    MCS Water Technology

    MCS Water Technology

Great experience hiring MCS for a new water softener installation…read more I live in Yorba Linda and had been given the name of a company that was an authorized installer of Puronics systems in the area. That company came out, didn't provide any literature and verbally explained what they offered and quoted some ridiculously high prices. Then I was driving home one day and saw a service truck for MCS in my neighborhood that had graphics on it that said they installed Puronics systems. I spoke to that technician and he came over to look at my existing worn out system. He had literature explaining all their offerings and quoted prices that were much lower than the other authorized installer had offered. He gave me the quote on a Friday and three days later on Monday, they finished the installation in about 3 hours. The completed installation looked very professional. In setting up and testing the system, the installer (Jun) fine tuned the settings for the hardness of the incoming city water, the number of people in the household, the system regeneration timing (# of days), etc. while continuing to check the outgoing Puronics water for the correct softness (with a chemical test) after each adjustment. He then explained to me the functions and operation of the control panel. In summary, I'm very satisfied with MCS Water Technology for their pricing, installation and quality of technicians. My lesson learned is to check if there are other authorized installers in neighboring areas for an item you're shopping for. In my case, I found a gem of a company in MCS that was just a few miles away in Rowland Heights.

It's very reliable. I highly recommend others who want to install a saltwater system should go to MCS

The ones I communicated with. The drivers have been exceptional, especially Miguel, but they've all been great. The most important thing to put in your body great water. I do believe Phresh Waters is the best and I get the glass jugs. I've compared them to all the water is the best and the staff is the best. I'm still recoiling in horror as I write this…read more We've been using Phresh for alkaline water delivery for about 3 months and have enjoyed the convenience. But while my husband and I were changing out an empty 5-gallon bottle, we noticed a white, thumb-sized fleck floating at the bottom. At first I assumed it was just a piece of plastic from the cap, so we emptied the bottle to check. To my absolute horror, it was a slug. We had been drinking water from that bottle for the past week with a SLUG floating in it. I gagged immediately. It was absolutely disgusting and alarming. Another reviewer mentioned finding a paintbrush and pencil at the bottom of their bottle, and I wish I found that than this. How sanitary is their bottling and quality control process if a slug can end up inside a sealed bottle unnoticed? I'm still sick over it. I wish I had taken a picture, but I was so disgusted that I immediately dumped it down the sink. Going to refill my own water from now on, at least I can see the cleanliness with my own eyes that way.

Upon emailing back and forth with "Cynthia" her exact words are "Dear Jonathan,   I am sorry for your current situation regarding you never receiving your order. I spoke with my Sales Manager and I have been informed that, Yes we do have insurance on some items but it only applies to "LOSS" or "DAMAGED" items. "DAMAGED" meaning broke/cracked during (USPS) transit. "LOSS" meaning the item got lost; has no movement during (USPS) transit.   And, unfortunately once the shipping service (USPS) states that your item has been labeled "DELIVERED" to it 's shipping address; insurance can no longer apply.   I am sorry for any inconveniences. I really tried everything possible to do more. I strongly suggest you contact a supervisor at your local post office, maybe they can do something more. Thank you very much for your time and business". With that being said you have lost a long time repeat and loyal customer. The fact this company refused to do anything at all to help rectify this is appalling, disgusting, insulting, and messed up. They don't value customers at all and they are just another greedy company that puts money in front of people Stay away from this company!!!
