Had a date night with my husband for his birthday without the kids and wanted to try Wasserhund since it was recommended by friends. We sat at the bar and Eric the bartender was so hospital and knowledgeable with everything. We loved the t-shirts the workers were wearing so I bought one for my husband's birthday present. We got the Brussels sprouts and to our surprise it was a bit drenched for our liking with a sauce. I was only able to eat a few bites. We got Aaron's favorites flight and a Banana cream pie mimosa which were all great. Place was nice and ambiance was modern. God for large groups.

Stopped in today to grab a beer and lunch. Their beer is okay (I couldn't find one I was really happy with), but their pizza is fantastic! The service was great, with the bar staff being very engaged and friendly. The facility itself was okay. Kinda cold. I would recommend you give this place a try. Maybe they have your brew!

Stopped by for dinner on a weeknight. There was rain in the forecast so we sat inside. The pizzas are pretty good sized with a small being planty for one person. We ordered quickly and soon out pizzas arrived. I enjoyed the Rottweiler pizza with its chicken and bbq sauce. The Catnip dessert was also good and can be shared with 3-4 people easily. We also asked for extra icing and they didn't charge us for it. All-around great experience.

It's very seldom I give a second review to a location, but to be honest, the beer here lately deserves a second review. Over the last six weeks, I've been around the area to try a few new beer releases (and a monthly pizza) from these guys, Good Head session IPA: really good. Solid session IPA Bandit Blonde blonde ale: honestly this is absolutely perfect and can be in true competition with the best in America. A stunning blonde ale that balances the complexities that come with brewing. All Bark Poblano Lager: really good smoky Mexican Lager.

    $15 Chicken Tender Basket

This is $15 which is crazy not much of a basket if you ask me they also don't taste like $15 tenders and you have to flag a worker down to get your Togo order because it's a seat yourself place but you should be paying attention. Ive been in the restaurant industry for 5 years I'm not some asshole complaining. This is so shitty for the price

This gem was walking distance from our hotel and it didn't disappoint. Hit it at happy hour and the place was jammin on a Saturday. Great service and really good beer. Also ate an early dinner. Started with the huge pretzel and then the chicken schnitzel. Other had pizza and chicken fingers. The pickle pizza was amazing. Wish I had ordered that but the schnitzel was really good too. As Hazy IPA guy their offering in that realm were really good. Definitely a place to go to if you're here. Great vibe, great beer and good food! Checks all the boxes well.

Love the new location here. Very open, bright, large and small tables, and patio seating. Beer: 4/5: this is a personal preference but I'm not a big fan of the beer. Much lighter selection than I normally drink, and I prefer to enjoy very unique craft beer flavors. But still it's decent enough. Pizza 5/5!: now this is the main reason for coming here. The pizza is phenomenal! It always tastes great with fresh ingredients, well cooked, and delicious even left over. I almost always get the Hellhound, so good if you can handle some spice. I was a little sad to notice that they did not have the Sriracha drizzle but I believe that's due to supply issues. Service 5/5: always and consistently great service here. Never had an issue and they will happily make recommendations for beer or food. Free Parking is best in the garage around the corner. They also do have a small free lot about two blocks away. And a few parallel street parking spots available too.

I love Wasserhund. This is our first time at the Chesapeake location. Great selection of beer and beverages. We had a table of 9. Seated right away. Excellent service. Super helpful staff. I knew I wanted the Big Bitch Belgian. The menu always describes the drinks, but some at our table still had questions. Our waitress was very informative of flavor profile for the drinks. We tried the new Thai Chili pizza, good combination and the small for lunch between 2 people is perfect. We also got a veggie pizza. Nice fresh yummy toppings. I love their crust. I always get a ranch dressing to dip my crust. Oooo and we tried the fries this time. Yeah I'm wild about the fries. Street parking . Plus garage parking. All free parking

Service was nice but barely saw him it was busy. The pizza was so good it just took a while to get to the table. We tried to order the big pretzel but they were out but offered us pretzel sticks!?! The digital juke box was on top loud. Definitely come back for the food.

Stopped in here for a quick meet-up and had no intention to stay. But the atmosphere was so cool and inviting, we decided to stay and order while waiting. SO GLAD we did! The beer list was amazing, but I am in love with Doggy Paddle! Citrus-tinged and wonderful. We loved the pizza and the Fluffles (truffle parmesan tots). The truffle flavor was pretty much non-existent, but they were still delicious! Great service. Staff was friendly and willing to explain the different beers! We are going back for trivia!!!

We recently stopped by Wasserhund Brewing, located at the new Summit Pointe, in the heart of Chesapeake, for a bit to eat. This place has great Pizza, and now I know why it's so good. They use brewers yeast in their pizza dough. I've never heard of doing that before, but as they say, the proof is in the pudding. Pun intended! It makes for a perfect pizza dough and once it gets cooked, a beautiful crust! If you've never tried this pizza, you are simply letting the best in life pass you by. Check out Wasserhund Brewing, you can always thank me later!

We stopped by for lunch on st.Patrick's day. It was a nice surprise that they had themed food and drink! I tried the lucky charms mimosa which was good. The pizzas were a little doughy for us but very hot and delicious. The Rottweiler was the tastier of the two pizzas in our opinion. The bbq and red sauce combo was great. The Wasserhund pizza was unique and very flavorful with the sauerkraut and sausage. Our dog also joined us for lunch and had the pup pie. He loved it! Our waitress brought him a dog bowl with some water which was nice

I found all here and it was a great spot. Open, comfortable and friendly. I had a high top table but there was all kinds of other seating, both inside and out. For beers, I very much enjoyed their Tiny Panzer, a tasty hefeweizen. For seconds while Yelping with my laptop, the BUB Lite was a lighter American lager that was surprisingly flavorful and totally crushable. Big Ugly does not have a kitchen (yay, they can have dogs!) and today they were pairing up with the Pinoy Delights food truck. They have a schedule on their webpage. OH MY! The freshness of the Figley Field pizza and the tasty combination of its ingredients (fig spread topped with bacon crumbles, prosciutto, red onion, goat cheese crumble, and mozzarella on house-made dough where the pizza is finished with fresh arugula on top) made it my new favorite! And I also enjoyed the Hazy IPA that our server Taylor said was her favorite. Looking forward to stopping into Studly Brewing again very soon!
