The knowledge he has,ability to answer our questions, and mostly him being focus on presenting us how the system works, what are the benefits, why we should get that system, what are differences. It was great him focusing on the product, not on comparing to other companies,etc. The truth is, if someone wants to buy,they'll buy because of the system qualities, not on the comparison to other companies. That's why, Tony is evidently professional, knows, and enjoys his job. The technician Brandon, who was installing the system was great. Fast, knew exactly what he is doing, very polite, and professional. We are extremely happy with choosing Puragain Water system, starting from the sale,through installing, to the results. The system does it job amazingly. The water taste great. I'm going to recommend that company for sure! Thank you guys again!

I've waited until 11:00 AM, but no one contacted me or provided any update regarding my appointment. I eventually called the service department and spoke with Christine, who handles the scheduling. She told me she would have someone contact me ASAP with an update. Unfortunately, I never received a call. About an hour later, I called back again because I was frustrated and wanted to get the situation resolved. I was then told that a technician was supposed to contact me and let me know that one of the filters had not arrived. My biggest issue isn't necessarily that the filter wasn't available things happen. The problem is the lack of communication. If I had been notified ahead of time that a filter was missing, I could have avoided wasting several hours of my morning waiting for an appointment that wasn't going to be completed. I understand that unexpected issues can happen, but customers' time is valuable too. A simple phone call or notification would have made a huge difference and avoided this entire situation. Very disappointed with how this appointment and communication were handled.

They just recently replaced our kitchen sink and installed an reverse osmosis system that they recommended due to it's ease of use, which is a big help. They installed a water heater with a re-circulation pump and water softener. They also installed bathroom faucets and new hoses to our washing machine and steam dryer. They do good work and charge a fair price our my opinion. We couldn't be happier with this family, who are also are the most pleasant people to work with, including Jerry's wife, Helen, who handles scheduling.

Despite it being a holiday weekend, Jerry came out first thing the very next morning and replaced the entire valve for $600, including parts and labor. That was especially refreshing after a much larger plumbing company had quoted us nearly $3,000 for the same repair. He didn't simply install the valve and leave. He opened multiple faucets and thoroughly tested the system to make sure the pressure remained stable throughout the house. He brought it down to approximately 64 PSI, explained how I could periodically check and adjust it myself, and offered to return and make things right if we experienced any problems. He was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, honest, and reasonably priced. It felt like he genuinely cared about doing the job correctly and making sure I understood everything before he left. That combination is increasingly difficult to find. He is absolutely our plumber from now on, and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.

I put a request out using Yelp's quote feature, and Good 2 Go was first to respond and ready to give me a free estimate. Bill came by and knew the problem immediately, the smell was from a corroded anode rod in the water heater, and he assured me it would be a simple fix. I put down a small deposit so he would order a powered anode rod to fix the problem, and he contacted me as soon as it arrived to set a date for the install. Bill came back with the new electric anode rod, and in about an hour, the new rod was installed and the water was already much better smelling! He even took the time to flush the system, retighten the straps holding the water heater in (something the original builder did a poor job at), and ensure the heater and expansion tank was in top shape before heading out, even taking the time to explain what happened and maintenance moving forward. I felt like his service was above and beyond, and they will even call me for the follow up when it's maintenance time again, so I don't forget. Wholeheartedly recommend Bill & Good 2 Go for any water heater service and repair needs!
