Went one early morning to grab a few things, I had a fantastic shopping experience. The store was clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. Even though it was a new Walmart I was looking lost at one point and a staff member ask if they could help and pointed me in the right direction. What stood out the most were the friendly and helpful employees. Needed additional help locating another item and yet another friendly staff member was happy to help me out. This review is strictly about using Pickup at this location. The staff are friendly but you will wait a VERY long time to receive your order even if you mark yourself as "on the way" in the app while leaving home. I had yet another experience with this today with the addition of seeing customers who arrived 10+ minutes after me being helped first. When I asked about the delay, I was told that an item from my order was lost so someone had to find it. read more

I was absolutely blown away when the Manager and Security staff came out to deal with a man who had just walked out of the store went a few steps past me and undid his pants pulled out his private and urinated right in front of me the man was of sound mind and he was using his walker however he just walked past the restroom outside and he didn't care about myself standing there I had to turn away nor if there were other women or children watching this vulgar behavior, the Manager a Woman and Head of Security merely asked him to move off the property I was apples and they said they would be waiting 3 hours for the police if they called it's a waste of their time, my husband and I literally went across the street to get food low and behold 2 police officers who informed us that it's the destruction of the store however I was the one he exposed himself to so they immediately sent a officer over! Shame on Walmart for excusing such behavior and Shame on them for allow it to happen. By the way they didn't even bother to clean up the Human waste their customers are now walking through and the carts were sitting in the wheels clearly in very yellow urine. In light of the events of the past year I'm updating my Walmart review. Walmart was there for me and the community in the thick of covid-19. They reacted quickly when covid hit and shortly thereafter added additional curbside pick up parking spaces with a covered awning in front of the store. The handful of times I used it I never waited more than five minutes for an order to be delivered to my car. I grew more dependent of Walmart in the last year because it was so close to my house. They also remodeled the self-checkout areas at each end of the store and this was important to me because I use self-checkout most of the time. The greeters at both ends of the store have always been friendly and helpful! And when I asked an associate to help me find something they're always willing to not only tell me the aisle but some will take me directly to the product. That is great service! Thank you Walmart for stepping up and getting us all through this past year! read more

Bought (I thought) a Visa $100 gift card 5/3/2025 for my granddaughter's graduation. When I bought it, the cashier did not scan the security info which I asked about and he said not necessary. Later I realized that I didn't get the separate receipt I usually got when buying a gift card. But what do I know, procedures change. When my granddaughter tried to use it she found it was compromised and useless. I from out of state so tried to contact the store by phone....IMPISSIBLE!!! When the operator finally answered (after 9 calls of no one answering in several departments!) she hung up on me. I just wanted to notify them of the fraud going on in that store. read more

Was targeted by self checkout shoplifting technology. Associate got in between me and the scanner 3 times to scan items in my bags to see if I had scanned them. Ok...they have a job to do, but she could not speak English so we could not communicate! I had no idea what she was doing at first, or what she needed from me. She could not respond to anything I asked her. Finally an associate who could speak English came over and we finalized the transaction - they saw that everything had been scanned. ..then stopped me quickly to see if I had scanned a bag of apples....which they had already checked. At this point it just felt like harassment. If they would hire more cashier's we wouldn't have to use a self checkout and their risk of shoplifting would go down. read more

This is another good Walmart in the Jacksonville area. Overall it is a very well kept and organized store. The parking can be a bit rough during the weekend or after work hours but that's expected. They recently added these security stations all throughout there parking lots that are solar powered. I think this is a nice addition because parking lots always have security issues. Inside there is several food areas, a place to get your nails done and an optical shop. Like any Walmart it covers all your needs! I come here every now and then for the deals. Some of my favorites are the large cases of tazo tea bags and the home items. Definitely better prices than target and the surrounding stores (sorry Publix). Overall it's a great one stop shop on beach boulevard! read more

I have shopped this location many times- it is not the easiest to get in and out of. Tons of stores, plenty of cars going every which way. That being said- the store itself is kept clean- easy to navigate and they usually have enough cashiers plus the self checkout to accommodate the customer flow. I run errands for work and hit this location several times a month. They usually have good customer service here and always find what I need. read more

Very very unsafe place to shop especially late at night at in the evening. I was at the store a few weeks ago and was verbally threatened by an extremeLu out of control customer who not only threatened to harm me but another customer in line. I simply asked this young man to calm down and asked the Walmart employees for security to help, the security never responded and I had to call 911 for assistance. The Walmart employees then assisted this abusive man to another register to let him check out before the police arrived. 2 Jacksonville police officers arrived and the only assistance I received was an escort to my vehicle, no further action taken to pursue this abusive, threatening individual to the my knowledge This man begin this incident by cutting in front of a the other lady in line behind me at checkout No other reason! read more

This store is going to hell in a hand basket REEEAALLL quick. Rewind back to a few months ago when they at least had a few human ran checkout lanes and about 25 self checkout lanes. Fast forward to today, the majority of the self checkout lanes were closed and good luck going through the human ran ones, as there were only two open. It took me 30 minutes to checkout and when I asked the cashier what was going on, she stated they don't have enough help, BUT I saw several employees hiding to avoid a register. Their produce still is awful and don't even get me started on the Walmart pickup shoppers...picking the stuff that expires soon, the poor quality items, and the canned goods. Walmart is well...Walmart. They always have unbelievable low prices which are hard to beat. However it does come with a price. Usually disorganization of every department. However, this Walmart seems to stay on top of this problem. They seem to keep the shelves mostly organized. The one thing I will never understand though is the amount of checkout lines they have and how many they actually use. It seems like on a continual basis, or at least every time I got there, they only have 3-5 checkout lines open. And those checkouts always have a long line. However, this Walmart has an eye center as well as a produce section. It is also open 24/7 which is very convenient. It's pretty average but it is located next to a lot of nice stores. You can complete all of your shopping in one area if this Walmart does not have what you're looking for. read more

My neighborhood Walmart! Supercenter that is - and is! So much stuff under one roof for the best "Everyday Low" prices - great place to one stop shop, garb and go with self check out, and even grab Redbox movies (4 kiosks) - 2 at the food entrance and 2 at the main entrance. Love to shop here before 6AM since it's open 24/7. Only the main entrance is open prior to 7AM but you have pretty much full access to the store except for Outdoor Living. read more

Since when does this walmart not allow returns without receipt if the item is over $50? Associate didn't even attempt to process it. So the system didn't decline my no receipt. I'm use to the Walmarts around the airport but this one has let me return a $200 item without a receipt just 2 years ago Bc I remember my boyfriend and I returning an arlo security system we got for Christmas. I would suggest bringing garlic and a sharp object because, there are some straight creeps there at night. Walmart at night is weird. I needed some vitamins and basic stuff. I used to frequent this store.....but service is now non-existent. Used to be where I went for hardware - now go to Ace or Home Depot. Used to go for paint - now go to Sherwin Williams. Used to go for propane exchange -- no longer ---- last "exchange" took 35 minutes. This store / company is doomed. read more

I always find what I need and more. The store is always clean and well stocked ( and zoned). Even the clearance sections are well stocked with a variety of items for all you bargain shoppers like me. Your avg Walmart. Big @ss store where you can find almost anything you need. Since it's on my way to and from work I pass it often. Also It's open 24 hrs, so even when I get off from work late like I mostly do. It's easy for me to get in & get out without any hassle and long lines. My favorite is the express self checkout. I think it is one of the best things Walmart has done to help folks who only have a few items or need to get something real quick. This location is newer than some so it has the brick finish on he outside which I like. It kind of gives it that homely market feel. I know it's a massive store, but you kind of get what I mean. They also have a McDonald's located on the inside. Inside and out they keep it pretty clean. Carts are pretty new. Costumer service is decent, but they get the job done. read more

This is the second and last time I will order from Walmart. Both deliveries have been late and I'm currently on the phone with a Walmart associate who couldn't care less. This company has fallen to the lowest of lows. I paid for a Walmart+ subscription to obtain an earlier arrival window and again, they're not here. The employees here are so lazy and have a very stereotypical attitude. We did self checkout as we normally try to do especially at Walmart because the checkout employees are usually super slow and only one line at checkout is even open... if that! We literally have come several days a week since we have moved here and for some reason CHRISTOPHER at self checkout wanted to accuse us of trying to steal kitchen towels. After we addressed and showed him what we scanned he continued to tediously watch and critique us on every single item while every single other person especially older people are not even being observed by this Walmart worker. Great Walmart. It is close to the beach and has an easy parking lot. I have had to return things here and they are very good about it. They have a MacDonalds in the store. The produce section is large and the wares are fresh. I think it's a great store and will definitely be back. read more
