had that problem again. I figure Wal mart never filled my oil full the first time with them. If I had a oil problem how come it's never been that way since with no type of repairs. We just walked out & left everything on the checkout line counter. Marilyn, the cashier, needs a course in customer service & taking initiative. First she made the lady ( 2 ahead of us) remove all the heavy cases of water & put them on the counter because her scanner wasn't working. Then the next customer needed a price check on her ham. We waited 15 minutes for that. The girl said they are all about $23.00 @ 1.98 a pound. The lady had a food card and the ham didn't ring up as food, so the cashier said she needed to pay. She had no intention of finding out why something in the ladies cart did not ring up as food. We finally walked out. Went to pick up my order Jan 22, 2023. I was given the wrong paprika. I checked my order while the employee was walking back towards Walmart. I honked my horn (not a long rude honk) he ignored me. His coworker told him that I must need help still. He came back annoyed at me. He said he'd check. His manager came out talking to me as if I were a reprimanded employee! First they take away customer service by making you ring up and bag your own things and checking your receipt like you might have stolen something but , now .... They have locked up so many items behind glass that you can't even read the product labels . They crowd the isles early in the morning with workers stocking shelves ... that should be done during closed hours , not when it's full of customers . This by far, the WORST Walmart I've ever been to. Here's why: 1. The parking lot is awful. No one knows how to drive and we had to park so far away in fear of shopping carts hitting our car. 2. Shelves were so disorganized and not stocked. 3. Other people shopping were so inconsiderate. They weren't paying attention to where they were walking, they stood in the middle of aisles and were walking slower than molasses. 4. ALL the lines at the register were long. I can't really complain because this is a problem at all Walmart locations. 5. The cashier we encountered was probably the stupidest person on earth. I handed her my recyclable shopping bags because I hate wasting plastic. She then proceeds to put my items in plastic bags!!! ARE YOU F***ING RETARDED?!?!? I JUST HANDED YOU MY BAGS TO USE!!! Usually come here often and I am definitely not the type to leave bad reviews for people but this was the most RIDICULOUS thing. I come in to buy GTA 5. It is rated as a mature game. Anyways my friend and I get the lady to open the case for the game. She goes to ring it up and asks me for my ID . Okay no problem. So I hand her my ID. She literally scanned my ID and then stared at me for about three minutes looking at the picture then at me. Then she goes "I need to call my manager". This happened for about ten minutes. I started getting really annoyed because I felt so disrespected. So then he's like "I'm sorry I don't mean to stare but this just does not look like you. I don't think this is you". I get my social security card out and my debit card and was like "I have literally three forms of my name " and he holds all three up and is just staring at me. I have never felt so awkward. He then says to me, "I need to get a second opinion". I said "give me my stuff back I'll buy it from somewhere else!" Never in my life have I had a problem with my ID like that. Anyways I sent my friend back in and went in my car. When she went back a very nice older man was at the register. She got the game and he told her he needed her to take it to the front to be rung up because his "register wasn't working".
