We found this place through Groupon. The massage was nice! Parking was easy to find nearby.

Looks like a used linen as it is overly creased and not properly pressed

Upon arrival, the receptionist asked if I would like to use the restroom to "unload." I politely declined and said I do not need to pee. She then smirked and commented that "we don't use that word here," which felt somewhat unnecessary and slightly uncomfortable. I was then led to the salt spa room, which is private. However, guests are required to walk in barefoot. It would be more considerate if disposable slippers were offered for hygiene and comfort. During the massage, I requested firmer pressure, but the pressure was never adjusted throughout the session. Additionally, the linen appeared wrinkled and somewhat worn, giving the impression that it was not freshly prepared

I came here today because Groupon had a special for one hour massage and a one hour facial initially. The lady at the front desk check-in was amazing and the therapist named Ami gave me a full body. I then proceeded to be walked over to another room for a facial with Apple. It took her about 10 minutes to enter, and then once I sat down, it was not clearly explained to me that I was getting a European facial. She kept trying to communicate to me what she was going to do and I couldn't understand which is completely fine. I just opted for the facial that I booked, but then she proceeded to go on with the facial and I felt like she was literally just slapping my face. I clearly thought that it should've included a neck and shoulder massage which it didn't and then once she proceeded to put the mask on my face she was literally gone for a good 15 to 20 minutes so I have no idea what was going on at the time of my service. I graciously tipped Amy because our service was amazing and I gave apple a little less . Was shocked the manager at the front desk kept asking have you tipped? I replied yes I have each lady a cash tip directly. Pros. This place has great deals and provides vaster of service services. It's not clearly explained what service you're getting. The price seems to vary as initially they weren't willing to honor the Groupon price that I was willing to pay them directly, and I felt uncomfortable and treated differently when I didn't opt for the add-ons and they kept pushing on it on me

Used to come here for massages long time ago and stopped visiting for a while. I had a Thai massage yesterday morning but still have stiffness in my upper back and neck. I felt that I need some extra boost. Did some digging and realized that this place also offered sauna and French/korean scrub treatment. So I wanted to give it a shot. Originally, we agree to have the scrub first then sauna. When I arrived, was told the scrub would have to wait after sauna (my guess is that they booked the therapist to another appointment). That is okay but I want to rinse first. The front desk got a lady to take me between rooms. The set up here is very awkward. The shower room is also the scrub treatment room and it is far from the sauna room. I was taken there with a box of a robe and towel. Okay... I started to rinse.. once I was done, I couldn't find the lady who took me here and I didn't know where to go. Flagged someone down and they were able to find the lady who took me to the sauna room. I originally booked for 30 min but the temp was comfortable so I asked to increase to an hour and was able to get it. The sauna room has heated salt bricks around the wall, bench and the floor. Towels and pillows were there and a jug of water was provided. My sweat started to show around 30 min mark. I wish they had a cold plunge nearby but i appreciated the privacy for the private sauna room. Could definitely do hot yoga here. When I was done, once again, couldn't find the girl. I walked up to front desk and ran into the girl. She didn't remember that I had a scrub session after and she went to check with the front desk. I went back to sauna and continued to wait. She came back after and took me back to the scrub room. I took a cold shower and waited for my scrub therapist. I didn't have any instructions on what to do next.. Someone showed up after. She was surprised that I still had my robe on. I told her I didn't know what to do next ( there were two tables in the room). She settled me into one of the tables and started the session. It was a French salt scrub session not a Korean scrub. I am okay with it. She was very thorough and I had probably one of the most thorough scrub ever ( I have been doing scrub sessions regularly at many places with different styles). After the session, I needed a rinse. The hot water did take a while to come out and the therapist here don't start the shower for you. The complimentary shampoo/conditioner and body wash were available but they are drug store products. I took another shower at home after. When I checked out and doing the tips, I was told that she was really just helping out and I was lucky. The pricing here is incredibly reasonable. Overall, the value here is pretty high. But you do want to adjust your expectations. Setup is a bit odd. Slightly cold in the shower room. Service could be better (no easy way to find people and lack of instructions between services). But value is good. I enjoyed my time here overall and people were friendly.

My very first time to try the head and hair treatment here. Without any experience or expectation, I took out my jacket and put on their clean and cozy robe . Rolled into white clean and warm comforter, it is really comfortable setup. The treatment including the following Four steps: One: scalp health condition check (optional, up to you) with warm eye mask on ; Two: clean hair and head massage; Three: hair nourishment -- steaming and neck and hand massage and Four hair blow drying. ( for review purpose, I requested them to take pictures, and they are nicely accepted. Pictures worth thousands of words here). Some highlights on the four steps, the massage strength and point pressing was great, which helped me with my headache quite a lot. Meanwhile, the hair care products they use are really professional "Redken", after the treatment my hair look much nicer , also silky when I touched it. Highly recommended the beautiful professional head treatment lady - Franca. In one hour I collected both health and beauty benefits, definitely I would like to come back for it. Hope someday they can open a store in South Bay .

Surprised to see my former massage therapist from Perfect Day Spa working here now. Massage was good but rooms can be a bit cold.

The vibes when stepping in was exactly what I wanted! Quiet, relaxing and clean. I made an appointment at 1:40pm and was able to come in anytime! Service/quality: I was introduced to Connie who immediately knew why I was coming in. I've been having neck strain on both sides (prob due to office life lolol) and she recommended instead of the normal 60min combo (feet and body) at $65, I try the 60min pain treatment that targets the source of pain at $100. Tbh at first I was thinking, this could just be a way to upcharge, but I tried it anyways and WAS I WRONG! Connie is LEGIT! I should've never questioned her! She went in on all my neck/back knots for a good 30/40mins. She went deep and cracked everything too! I would like to note that this massage was far from relaxing lol, but it was exactly what I needed! I can finally move my neck left to right and up and down. If you are looking for something to actually target chronic tightness or pain, please go here and request for CONNIE specifically for the Pain Treatment! Very sore, but I can finally move!!

Her massages have made a huge difference in my recovery and overall well-being. The spa itself is a hidden gem. It looks like the spa may be under new ownership, and they're doing a great job creating a relaxing, high-quality experience. One thing to know: the staff primarily speak Mandarin, so if you call, don't hang up if there's a delay. They use live Google voice translation, which works well but takes a moment. Be patient; it's worth it. The prices are also incredibly reasonable for the level of care and skill you receive. I highly recommend May and Sea House Spa to anyone looking for true therapeutic bodywork at great value.

It was a pleasant enough experience up until it was time to tip. Despite purchasing this couples massage on Groupon, I always tip based on the original, pre-discounted cost. For a 60 minute couples massage, the price was advertised as $150 in house. I was planning on tipping the 15% on the $150 and the masseuse honestly made it really uncomfortable for me. She kept saying my entered tip amount is just 1 person and I said that's 15% of the cost of the massage. I even showed her my math on the calculator. She then said she expected at least $20 per person for the massage and that's coming up to almost 30% tip. I ended up tipping 20% and walking out and will likely not be returning. Perhaps increase the cost of the service rather than making customers feel awkward and obligated to tip higher.

I paid for an hour long deep tissue massage. $70 is on the pricier side but a good massage is worth it. This one was not worth it. The massage tech didn't seem to know what she was doing. She didn't use any oil. She seemed to barely be touching me... It was like the brush of a butterfly wing. She just kept going back-and-forth back-and-forth over my back without any kind of a plan, and without any strength, and without any apparent knowledge of the musculature, I asked her to do it harder she did not. She asked if she could walk on my back and I let her do that she stayed up there for about 20 minutes. Just kind of walking back-and-forth not specifically seeming to target anything. I have an injury on my knee and I asked her to please not touch my knee, but she spent a good long time rubbing my knee and yanking on my leg, which was extremely painful.
