This is probably the hardest review I've had to write because no matter what I say we all know how Wal-Mart typically is....I come here all the time, it's always busy but the employees are always helpful. The parking lot is HUGE and close parking is scarce but just be patient someone is bound to give up there spot! The upside to this Wal-Mart is there are lanes that have actual cashiers and lanes that have a conveyor belt that are self serving. I guess that fixes the common complaint about how long the lines are and how many cashiers are available. Although The store is going through a remodel it's pretty functional and not overly crowded with pallets. read more

So I ordered from Walmart online and did an online return they told me to take it to the Walmart, Marks Street and drop it off and they won't take returns. I have 7 bathing suits to return. No problem, swimsuit season - everyone has bought online. But, then you overcharged me on a grocery item. No returns. So you owe me money and you refuse to let me exchange or give them back. That is stealing. Your scanners rang items wrong. I did nothing but shop with you. Was told they hadn't got sale items in system yet. You stole my money. Just hold on to the receipt??????? It's got to be a tough job checking receipts as people exit the store. Some of these people are very nice and cordial and some think they're cops and have a very antisocial attitude. It's really the responsibility of Walmart to screen these people carefully since the job requires direct contact with the public - and their customers. This is the only vendor I know of that actually checks merchandise and receipts as customers exit the store. The might consider making some adjustments to procedure. read more

Every time I go into this Walmart they profile me and demand to look into my bags. They will let other people go by without checking their receipt until they get to me then they personally stop me take my receipt and sit there and go through my bags to make sure I didn't steal anything. This is an ongoing thing and it's not okay. read more

Called this morning at 8:30 the lady who answered the phone Linda said it would be two hours for tires. Upon arriving she then said a max of 4 hours, it's been 5.5 hours and there mechanic or if that's what he is walks around moping like he hates his job. This review is for the Auto Center: I came here on June 2, 2017 @ 3:20pm for an oil change and get my headlights restored. Upon my arrival there were no one waiting. The older gentleman I talked with said it would take an hour to get both the Best Oil Change and Headlight restored. I was happy to hear that the oil change would be done first then they will move the car to the last bay todo the headlight restored by Adam. The oil change took 15 minutes and then they moved my Acadia to a different bay and Adam started 5:00 came and I was told Adam is having a hard time getting the headlights to look new. Give him another hour. 6:10 came and he was done and the women Cathy said the headlights look 100% better. I paid and headed out to my car. Adam came running over to me and told me it took him 26 pads and normally they should only use 2 per each headlight. I pulled out my wallet and the first thing Adam said was no you don't need to but I said I want to, I handed Adam a $5 tip and he thanked me and told me do not wash the car for 4 days as the clear coat will peel if I do, plus there's a 5 year warranty. I will return and recommended WalMart for Headlight Restoration. read more

I called to check if I had warranty left on my tires and was told by the woman at the desk that I did indeed have warranty left on the tire as that is the only reason I would return . I was then called and told there is no warranty and had to buy another tire. The manager was very rude and aggressive. He has no professionalism. I have used this service center a few times and can honestly say they are the most unprofessional and will go as far to say very rude with the exception of one young man that helped us get out of there . I wish I had his name . He is a very polite young man. He is the only positive to this place. I will never return or recommend them to anyone. They have a big clearance section but sometimes when you pick a price-down items from this section and came to the cashier they charge you with Retail price (not clearance price). If you buy something from clearance beware about this problem, it happened for me two times. read more

Today, 11.6.19, beginning at 1:20, I tried to reach customer service several times by dialing the main number. The first couple of times I reached an associate and was transferred to customer service and no one picked up, which I understand they get really busy. The next couple of times no one answer and finally the line was disconnected after I selected the option for an associate. The option for an associate needs to be removed, or that person needs to be relieved of their position if answering the phone is too taxing. Their are plenty of people willing to work accomplishing such a simple task. read more

What can you say? Its a Walmart. Groceries on one side, everything under the sun on the other. I'm not a fan of Walmart's business practices, but if you are looking for inexpensive items, hard to go wrong here. My trip was to get a new microwave for my breakroom at work. They have excellent prices ranging from $50 up to $300. I found a nice GE on sale for $59 that was 1.3 cuft and 1000 watts of power. So it fits our needs. There are definitely some strange people at Walmart. I got in the checkout line behind some old guy with a bad hairpiece, wearing a dress shirt and sweatpants from 1985. The line wasn't moving very fast and he turned around to complain to me but I ignored him. Then he just stood there muttering to anyone about how slow the line was. The lady in front abandoned her cart and walked off. Two minutes later he did the same. 8 minutes later I was checking out. People have no patience these days. I will try to avoid this place as much as I can, but they do have decent prices. read more

This walmart is very clean and organized. It is easy to find everything I need. They are doing some renovations in the grocery area which makes the place look nice but, is also very functional. This walmart is usually crowded but, most of them usually are. Wal-Mart has reasonable prices and a good one stop shop kinda place. read more

My husband got me a ped egg power cordless for Christmas, I have not used it but, was going to when I took it out of the package I noticed that the back of the package was open the ped egg was dirty and greasy which means it had been used, allowed to be turned in for a refund and put back on the shelf for resale. since it was a Christmas gift we no longer have the receipt but what I am stuck with is a disgusting oily greasy Christmas present from the nasty lady who used it on her disgusting feet and because customer service was not paying attention at Walmart was allowed to be returned & put back on the Shelf for resale. makes you wonder what else is allowed to be used and turned back in and resold to unsuspecting customers read more

Whenever I go to a new Walmart (new location for me) I always try to give the benefit of the doubt but I've been here 3-4x times and we just aren't feeling this location, it makes Orange look like Irvine! To whom it may concern, I'm writing you to inform you about an incident involving my family that occurred in one of your stores (2838) on August 11th, 2018 at approximately 1030pm PA time. I also want to complain about how your company FAILED at handling this situation afterwards. My ten-year-old daughter recently encountered something so unthinkable and traumatizing inside of your women's restroom. One of your male employees not only entered the women's restroom unannounced, but he unhinged the door to the stall my daughter was using while IGNORING her screams that she was in there! The stall door was locked so to get in he LIFTED up the door OVER the sliding lock! This terrified my daughter so she quickly stopped mid usage of the toilet to dress up and gather herself in anticipation of this man trying to break into her stall. As he opened the door, my daughter tried to walk past him as he hindered her way out by hovering over her while touching her shoulders and back. She immediately left the bathroom to tell me and her dad about what took place. This employee exited the woman bathroom shortly after and was seen on camera rushing into the backhouse of the store. We told management who quickly got on the radio to surveillance to see who it was. My daughter started to cry and so did her sisters. Me and my husband had no idea what was going on, but we wanted Answers. Answers that your Management team FAILED to gather as we were all standing in the bathroom by the layaway area in the back of the store where the incident occurred. This is when the perpetrating employee emerged and went to the men's bathroom as if it was his first time in this area. My daughter pointed him out and then it became a hostile environment especially after confronting him and laughter was his explanation to this whole situation. They had to separate him from us and the Henderson Police was called to intervene and assess the situation further. We have the reports. We are outraged to witness this from one of your employees who believes the invasion of a young woman's privacy is humorous! NOTHING is funny about this matter! This a violation of privacy and policy. There was no announcing he was entering the woman's bathroom, door left open with a stopper, cleaning cart, door guard with a sign that the bathroom was closed, or regard when it came to the invasion of my daughter's privacy when he intentionally went straight to her stall and started to pry it open. This is on tape. We are appalled with the way your management team conducted the whole situation by not finding the person quickly in a timely manner and leaving us in the dark after the person was investigated. No one still has told us what is going on and why it happened in the first place. The Henderson police department made our formal complaint with store 2838. My daughter has seen two psychologists since this incident (school and formal practice). It's been six days and I have yet to hear from you regarding this matter! Is the safety of women not important to your shopping brand? Does her voice not matter because she is a child? Is this a common issue at this particular store or other stores? If so, are there any other girls involved? We demand a response and explanation... our family lawyer and pending media outlets require the same. So went to this Walmart tonight and was there to do an exchange for a mouse that was defective and they said they were able to on the phone and then in person said they were unable too. It's 6:00 AM Christmas Eve, we headed out early to beat the crowds. We head to checkout around 6:45 AM and only the smaller self check out is open. They have new larger self checkout available but they were closed and no regular cashier was open open. So we had two carts full of stuff, we filled bag and one cart till it empty. After about 10 minutes we finished the task, in all for self service with increased wages but let's use the larger self checkout. DO NOT BUY FRESH PRODUCE from here. I bought a bag of cucumbers that were "guaranteed fresh." Opened them up while cooking and ALL OF THEM were MOLDY. Talk about disgusting and a waste of my time. There are other people who have been here almost two hours waiting for their items. Walmart always has issues with staffing. Whether it's the check out lines, or only having one person ring in and fetching items for site to store.. It's a joke. All the other employees do is complain to eachother. Went there today and talked to a couple of team members including a team lead named Tyra who doesn't know how to provide good customer service. We saw 3 people not wearing masks and a bunch of people not wearing their masks correctly. After I've approached several team members to raise my concerns no one even attempted to talk to these people. I even needed to fight with this Tyra team lead to get her ass talking to the people in line not wearing a mask. Horrible experience and never going back to this location. I love this Walmart Super Center, great customer service and friendly staff, it is very easy to get everything done at once, grocery shop and buy household items, from your TV's and dresser drawers down to your milk and cereal, you can accomplish everything in this one Walmart Supercenter, you can get your nails done and even get your eyeglasses repaired at the same time. I had an online delivery of food that was due to be delivered to my daughter from the Walmart Supercenter on Lake Mead Pkwy in Henderson, between 2-3 pm today (Monday, Sept 6th) Nearly 7 hours later? Nothing has been delivered, The chat line cannot help me because they cannot get anyone to answer the phone, the main store has not answered their phone in over 3 hours and the phone number for food deliveries just rolls to voicemail and the voicemail line is full and no longer taking any messages. WHAT IS GOING ON? It is absolutely unbelievable that no one has contacted me or at least updated my order. I have sat at home and wasted my entire holiday waiting for a grocery order that never arrived. I can't believe that they just quit answering their phones because they were probably tired of all of the poor people that never received their groceries today. It is completely disgusting that you ruined countless holiday dinners today and could not be bothered to at least call and let people know what happened to their orders? Walmart tests your battery and installs it for you for free. I originally went to Costco but they said they don't have the equipment to install it for me. Knowing nothing about cars he told me I should try Walmart. This place is behind the store so you have to drive behind the "outdoor living area. They popped my hood and tested my battery and told me that I should have it changed. Mine was below what the normal value should be. I knew it was time cause my car would stall a little before the engine would start. The guy told me to buy the battery with 3 year warranty since it's only 8 bucks more than the battery with a 2 year warranty. He was very nice and everything was completed within a half an hour or so. For that half an hour I just shopped around Walmart. This place is open everyday from 7 to 7 I believe. Great hours, speedy service and it comes with a 3 year full warranty, 5 year limited warranty. read more

I don't know why this store even bothers to have a fabric department . I've lived by this store for a year now and not one single time have I ever walked in and waited less than 25 mins for someone to wander over here and cut my fabric . It usually results in me calling the store on my phone and having them page someone , then it's another delightful 20 mins till someone wanders back disgruntled they have to do their job . I don't know if employees actually even work in this dept , maybe it's a black hole to another dimension . We had called ahead to make sure our situation could be rectified and when we back tracked a half hour to go into the store, he would NOT work with us and was NOT helpful! We missed my Grandma's Birthday Dinner and still did not get the situation worked out after 1 hour and 20 minutes. My wife and I came in last night and bought what we thought was a stroller for our toddler. When we took it home and opened the box we were greeted with a plastic pipe wrapped in clothing. I probably should have thought something was fishy as it was sealed shut with alot of tape and light for a stroller. So we had to come back this morning and return it. Im giving it 2 stars instead of one because the return clerk that helped us was nice and exchanged it for a real one but i could feel the glare from the supervisor thinking we were trying to con them for a $27 stroller. This could have all been avoided if the people that work the customer service counter check the returns better. Im betting that because it looked like it was sealed they didn't bother checking it. And even if they did. If you pull it slightly out of the box yea it might look like a stroller. Lift it out halfway and clearly its a fricking pipe wrapped in a tshirt. read more
