When Bumble Breeze pluming basically killed the deal over pure speculation, Water Wise Plumbing gave the correct expertise answer. With my buyers in the process of purchasing a home, Bumble Breeze said there has to be a slab leak inside the house because the water meter keeps moving. I asked is that because the toilet is leaking? And the Bumble plumber said 100% slab leak. Water wise came in fix the toilet and recorded the meter NOT moving. Indicating that there was 100% NOT A SLAB LEAK. Bumble killed the deal to where buyers wanted to cancel the purchase. Water wise came in to save the deal! (Buyers were still spooked but had it been them to the inspection they would probably be in their new home) I'm not sure on their rates since the seller paid for them, but I would say they are worth every dollar! read more

My hot water heater needed to have it's gas control unit replaced under warranty. The warranty company contacted Water Wise Plumbing to do the work. Shortly thereafter Tanya from Water Wise called me and told me to give them a call as soon as the warranty replacement part arrived and they would schedule the install. Once I received the replacement control unit I called, and Tanya offered to have their plumber come out that day. Since I was in meetings I asked if he could come the next day and Tanya set it up. Shane Peeples from Water Wise arrived right on time and checked out the water heater and replacement unit. He told me what he was going to do and then did it perfectly. I recently had Water Wise Plumbing come out to do warranty work on my home, including fixing a bathroom tub faucet diverter and servicing my water heater. BEWARE DO NOT ALLOW THIS COMPANY IN YOUR HOME I submitted a claim through my home warranty company due to a sound of rushing water in my wall but no visible leak. The home warranty dispatched this plumber to my home which ended up being a homeowners worst nightmare. Let me preface by saying the tech that was dispatched was inexperienced and even gave me his number to do work on the side outside of his company. 5/31 tech stated they would need to start with leak detection. said he'd have to either cut through the drywall or the stucco and recommended the drywall as it's easier to repair. He could not find leak from the outside soil at the base of the home. He said he will have to bring someone else to diagnose the problem but most likely they will need to cut the current cold water line and run a new line as it's leaking under the slab. They ended up cutting through the stucco and the drywall on the other side anyway. He also capped off plumbing valves or lines to detect the leak. After this my shower wasn't getting water. 6/7 Spoke to tech he said the shower should be working and he would come back out because he reconnected the lines. I explained after the diagnosis they did one of my sinks and my shower had no water coming out. 6/9 Home warranty said they are being charged 16 hours but plumber said only 8 hours 6/9 Tech spent 7 hours doing work and asked me to test everything. Three sinks had no water coming out the shower had no water coming out. He then hooked up the water heater back and the leaking noise was still in the wall (original issue) He stated he thought the hot water line was the issue but it was the cold line or he connected the new line to the wrong side tech assured that he will just need to switch it tomorrow and everything will work properly could not reconnect water heater as leak was persisting 6/10/23 Tech spent two hours switching the line around and is now stating that there is possibly a two part leak they don't know where exactly but it is but they believe it is the cold water line under the slab leaking to the bathroom downstairs and the kitchen sink. At this point shower and sinks still don't work. Tech said there would be additional charges To Repipe two cold water lines one to kitchen one to downstairs bathroom he is not sure if he will be able to hide the pipes due to studs being in the way (same issue as water heater room having a pipe sticking out of the wall). As you can see the original repair was supposed to be the new cold water line but he repaired the hot water line and then told me there was an additional leak at the cold water line so I am not sure if it's the techs error or why there is the mix up with cold/hot and I believe they should have been able to diagnose both of these lines on the initial leak detection visit because in the picture below the lines are directly next to each other so this is not something they had to discover once repairs begun. 6/28 Original tech came back with supervisor to check the repairs done. They stated that they would hide the pipe that is left sticking out and place a stud support. They also cut into the piping and drywall/baseboards to further diagnose the remaining leak that was not repaired or properly diagnosed. Supervisor stated the additional leak is the cold water line going from the opening to the downstairs bathroom. He stated this leak should've been discovered in the initial diagnosis therefore there will be no additional charges aside from the original amount quoted. He said that the cold water line to the kitchen was not leaking because it was holding water so they agreed to fix this one additional line and run it through the ceiling. I asked if more piping would be left exposed and he said no he should be able to drill through and hide the new line. He stated if there was an additional leak found after this repair it would be additional charges. They were going back and forth trying to figure out the cold hot lines where they lead to where they need to T off and run the new line and both seems unsure After job was "completed" I had a knocking noise coming from the line where they did the repairs that previously never happened. The company came back out about three times trying to see if there was another leak, sloppily added some spray foam and pipe insulation which did nothing. He then decided that the knocking noise was because of cold water and its normal. How is a pipe knocking in a wall a normal noise when I didn't have that issue before. read more

Used them through Home Warranty and they were amazing first time. Specifically requested them second time and found out they're scam artists. Told the plumber it was probably wax rings for issues, possibly the age of the toilet(s). Technician/plumber snakes line and replaces wax on one toilet and refuses to touch other bc of "potential" mold and water issues. Toilet issue isn't fixed yet he puts it as job complete. Other issue has dedicated restoration company come right out and say there is massive mold and water issues. Turns out, as I said, both toilets just needed to be changed. Called water wise bc that's covered under our warranty and they claimed "our toilet is just that style". Water Wise Plumbing was the assigned vendor for my home warranty plan. I reported a water softener leak to my home warranty plan, when finding it in my vacated rental property. Water wise tech arrived to a dry garage floor and no evidence of the water leak source--even after running a cycle. grrr! I had to pay my $75 trade call fee required by my home protection plan. BUT, knowing there is a 30-day recall feature in the plan, the tech suggested I keep an eye on it and if water leak reappears, to photo the originating area. The next time I was at the property, after dark, there was even more water on the garage floor. I took photos and videos of the water as it dripped/fell. My plan sent WaterWise back out, they saw video-pics and it's current wet condition. They said they would recommend replacement to my home protection plan....and it was authorized!. They brought a new softener, installed it, programmed it, and took away the old one--and wiped up the garage floor . They drained at least some of the (salted) water at the curb before loading the old unit into their vehicle. They were courteous, polite & a pleasure to deal with. Hours later I heard from neighbors, with a photo of the white salted water that had run down the sloping street (blacktop street). Being 70+ and recovering from hand surgery, I knew it was not something I should attempt to resolve. I called Water Wise and explained the situation. I recently bought this gorgeous home only to have the water tank to give out and leak everywhere. Water wise was very easy to work with and Mike was able to explain everything they were doing. Made an appointment because we had a part that needed replacement, on 12/30/21 technician came but had the wrong part. He repaired that part after going to Lowe's but before we could use the toilet I heard water running, never had I heard water running. A home inspection revealed a water leak at the meter. Las Vegas Valley Water District said it was "the homeowners responsibility" after they came out and inspected it. Recommended getting it fixed immediately. But, LVVWD also noted that the meter was not spinning. What does that tell me? No active leak. So, I called WW and Roshon came out. He and I were there almost 2 hours trying to figure out where this leak was coming from. So, between the two of us, we came up with a plan for me to go back and check everyday for a few days. I shut off all of the water to the house, and the next day, the meter box was full of water again but the meter never changed. It was finally determined that the "leak" was really the next door neighbors over-watering their lawn, and water was running into the meter box. Thanks to Roshon, we had an answer!!! My home warranty company, American Home Shield, assigned WWP for a garbage disposal issue. Their tech analyzed the problem and determined a new unit was needed. WWP ordered and installed a model that was NOT similar to my old unit. After numerous contacts WWP still did not correct the problem, however AMS did reimburse me $500 + for the cost of exact replacement after I filed a complaint with the State of NV Business Industry- Insurance Division. Tech walked in and instantly said "those copper hoses need to go" continued to take off and replace with stainless steel then further tell me it's a modification... Why? What was being modified, what was wrong with my hoses/pipes to begin with? He said they were leaking. Great, if they were damaged or not up to code they should be replaced as part of the warranty coverage per my terms and conditions for my policy. Additionally, the plastic pan to be replaced underneath the hot water heater saying it's not covered yet, in the same sentence saying it's a code requirement and home warranty will pay for code items? Although he stated he wouldn't charge me the $95 for a pan if I went out and got one myself for only $25. I've emailed your company 3x, contacted via phone to your office but only allowed to talk to John the dispatcher who cannot assist me and the warranty and the company with no explanation other than stating we approve items based on how it was submitted. These are not modifications. How is a modification a replacement or repair? We are not remodeling, improving, customizing, refashioning, adjusting, transforming anything. We are REPLACING parts that were defective, inoperative, faulty, flawed, etc. I NEVER SIGNED ANYTHING UPFRONT to identify the scope of the job; I even asked for a breakdown of what was being charged beforehand but never received until the out of pocket costs were determined. They work with emergency restoration services to create false claim to scam the insurance companies. one of them came in my home he was very dishonest. First he lied about the cost of the faucet then he lied that my warranty company will not pay for the labor. He wanted to charge me 450 dollars to install a faucet, that is covered under warranty. He then overstate a drip under my sink. He state that the drip was a leak quickly destroy the evidence and contact emergency restoration services.
