Usually come here often and I am definitely not the type to leave bad reviews for people but this was the most RIDICULOUS thing. I come in to buy GTA 5. It is rated as a mature game. Anyways my friend and I get the lady to open the case for the game. She goes to ring it up and asks me for my ID . Okay no problem. So I hand her my ID. She literally scanned my ID and then stared at me for about three minutes looking at the picture then at me. Then she goes "I need to call my manager". I was like okay.. she goes "my register is messing up". I was like "oh okay! No problem it happens"! She didn't say one word. The whole time waiting for the manager she didn't say anything. So manager named Carlos comes over. I'm just standing there it took like ten minutes. He looks at my ID and just stares at me again. Then holds my ID up to my face and is like "this just doesn't look like you.. I'm sorry this isn't you" . The whole time glancing at my ID then looking back at me. This happened for about ten minutes. I started getting really annoyed because I felt so disrespected. So then he's like "I'm sorry I don't mean to stare but this just does not look like you. I don't think this is you". I get my social security card out and my debit card and was like "I have literally three forms of my name " and he holds all three up and is just staring at me. I have never felt so awkward. He then says to me, "I need to get a second opinion". I said "give me my stuff back I'll buy it from somewhere else!" Never in my life have I had a problem with my ID like that. Anyways I sent my friend back in and went in my car. When she went back a very nice older man was at the register. She got the game and he told her he needed her to take it to the front to be rung up because his "register wasn't working". So they accused me of having a fake ID because their register was messed up. Absolutely ridiculous. For me to make a Yelp review about this is insane. As someone who comes to this Walmart still the time, I've never felt so disrespected and awkward! read more

This Walmart location is so bad. Ever think, "I could do sooooo much better with the attitude, customer service and service overall than folks at...?" This is the location. Most importantly, with the cleanliness and assurance that the products they sell? This was just two nights ago when my wife and I went in to check out their BBQ grills and this...this right here was beyond ghetto, dirty, filthy, UNSANITARY and UNSAFE in so many ways! This was their floor model too! I have video but Yelp only allows photos. Again, this was just two nights ago. I've always limited my visits to Walmart because all of the above but this tops the many reasons why I don't go to this location which btw, was the first time since Thanksgiving of 2020. Optic eye department was awful. My glasses broke while on vacation and I went in to see if I could buy contacts or repair my glasses... anything so I could see. The lady told me my eyes weren't "that bad" and was very condescending. Older lady. Not nice at all and genuinely made me bawl my eyes out. Awful. Horrible visit here as always. Every cash register open with about 100 employees and Managers running around and they rarely have more than one person taking returns! The line of people wanting to return something is about 30 deep. No problem buying something but if you need to return anything it's a nightmare. read more

On Friday February 25 my girlfriend and I went into Walmart the automotive department to place a order for 2 new tires for her jeep. The place wasn't busy. There was two customers in front of us, we got called to be helped. The lady at the counter was polite and helped us to choose the right tire. Well, when it came to order the tires she was unable to help us because she was new (understable). So she called over a mechanic, Steven, nice guy he explained some things to my gf. So we decided to order the tires we needed. Steven was unable to help us with that so a 3rd associate came over helped us. Placed the order gave my gf the customer number, purchase order number and something called THGD number. The associate that helped us said the tire would be in on Monday. There was no tire on monday. I called Tuesday couldn't get through because Noone answers the phone at this Walmart. Finally got through after my 6th time trying no one can tell me a danm thing about where the tires are. The information wasn't right, nothing under my gf name, or the 3 sets of number. I decided to go in after work. 615 pm There was an associate there the new girl, she still didn't know how to get into the program to help me 5 days went by and she hasn't been trained on that!!!! I left , I went up front to speak to a store manager. Janet was called up front , she spoke to me, told her all the information and she said that she would give her head mechanic the information he would call me next day Wed 3-2. Haven't heard from him. I called again spoke to Cindy in automotive. Gave her the information. No idea where the tires are, the Purchase order number belongs to some guy. This is the worst experience I have ever had at Walmart. She kept giving me the run around that she can place the order again.. NO!! The tires should have been ordered on Friday Dumbass!!! Never did I think I'd give any Walmart a 5 star review but the problem I was experiencing with my curbside pickup led me to a manager who gave a damn about customer service. Curbside pickup has been our preferred method throughout Covid. We've been shorted the same item repeatedly which prompted a call. Reached a young man at the Marks store, named Jordan, who researched my prior orders and their inventory and called me right back. He resolved the problem and I was pleased that he'll increase his inventory. So nice to have someone solving problems rather than avoiding customers. read more

Love the roll back pricing but not the rollback staff. I waited in the express pickup line for 20 min. This is hardly anything but express. Out of 25 staff members just standing around there's only one person servicing this long line that I had time to stand in while writing a review. It seems like whenever u need help no one seems to know where anything is ( next time just have the greeters hand out blueprints so we can find our own crap) when they see u coming looking like we need help the employees just shoot down the opposite isle like they don't see you. The only attention I got here was if I didn't wear my mask or security who is over the top ready to mace anyone that they think is stealing. I wanted to give Walmart online a chance to purchase a 9.00$ item on Friday night at approximately 7:30 pm. I had revived an email saying my item would be ready at 1 o'clock the next day. When I get there they had me waiting for 30 minutes just to tell me they don't have my package. Then I revive another email telling me that it will be ready at 6:30 so I go back home wait and go back to the store around that time and arrive there at 6:50. They have me wait a long time again just to tell me they still don't have it when I waste my time and gas to be told that it will be ready tomorrow when I really need to bleach my hair. If they insist on saying there customer service is spot on well I call b.s on that I also give a shout out to L,Oreal to blame Walmart for loosing a customer due to them being so unreliable read more

I been to this Walmart a million times. What I like is the fact that they slice cheese and other goodies. They will give u FREE samples :) I'm still doing the cabbage patch and dancing around because I had free samples of cheese and turkey. The bakery is clean and all the employees are super kind. This Walmart has sure improved with in the last year. I no longer live in Henderson I live in Las Vegas but its worth the drive to come here. Nastiest walmart I've ever been to. I should report them to health department about thier public restrooms. Seriously walking over urine. Shopping carts scattered around the parking lots. Sometimes nobody never answers the phone. I even tried to work here and offer my help but they dont want it. There are nice employees but they don't really know how to clean the restrooms or get carts out of the way so I can park easier.i also dont purchase my meat here anymore its just ain't the Same from a butcher shop. While on vacation, we stopped by this Walmart and the service was excellent. The associates were very attentive and were very courteous. They personally took us twice to the locations of the items we were looking for. In addition , A female custodian also was very nice and greeted us as we walked down an aisle . But , I have to say the biggest compliment for this location would be that they are very honest people. I had accidentally left my wallet with everything in it in a shopping cart but, I didn't realize it until we had returned to our hotel on the strip. We immediately called back which was a little challenging because it took a little time to talk to a manager. But , we eventually were able and spoke to Manager Xander, he advised us my wallet was in his possession. When we got there and I looked in my wallet, nothing was missing and all the cash was accounted for. I tried to give a reward to the employee who found it but, Xander said , it's against our company policy to receive gifts. I was very grateful my wallet was found by a Walmart employee. I highly recommend you visit this store when vacationing in Las Vegas and Thank you to the Henderson Team for making my vacation a great one. It's bad enough that wal mart is using the covid excuse not to accept returns and hang on to our money, but when you call to ask if that policy that millionaire executives are not smart enough to figure out, has changed, the associates are straight up losers with a horrible attitude. This morning I went to Walmart to purchase a sound bar. When I purchased the sound bar I also purchased the warranty. As I walked out of the store, the guest advisor at the front door noticed that I had purchased the extended warranty and went through step by step instructions on how to utilize the warranty including a tip to do this soon so that my receipt did not fade and lose the warranty information. I am appreciative of the level of care the guest advisor had for my purchase today. If it were not for her, I would not have known and the money I spent on the warranty likely would have been wasted. read more

in the last week This place really needs to get it's act together. You place an online order that says it will be ready same day...never is! When you go to pick up items no one is ever in the pickup area so you have to wait which defeats the convenience of online ordering for pickup in store. The last 2 orders have been a complete nightmare, where items couldn't be found so they delay and delay the pickup order, why would I wait when I can order it from Amazon where the service is 100x better than Walmart???... because I need the stuff now not 2 days from now! Slipped in an hour before black Friday started, Thursday a few hours after turkey dinner. I just left the park and needed a few more steps on my fitbit and so that's when i go to the biggest store i can find. I browsed around and there were a lot of pallets that were taped off saying DO NOT TOUCH UNTIL 6PM -- I mean stuffed animals for ten bucks or kids underwear etc. these pallets were everywhere so they were gearing up for the black Friday rush. There was however a very long line that wrapped up and down isles and landed in the meat department LOL they were all waiting for a 50" TV that will be $300 i guess the store only has 150 of them as I spoke to a few people in line. Good news was I had time to get my acrylic paint pens and a greeting card and get out before six when the rush will hit. I don't do black Friday but this place was ready with all kinds of isles blocked off and police presence in front of the store, security everywhere and a lot of cashiers ready. Bonnie, the department manager for jewelry and lingerie is exceptionally rude and I genuinely don't even know what prompted her to act the way she did. The woman working the fitting room was taking a call so I was waiting for her to finish and get me a room. Not a big deal. She's doing her job and I don't mind waiting. Bonnie shows up and tells the woman working "if you need help you can always call me over. The woman (referring to me) looks all irritated so I'm just going to help you out." I started to say, "I didn't have a problem waiting," but she cut me off and asked me how many items I had. I told her 4 and she laughed, rolled her eyes, and then walked away. Prior to Bonnie arriving there was no issue. The woman working the fitting room didn't seem overwhelmed or stressed. I didn't mind waiting until she finished what she was working on. So I'm still unsure why it was necessary to 1) reprimand her for not asking for help when she didn't need/want it. Especially because I was the only person waiting. It's not like she had an angry mob waiting on her and 2) to insult me loud enough to be sure that I could hear it. so yesterday I went to buy a few items, when my husband called when I was shopping and asked me to pick up a bottle of wine, so when I was checking out at self check, I was asked for my ID, I didn't have on me, as I was just planning for a quick run, I asked her are you going to ask me to go out to my car to get and she said yes. I'm 69 yrs old, I told her, she said I'm sorry but we have to ask for ID, for anyone even if they look 40.What? so even if I look 40, isn't that also over 21? this is the 2nd time I've complained about this issue. I asked the lady who checks my receipt if I looked 20 yrs old, she said no, but if I was buying alcohol even if I looked 40 they still needed to check an I'd. The last I checked isn't 40 older than 21? I know some young people look maybe 20, but I doubt a 69 yr old looks 20 yrs old. Ok folks! Sometimes you forget to write about places you visit a few times a week. This store is my walmart. I am there quite often. This store is HUGE! I have to say I have NEVER had a bad experience here. I think walmart gets a bad rap sometimes. They are a HUGE corporation and they have EVERYTHING! Their prices are good and they even give you money back with savings catcher if something else was cheaper somewhere else. They have so many things for you. They are truly a one stop shop. We come to this store often late, and the staff around the entrance are always so nice and fun, we really look forward to it. I would like to know; this one guy had a way of navigating around the store and finding out where items were that no one else has been able to explain. I suppose it is the nature of doing that large of a store, but better navigating experience would be great. When I bought the tires from here they told me I'd have a warranty on them if they ever went bad or something happened to one. Lies. 2 stars because itbhas what you need. Minus 3 stars for guest relations. Went in to find a universal piece for my camera. Went to where they sell cameras. After looking for a moment. I asked an employee. They said," this is all of our camera stuff". She turned and asked another person that worked there. He responded, "we don't carry those". Neither one took any time to look around. I said ok, maybe I can find something, temporarily to use. As I walked around the camera and electronics area. Low and behold a whole area of camera equipment. I showed the gentleman, and he said, I guess we do have them. Offsetting to me because they would rather sit and talk to each other about how bad some other employee was. But never took it upon them selves to look and see if they had what I needed. For the most part, I never shop at wal mart, because their service is horrible. Much rather spend the extra and get service. This company spends millions on computer programs on where and how to place stuff in the store for higher sales. Try reinvesting that money in training, and sales would be greater. I have experienced this time and time again at Wal-Mart's. I work in hospitality. I get busy and I get inventory times can be frustrating. But, do your self a favor and learn service. Again, I will not shop there. I will drive the extra mile or pay the extra 3 dollars for target. At least there they will walk and look to ensure you have everything you need. read more
