Instead, Logan gave us a straightforward assessment of what to watch for in the future and walked us through potential options and their ballpark costs. He took the time to educate me on the problem I was dealing with, the causes for it, and the solutions I had available. Luckily I was able to take advantage of the $99 Yelp special they offered, so this went from being a major headache to a minor inconvenience. After the service was complete, Christian took the extra time to check for any other leaks and to make sure things were looking good across the rest of the house, which I greatly appreciated. Shannon is very meticulous which I appreciated and paid attention to detail. The outside shut off valve also needed the regulator replaced (the cost was very expensive) but the house is 20+ years old so I gave my approval. Shannon did an excellent job and didn't mind me watching, not to check his work but to learn, I'm always looking to learn about any trade. Afterwords they cleaned up everything and were on their way. As a side note Shannon reminded me of an old biker friend of mine. Don't let the looks deceive you, he is a master at his craft.
