The 2 guys worked diligently to locate the issue, using moisture sensing devices, a wireless camera and using their phones to communicate to each other from the different locations of our house. Erik was professional, knowledgeable, and very patient with all of our questions and concerns. He also provided us with a quote for additional work, including digging and installing a new cleanout and repiping the kitchen and bathrooms. We really appreciated that he didn't pressure us for payment that day and instead focused on taking care of the immediate problem and helping us plan for the next steps.
