This review is based on one of the concerts held in the summer, not the winery itself. For the price, this trip wasn't as good as expected. We "bought" a table-4 seats, blocked by the stage. That was pricey enough. Don't come hungry! What you're looking at here are two of the things offered on their menu. Tasty to be sure, and prices reflect what we've come to expect from the Warner concert series. The least expensive food was a hot dog ($9). My biggest concern was the way waitstaff carries their beverages. No tray, and there could be one. Cupped beverages were carried by the lip. A standard paperboard carrier would handle 4. Our waitstaff carried the two canned beverages we ordered in his pockets. Clever, yes-but the poor guy was sweaty and it wasn't appealing to drink something that had been in anyone's pockets! I think Warners could do better by their employees and patrons for the prices charged. read more

Disappointed to have to give 3 stars because this venue has such potential to be a great music scene. Unfortunately, we arrived hungry, expecting the table service that was said to be included in our seat selection but were immediately told the kitchen was too behind on tickets to accept any orders--told us 15 tickets behind. Nicole also told us that the kitchen was not allowing any new orders. We ordered drinks and were giving it some time for them to clear tickets before checking back to order. Next time we asked about ordering, she told us the kitchen was behind 50 tickets and we could not order food. Irritating but whatever, we got permission to order DoorDash--that didn't come either but that's a whole thing in itself. So we drank on empty stomachs which is not the best idea and enjoyed Guster. Some time passes and she returns to tell us she's leaving for the night and Caleb would come take care of us. We never met Caleb. So we go to get our own drinks from the walk up bar and surprise! They had food options! We ask if we can order something annnnd the kitchen was now closed. Guster was amazing as usual but the venue has work to do. Paying for a seat that includes table service and barely getting service is unacceptable. If they expect to charge the prices they do, they're going to have to step it up. This used to be one of our favorite places to see bands in the summer. Now it's a horrible experience. We paid $183 for a table for 2, which was supposed to include a server. We waited an hour for the server and finally had to ask someone to send them our way. The view is terrible. They built so many new decks and there is no way to get a good view of the band. I might as well be home in my backyard playing the music on my speaker. It would be a better and cheaper experience. read more

Poorly run business. Do not answer calls, texts or emails. I have tickets to an outdoor concert on 7-16-26. Michigan is experiencing very poor air quality. This venue is more worried about the money than the health of their staff, customers and artist. Most venues have stopped their outdoor venues. Not this place. The JLEntertainment company is not answering request for a refund or Exchange for these Tickets. Warner Vineyards is not helping at all. I wouldn't waste another dime on them! read more

We used to come here several times a season but now they've built decks and seating areas. We paid 183.00 for this view. No table service even though we were supposed to have some. We've been here over a dozen times for tastings, lunch, and buying stuff. They have both a wine tasting room and a beer room. At the beer room, you can get lunch. There are a wide variety of wines, ciders, beers to choose from - and we've always had very knowledgeable people help us - and always left a couple hundred dollars poorer. If you are going to have three tiers of pricing with red as the top teir price then those seats should be premium. Just spent top dollar to see Southern Accents but our view was completely obstructed by a tower of speakers and a pillar behind that with zero warning that it was obstructed. Very disappointed feels they knew it was obstructed and purposely said nothing. What an awesome spot! We wanted to spend some time on the west side of the state. We actually didn't have a real itinerary. We were just going with the flow. This location was absolutely beautiful. They were getting ready for a Stryker concert. It was unfortunate that we had to leave, but there was no way to stick around. We went inside and did a wine tasting and then walked around the grounds a bit. There's a train car on the site that is being turned into an air BNB. That sounds so fun! We have come to prefer air BnBs over hotels for multiple reasons. The wine was great and the service was friendly. We got to watch the band warm up a bit which was fun! Disappointed that profiling is still very real because we quickly noticed our group of Black and Brown people were the only ones given plastic cups for their wine while everyone else got the nice glasses (as is custom for wine). Boys ordered a flight, 6 beers were included. 5 beers were given, multiple doubles and server didn't know which beers were given. We were on our way home from a long weekend in Michigan when we decided to stop by the Warner Vineyards tasting room in Paw Paw. Even though it sits off a really busy road, it offers a quaint, private, extremely picturesque setting. The setting is so picturesque, in fact, that I found myself constantly taking photos. Inside, we were greeted by friendly and knowledgeable staff, and another quaint setting inside the tasting room. The stat of the show, of course, was the wine. Regardless if you're a dry wine drinker or prefer something on the semi-dry sweet side like me, Warner has something to suit every palette. And, if you taste 5 wines, you can take home a souvenir glass as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and cannot wait to return. I highly recommend that you stop in and give the wines a try. Great Tribute Bands . Horrible setup for people who pay the highest price for the table and get the worst view . People's Asses ! The " funny " thing is that I know where I pick my seat when I purchase them . When we arrived, we were not in the same area of my purchase that I picked online . Ok we had tickets for the Journey Tribute concert 7/21/23 I paid 120.00 for a table ...it was right in front of the band we thought awesome good view. WRONG..people stood up all nite in front of the band not dancing but just standing there, didn't care to look at asses all nite and hardly could see the band it sucked..they should make it when a song is done and people not dancing to go back th their seats it was not like that horrible experience and waste of money ...tabls beside us were complaining too and couple people even talked to security nothing was done .....shove the concerts up your rear Warner you don't care if people can see or not as long as you get your MONEY read more

So I'm rating it during wine and harvest week. But we loved hanging out here. The staff and volunteers were lovely. I love the atmosphere of the older building/brick and the nice outdoor area with band shell. And having the river right there too. I like a couple of their wines and really enjoyed the hard cider, especially the cherry. In fact I like their wines a lot more than the place down the street. read more

I selected Warner Vineyards to hold my husbands Celebration of Life. From the very beginning of the arrangements, they were so incredibly helpful and accommodating. I worked with Andrea and she was so sweet in helping me book the room, food, and all other arrangements, especially since we live out of state. On the actual event date, we had everything we asked for and then some, and they were so sympathetic to myself and the rest of the family. We are able to give my husband a very dignified, elegant, classy, and heartfelt memorial that he would have approved of. All the guests commented on how beautiful it was and how delicious the food was. I'm so sorry I didn't get everyone's names as it was very emotionally overwhelming but thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who helped set up, from the young lady who brought out the food and my request for a microphone, to the bartender who made the perfect Manhattans, to Andrea who helped us with all the details. read more

I really wanted to support a Michigan winery that was doing wine tasting during Covid, but their blatant lack of compliance with Covid 19 regulations was appalling. My bf and I went in to do 2 wine tastings and purchase some bottles. However after we witnessed 3 employees including the woman serving us not wearing a mask or taking any safety precautions,we decided to only do 1 tasting and not purchase a wine glass or any bottles. I enjoyed the wine, but I drank it so fast because I did not feel safe inside their establishment. I made a reservation for a wine tasting for a large group 4 months ahead of time and put down a $50 deposit. When I called back a week before the reservation to confirm, the woman told me there was no record of my reservation. Additionally, on the day of our wine tasting, the woman was extremely rude, un-accomodating and disrespectful. She hung up on me when I spoke to her on the phone. This was hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I would never recommend someone to visit this vineyard. If you're looking for a vineyard in the area, St. Julian's winery right next door had much better customer service. I would recommend you visit there instead. read more

I have to preface this by saying that I have not been to the vineyard itself, but I did go to the tasting room in South Haven in the summer. The tasting room is down on the docks, and the room was dominated by the bottles upon bottles of wine for sale. The gentleman who assisted us was not going to be happy until he had us taste pretty much every wine they make- and I was not in the position to argue with him. I had an extremely enjoyable time. The wines are not the best I have ever had- but they are incredibly affordable. There were a few bottles that we liked enough to pick up and enjoy with dinner at home - but not anything we loved enough to make a "special occasion" bottle out of. read more

My parents came in from the east coast to visit me in Kalamazoo for the weekend. We decided to do an afternoon of wine tasting in the area. One of our stops was Warner Vineyards. I was a bit put off from the start, mainly because of the moldy stench coming from the stagnant creek in front of the vineyard. We walked in, and the woman at the front demanded that we pay in advance. I've done some tastings across Michigan, the east coast, and the west coast and never had to pay in advance. Despite this, we paid it and started looking at the tasting list. My mom and I were excited to try the champagnes. We were told by the guy behind the bar, who was almost grumbling rather than talking, that champagnes weren't on the tasting menu because you can't store them until the next day. Not really good business sense at all. Also, he was clearly sick of doing his job at the end of the day and barely described the tasting menu to us. It's hard to get excited about wines if the proprietor of the tasting room can't get excited. Then, the guy said to my dad that he was going to need to take lessons from him because he had two women with him. My mom was pretty appalled and informed the guy that I was their daughter. (PS I look very much like them!) How creepy! We decided to leave without tasting any wines. We waited for a bit before the guy gave us our money back. No wonder they require prepayment. DO NOT GO. Came here for a girls weekend and they were not at all phased by having 18 girls stroll in all wanting to taste. Best of all - 6 tastes for free! The building where the tastings were was very historic and beautiful - perfect for tasting a glass of good wine. Again - the man pouring was great.
