Ok, just left this store - had the trigger of my stove upgraded - and I had to take a minute and leave a review. First, their gunsmith, Joe, is a really great guy. No bs'ing me, was totally up front and honest - which I appreciated. Next, the price for the work was fair and reasonable - and the work was done fast and was of very high quality! Finally - c'mon! I've been a long time customer of W1. Norris and Mike are very knowledgeable about there products and pride themselves on taking care of their customers. They have the utmost respect for all current and prior service members and LEO's and always do their best to see they are taken care of. Every year W1 arranges a "Tactical Santa" gift give away where they purchase items on the Christmas list of our wounded veterans kids at the local Veterans Hospital. I don't know of any other local Inland Empire gun shops that do charity events during the holidays. Norris and Mike are stand up guys and go out of their way to give back to those who have given so much to this great country. W1 carries mostly high end products. You won't find a cosmoline coated rifle here. You're better off putting you name in at Big 5. If they don't have what you're looking for they are always happy to try and track the item down or recommend you to a place that can better assist you. I've seen a lot of people whine about their out of date website but the truth is their inventory changes on an hourly basis and there is no way they can realistically keep up with the changes. Your best bet is to follow their social media profiles. Mike post their new inventory on them as it arrives. Their walls are always full of the latest and greatest products and they wouldn't sell you something they wouldn't buy or don't already own themselves. Felt dissapointed to be informed that they had sold their last one before I got there in the late day. I am so disappointed with the service I received at Warrior One. I have purchased firearm at this store in the past and had positive experience with the services. Because of my positive experiences, I had referred family members and friends to this store for their firearm purchases. Recently, I purchased a firearm from a private party and chose to have the private party transfer process done at Warrior One, what a disappointment. Services were poor and people were not friendly. One individual particularly (the young bearded one), he was quite rude and lacked any customer service etiquette. I hope that the owner(s) of Warrior One take a closer look at the service delivery from his staff as well as himself. In my humble opinion, to establish a strong brand in the community as the go to firearm dealer, exceptional customer service is one of those variables that often separate the one of few from one of many. read more

I've been in the Marine Corps for 15 yrs and I've shot many weapons, but I don't know everything. I'm going to be purchasing my first weapon and Warrior One is the first, and now only shop I will go to. Their customer service and personnel is awesome and knowledgeable. They answered the many questions I had. And the dumb questions I had they answered as if they weren't dumb ...and I appreciated that immensely. Even my girlfriend felt comfortable to ask questions and engage in the conversation. My first (and not my last) purchase will be in March 2013, and I will only buy from Warrior One One more thing, they didn't make me stupid when I couldn't get the slide to go forward on the Glock 21 (I still feel dumb personally), and my girlfriend got it on the first try, of which she's never handled a weapon before. We went to every gun shop in riverside and immediately noticed the difference driving up to warrior 1. The attention to every aspect of this shop is unmatchable. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and more knowledgeable than the other shops we visited. We were looking for an HK 45 that both other shops assured us were hard to find and recommended not getting. Warrior 1 always keeps them in stock and also had a great selection and better prices. A browsing day turned into us buying not just the 45 but an Ak as well. They offer a lifetime warranty on their guns which I have never seen. We won't be going anywhere else for our firearms purchases. read more

Very disappointed! Went in there today to buy an earpiece for my radio and the 2 guys behind the counter were talking with a deputy who was the only guy in the store. I waited my turn and after the deputy left, the guy behind the counter finally acknowledged me about 15 seconds later. Mind you, 2 guys behind the counter and now no one in the store. I told them that I needed an earpiece for my radio and brought in the one I currently use. He pointed to an aisle and said "over there". I won't go there again. There's a couple of Tat covered knuckle heads behind the counter with pistols on their belts, pushing high-end $3,000.00 AR style rifles. The rifles are pretty, with the latest designer paint jobs in all the Barbi & Ken Magpul colors. (Don't forget the freefloat rails) Everything in the shop from Magpul, Troy to Aimpoint is way over priced. Some of it is double the real-world prices. Crazy. You would be better off buying your gear on-line. There's one wall of the shop covered with posed-action framed photos of the owner. Evidently, he did a year or 2 with Blackwater. This dude is clearly one of the "there I was" story guys. Perhaps this "credibility" helps him sell (con) those $3,000.00 rifles to the young, inexperienced shooters of tomorrow. Hype & high prices. I was looking for a Springfield 1911 as a Christmas gift for my boyfriend for X'Mas of 2011 and looked everywhere. Went to Turners and Bass and got the runarounds. Not being a gun-enthusiast as most people who'd be purchasing a specific gun would be, I wanted to know more about the purchase I was about to make. I asked general questions but being in the position I was, obviously sellers tried to take advantage of the situation. At Bass I was getting talked into buying a completely different gun. I was referred to Warrior One by my brother who delivers to the store. Met Mike and from the very beginning, he was completely up front and honest with me. AND Warrior One had a Springfield 1911 TRP in stock (the other two places wouldn't have one in stock for the next 6-7 months and even that wasn't guaranteed - granted I understood the situation). Mike told me the price from the very start, I asked him my general questions, he made me feel comfortable with the actual gun even though it wasn't going to be mine, showed me the difference between the Springfield and the gun Bass was trying to sell me - overall was a great experience. I purchased the gun and after proper paperwork, my boyfriend got an early Christmas present. Warrior One is a great store with an awesome staff. First a bit about myself, I have been around firearms my whole life. Father works for LE and I have been in the Marines for 16 years. My collection of rifles both semi and bolt have grown considerably with a few handguns when I had a CCW in Va. Now about the Warrior One, I was very surprised at the quality of service (or lack thereof) I received when I arrived. Gentlemen behind the counter was rude and short when I asked if they carried or back-ordered a specific bolt action rifle. Not even a hint of customer service, guidance or and attempt to give me options on the rifle I was looking for. Just "nope we don't have it" and on to the next dumb question was the look I received. My next complain is the website, it clearly has a few pictures of their whole wall covered with an assortment of rifles. When I checked their inventory it displays what they have in stock, back-order and out of stock. And as of today the website says that their inventory is about 80% full. Great! I thought to myself, let me call and confirm, well 4 attempts and no answer and no answering machine. Weird I thought so based off all the good reviews on YELP, I still get myself up and head out to see the shop. But to my surprise, when I arrived they had maybe 5 shotguns and 1 bolt action rifle on display, what a disappointment. Had the gentlemen behind the counter displayed some level of good quality service I would have walked away content and willing to come back, knowing that the staff was willing to help out the customers. Unique to this gun store is the friendly staff that does not make you feel uncomfortable. I have purchased two high quality firearms from this shop already and I plan to return for more. The staff are approachable and accommodating, meaning there are no 'dumb' questions. If you seek direction on what type of firearm to purchase for your home, hunting, target or other, the staff will answer all your questions! No joke, if they don't know, they will find out for you. Don't be afraid to ask! There is plenty of extra items to purchase for your firearm too such as lasers and lights. If you are looking for that 'hard to find' item. It's there or being delivered soon. Their display of rifles and pistols is amazing. Peace officers can purchase those select items here too and there is a wide variety of pistols. Don't be afraid to call before you go! But don't be surprised if they are busy when you do. I have seen this place very crowded too. You can also buy hats, shirts and other apparel too. Very wide selection of clothing and shoes, unique for a gun shop! If I'm boasting about this gun store then I have done a good job, I have been buying guns for over 25 years now and I am very impressed withe these people. Not a bad shop to stop at if you're close. They have a decent selection of firearms and seemed somewhat knowledgeable. They knew some things I didn't know when discussing a few firearms (Sig's if memory serves right but I may be mistaken.) and yet couldn't answer a few questions I had (about 1911 mags by Wilson Combat). Points for credibility is they didn't try and BS me with stuff they didn't know and gave the straight up answer of "I don't know." They have a pretty standard selection of the usual stuff, with a clear emphasis on tactical genre. I'm a self confessed "bag-geek" and was disappointed by their limited selection in that department. Same for concealment holsters and slings. (I'm not likely to rebuild my First Spear tactical vest because I like the way the pockets are set up but I am ALWAYS in the market for new concealment holsters.) I've bought plenty of merchandise from them over the past few years, and will likely continue to pay them a visit when I'm in the area. I've seen better stores and I've seen worse. Room for improvement? The store seems to weigh heavy on the "tacti-cool" side and I felt there was a shortage of some of the more basic equipment. The staff was friendly enough but one of them was venting out - with no shortage of F-bombs - about a customer. While perhaps justified, it was none the less unprofessional and led to my wife leaving and opting to not return. (She is also a gun packing professional but won't shop there based on her experiences.) I've spoken to different employees on each of my dozen or so visits and left with good to "mehhh" impressions. Almost all of my visits have encountered relatively polite employees. It also seems what I'm wearing had an impact on my treatment as one time walking in wearing a suit and tie must have said "Guy with no tactical knowledge." to one of the staff because he talked to me like I was a tool. (Note: Some tactical dudes don't have beards or tattoos.) I would recommend this store but also think they could be better, especially since they have very little real competition in the Inland Empire area. read more

They have a great selection of magpul (all colors) and other gear. The prices are on the higher side; for example I bought a CTR stock for $99, which later to find out go for $79. Knowledge meets customer service which provides for an excellent experience. We came to warrior one after going to another shop in Redlands, where the shop in Redlands treated us like wet retarded dogs, and basically told us they were not able to help us with purchasing AR lowers since "everyone from Redlands to Los Angeles is sold out." We came to W1 and were helped almost immediately. The guys helped us with paperwork and immediately set aside the lowers we were purchasing.
