But by public demand as it would have it, the store has opened back up. I am pretty glad they did open it back up because this particular store is very convenient for me. One thing I should open up about in the very beginning of this review is the fact that in order to shop here you have to have the Sam's Club app. All of your purchase transactions are done through the app. There are plenty of associates here to help you get situated on that if you need assistance when you get there, but do not come here thinking you are going to buck the system and get a cashier because you won't. What I am here to say is that the system works. You can hit the store up on a very busy day and not have to worry about lines. It is an easy in and out to get your purchases pay for them and get back to your car, which is a major accomplishment for any of these big box stores.

A few special things about this location include *FREE* car wash for Plus members, though sometimes the line can get long like at any car wash. This location is one of the few locations nationwide where they make fresh tortillas daily. They're as good as Rosa's, but you get 20 instead of 12 and for much less $$. Worth it just for that. ;-) It's also an app focused location, so plan to use your app. However, they will still help you if you are not app savvy, and will assist you in installing the app as well if you'd like. Overall selection here is mixed. It's kind of a test location, but unfortunately the purchasing manager here is fairly clueless in that this store has many holes in product selection that you'll need to go to other locations to find products that should be at all locations. For example, you had to wait MONTHS after the location reopened in order to find an olive oil other than the MM 3 liter bottle! Most locations have at least 5 to choose from. Sams pickup here is pretty efficient. So if you gas, pickup and go, you are golden! Gas prices are consistently cheap here. Just watch out for either the clueless or entitled drivers who seem unable or unwilling to follow the arrows. Unfortunately those people are also the same people in the parking lot going the wrong way in the angled parking aisles, so just be sure to keep your head up at all times.

When my groceries were delivered about 1/2 or 17 items missing. Either the store did not give to the driver or the driver intentionally or mistakenly did not leave all the bags behind. We submitted our refund request within minutes of the order being delivered on August 10 at approximately 6 PM. It was denied on August 13. It took me hours to reach Tom Thumb and finally be told that it was automatically rejected due to the amount of the refund. Just to be clear that is not what the rejection stated had I not called and pushed. They would've kept my money. Nonetheless, I was told the refund would be processed. Today is August 18. I have zero money left no food and the refund has not been issued. This is significant as like most people I live paycheck to paycheck, but unlike most people, I am totally disabled veteran. I have accessibility issues and an 86-year-old mom that also lives with me. I just say FU Tom Thumb, you screwed me and my mom really bad this week.
