I've been a few times and often greeted by the manager Dominick, he's always so friendly and informative as is all of the staff. They've been fast, knowledgeable and welcoming to all of my dietary restrictions (pescatarian). Well, the one positive thing I will say about this place is that when I went, the weather was beautiful and it was glorious to have drinks outside. However, the rest of our experience was a flop. They had a sign advertising $8 happy hour drinks...so when we asked about those drinks when we sat down, the waitress said things changed around a little, and said cocktails were $9...then she directed us to the specialty cocktails. We assumed she meant the specialty cocktails were $9, so were like, great, we will order some of those. Lol, jokes on us. Once we got the bill, the drinks showed up as $16...we asked the waitress and she was like, well, the $9 cocktails are just well liquor and one mixer. Thanks for clarifying after we got the bill. Very misleading. The service was slow and there was an auto gratuity even though there were just two of us. We had to order a dish with the drinks and got the chicken fingers. Honestly, a school lunch lady could make better ones. My husband said I should rank it as a 1 star, but, the location was good and it was nice basking in the sun. Honestly, this is probably one of my favorite spot over looking the water in the city. I came here again on Fourth of July and the scenery of the the fully illuminated Brooklyn bridge as the fireworks bursted was worth a million pictures. I enjoy mostly coming here for the happy hours and their signature cocktails, frozen watermelon margaritas are to die for! Outstanding service starting from the attentive bartenders all the way friendly servers, Their burgers, oysters and cheese/meat combo platter are delightful and the atmosphere of the venue is very easy going. Came here for a friend's birthday and they were having a really cool Oktoberfest event. It was crowded so I was really impressed by the good quality of the food (we got Mac and cheese and a pretzel, which was a really good size) and the attentive service. Our waiter Jason was excellent! He was always there the minute we needed another drink and checked in on us often to make sure we were good. Other support staff were also extremely welcoming. Came here the other day for dinner. Kora was very welcoming and friendly and got us seated in a cozy clear enclosure on the end of the pier. These are nice for privacy and can sit about 10 people. It was also windy and rainy outside but we were cozy. Raymond came and took our drink and appetizer orders. I was looking for something different to drink and he suggested a mojito they were trialing. It was absolutely phenomenal! I hope they put it on the menu! We ordered the charcuterie, coconut shrimp, and tune tartar. The charcuterie was great but it could come with more bread. We actually had to ask for more. The shrimp was some of the best coconut shrimp I've ever had. It was crunchy but you could also really taste the coconut. The tuna tartar was also amazing and highly recommended by Raymond. For the main course I ordered the lobster ravioli. It came with six really big ravioli pieces with a hefty piece of lobster in each one. The sauce was almost like a bisque with extra lobster pieces in it. I actually enjoyed how thick and creamy it was. Towards the end of our time, the manager Malik came over to check on us. He was very friendly and wanted to make sure if everything was good and if he could do anything for us. We had been having a great time and told him Raymond had been taking good care of us. We ended up ordering the tres leches for dessert. It was pretty good for New York. I would order it again. Overall I highly recommend this place. I was very disappointed and do not recommend coming here. Food was mediocre but I was mostly shocked by the service. For 4 people we paid $50 to reserve and sit in the greenhouse alone. Since we needed to pay to eat in the space, I expected the greenhouse to be much nicer but there was various issues with it. Firstly it was too cramped for 4 people and we didn't have enough room to put all our food on the table. They sat us at one small round table. There was no where to put our drinks, appetizer and entree. The light and heater took up room on the table too. We asked our server if we can get another table or move to a bigger greenhouse but he said we needed to ask the host. Host said no, all other greenhouses are reserved. Ok food comes and like predicted there's no room to fit everything on the table...server asked us to put light lamp and heater on the floor but then we would be eating in the dark without heat... so we asked him again if he can help us get another table to eat comfortably but without checking he tells us no other table is available... At last we asked to speak to a manager and he was able to get us a second table without hesitation. This was really frustrating because we shouldn't need to ask several times to make the space comfortable for paying customers...and we paid for the space alone so I expect service to be there. Server did not make us feel welcomed at all. We don't need apologies but he was just very short with his responses like it didn't matter we were uncomfortable. The nice beautiful environment watermark advertised just wasn't there. Our greenhouse was covered by a christmas tree and hindered the city view. For some reason our unit also had less lights. The floor had puddles of water from previous rain/snow which made me uncomfortable because I didn't want to ruin and soak my shoes. The heater is just a small plug in that sits on the table. The light lamp was the only source of light when it got dark. The bench my friends sat on was dented and seemed close to collapsing (but we were too fixated on getting another table to care). Overall the greenhouse seem cheap. Whole thing seems to be made of some plastic with metal poles and zip ties holding it all together. I've sat in nicer outdoor dining set ups for free with better service. read more

Compared to other igloo experiences in the city, this was by far the worst - NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I paid $100 for my reservation of a glasshouse at Watermark's winter wonderland and it was a complete rip off. Hats off to the marketing video, it really got me. Our experience was not even close to what they advertise. At the time of making the reservation, I was told over text that I can request to be seated with a clear view of the Brooklyn Bridge. When We arrived, we were given a hard time about the request. We were finally seated in a tent without a working heater or electricity. After standing around for 20 minutes, we were moved to the other end away from where we originally wanted to be seated. Then it took another 20 minutes for someone to take our orders. At this point, 40 minutes already passed and they did not hesitate to remind us of the time limit. We essentially had to guzzle down the drinks and food. The drinks and food are over priced and tasted horrible. The plastic igloo itself seemed fragile. The space essentially and over priced picnic table. The space heater didn't stand a chance against the draft from the poorly constructed tents, luckily it was not super cold the day we went. I found the Greens at Pier 17 to be way better. The tents are spacious, well decorated and heated. A much better ambiance and experience. read more
