He got Darwin from his team out here and assessed the problem. Very professional and explained everything along the way. It also required making several calls to my home warranty AHS, getting on the phone with them and explaining the findings and getting approval. Along the way, Darwin just kept saying, hey, no worries, we're here to help you, we'll call and talk to whoever needs to talk to us. Then they got to work after approval and got me taken care of same day. There is a proper clean out now in my front planter area that will help with any future issues. The patch work was not part of the contract but set us up with one to get the patch work complete. My only recommendation for future would be to remind customers it is not included so that the patch work can be scheduled ahead to happen shortly after work is complete. Although, the patchwork was only a few days after. We just covered up the outside holes until someone came.
