He was very professional and was able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Everything went like clockwork. He was punctual and the cleanup took less time than I had anticipated. He removed the ruined carpet and padding along with drywall along one wall. I discovered an inside spigot that had been leaking in the basement. I have a fully-finished and carpeted basement. Therefore, part of the basement was wet. I needed to get someone out asap to address the wet carpet, drywall and insulation. I called Water Damage DMV and Carlos responded the same day. He immediately got to work and began cutting out and removing damaged drywall, carpeting, insulation, and bringing in equipment to dry out the areas. He came out again the next day to check on the progress. Then he came out a third time to ensure the areas were ready for carpentry and other work to be completed to restore the affected areas. I called Water Damage DMV on a Saturday and Ari answered promptly. I was surprised since it was a Saturday. I gave him the scenario about the water damage and mold, and he said, "We'll be out there in about 90 minutes." They showed up in less than 60 minutes. Sam knocked on the door, put some shoe socks on to make sure to not dirty the carpet and analyzed the situation. I had an estimate in about an hour. I asked when the work could start.
