I worked nights here for almost two years. Shop during the day, not during the night. Overnight management is never on the sales floor, and it's rare to find an associate for help. The day crew is fast and friendly. (I only shop at night because I know were everything is and don't exactly need help.) I enjoyed working nights here, but when you have 2 very young kids this isn't the shift to be working. read more

horrible customer service at the bakery. I called to order cupcakes for my sons first birthday party and spoke to a woman on the phone (I didn't catch her name) who was extremely rude. Don't is all I can say. If you want to purchase lunchmeat that had been sitting on top of filthy garbage cans while they stocked the shelves, well, you feed that to your kids. If you want to drive extra miles in this heat because they don't honor their "Corporate" policy, you shop here, I'll go where I'm valued. This store is the WORST Walmart I have ever been to. The customer service is rapidly declining. I have been loyal to this store for 6 years and within the past 7-8 have been gravely disappointed by the LACK of customer service from its employees. I HAVE HAD TO CHASE DOWN EMPLOYEES TO ASK FOR HELP. I have had to stand in line for 45min as the EXPRESS line remained EMPTY...AND not once did the express lane cashier offer to take customers... We bought a pressure washer from Walmart.com but it wasn't the right PSI. When we went to return it at the Walmart on Lake Pleasant Pkwy, Peoria, AZ, their customer service refused even though it was new in box and the invoice stated it could be returned to any Walmart store. Walmart's computer said although it was a Walmart.com purchase, it actually came from a marketplace outside of Walmart and therefore could not be returned. We were told to contact the originator that sold it on Walmart.com and arrange the return. The originator was Ritz Camera!! Why would a camera store sell a pressure washer? Anyway, contacting them got us nowhere so we decided to purchase a stronger pressure washer from Home Depot, NOT Walmart, and gave the first one to our son. We vowed never to purchase off Walmart.com ever again. Buyers be ware...Walmart.com is deceiving. They sell for other sellers but say you're buying from Walmart and you're not...Walmart doesn't identify the actual seller and confirm their return policy on the invoice but then void it if you need to return something. read more

The store sells printers that they provide a 3 mo. warranty for. Then Hewlett Packard is supposed to provide additional warranty for the rest of the year. Unfortunately they are impossible to get a hold of so basically you buy a printer there, use it for three months and then expect to throw it away. Will never buy a printer from Walmart again. read more

I mean it's Walmart so the prices are good but the staff....I guess it is Walmart. Save money but get treated like you are.

If I could leave no stars, I would! The employees DONT HELP YOU. 9 out of 10 times if you ask them for anything they tell you they don't know and stand there blankly looking at you. Today my son purchase a game online and had it delivered same day for pick up. Usually avoid Walmart at all cost but because it's his money and he wanted to spend less against my wishes we went anyway. We went into the store and stood in line forever. We asked employee where we were supposed to pick up the game and he said the online pick up area and wait for somebody after we push a button. We did this and waited for almost an hour. Multiple employees walked by and looked at us.... But no one helped. I finally had to call the store on my cell phone and asked the operator what I had to do to get somebody to come and check us out. It was only until then we were finally able to check out of the store. Wish I would've spent seven dollars more and just got it at Target. read more

The help run into you when putting away items = no consideration=stand in line at check out the cashier needs help, manager comes over and then leaves the cashier without any help. Everyone in line has to get in another line and wait some m ore. Employees standing in the throughways and blocking so customers can not get by and they are just talking and laughing. If it was not for your pharmacy I would not even step foot in your store. Seriously considering moving my prescriptons. read more

I checkout for $339 and some change and use Walmart pay. Clerk says payment was declined so I use the same card I have attached to WM pay. Then struggles with the payment and tells me it only accepted a partial of 200 something. I go into my bank app and debits for both are taken out. At this point I want to talk to management but after explaining this to 5. Different. Managers. They tell me it's never happened before. What? It's Walmart, the largest retailer in the world. Seriously? This was the first time? So they tell me that their system shows to didn't go through but I have close to $600 taken out. Then find out the partial payment transaction was not suspended but rather canceled. So then after an hour of them hovering around a computer aimlessly trying to find a solution, we decide we will pay once again glad third times a charm. Bottom line, that cart of groceries cost a thousand dollars yesterday and will be a couple days until the bank reverses their errors. Be careful people. Their "system" is not as sophisticated as you'd expect (nor were the managers quite frankly). And NEVER USE WALMART PAY. read more
