I had my deep cleaning last weekend. The cleaning lady didn't clean my house properly. I paid extra for Patio, window cleaning but she didn't do neither of them. Also she swiped all the dirt under the rugs and sofa and cabinets. Anyway I have contacted with the company and they told me that they were sorry. They send new cleaning staff and fixed everything. Although the first lady did a really bad job, they fixed everything afterwards. The reason that I am giving 4 stars is because they need to have better cleaners. When you have a baby, everyone tells you the chores can wait- focus on your baby. I finally saw out-of-town guests as my long-overdue excuse to hire a housekeeper for a good deep cleaning. I was very impressed with their customer service right away as two other companies never called me back. I was able to book a next-day appointment- wow! So thankful! Two quiet, polite ladies showed up EARLY and worked continuously for three hours on my bathrooms, kitchen, and dining/living areas. They so obligingly worked around me, two kids and two dogs, and clutter. We are very impressed- my shower doors and kitchen sinks have never been more sparkling! My husband came home almost immediately after they left and said it smells so clean. I couldn't be happier that our home feels like a home again and we can welcome guests. Thank you Wave for accommodating a weary mom in her last hour! This was my absolute favorite cleaning experience in my lifetime. I felt 1000 pounds lighter when I walked back in my home. Everything I wished cleaners would do they did. I felt HELPED and relieved. BEFORE YOU BOOK THEM. Please make note that pretty much everything besides basic windows, floors, counter tops and semi making your bed is included "extra". So, closet is extra (didn't even attempt to clean the floor in between my shoes), kitchen cabinets is extra, and the list goes on. Phenomenal. Two ladies showed up on time, prepped to do work. I have a 2 bedroom, 1100 sq. ft. condo which they did a fantastic job on. They didn't break anything and gave my place a much needed scrub down since I just had a foster dog who was adopted out. The floors are clean, no dust, and everything is shiny! This is, for once, one of the best cleaning experiences I've had. I've had other companies charge for 2 hour and only get a bedroom and bathroom done. I've tried a lot of different cleaning services over the years and this company has by far provided me the best experience. Their customer service is kind and responsive. Carla is always professional and lovely to work with. You get a different person every time so you can naturally try out different people until you find one that's the right fit for your needs. I experienced three different ladies, all of whom were wonderful--professional, friendly, and very thorough and detail-oriented. I would recommend all of them. If you like someone in particular you can request them to be on your file when you schedule. They provide their own equipment and supplies but they always ask how you want each room to be cleaned and if there are any products you'd rather they use. I have a particular stainless steel and granite cleaner I use and they always make sure to use it. They even ask you to go through the house after they're done to check that everything was up to your standards. Very professional. I'm very particular about how I clean my home and have no tolerance for laziness or a lack of attention to detail so the fact that I'm taking the time to write a review should really carry some weight. read more

Do not even think about using Wave House Cleaning. I have only once, decades ago, used a cleaning service. By keeping up with cleaning ourselves, we find that the place never gets out of hand; and generally is quite well taken care of. I was being married last Saturday afternoon, and decided that with all the other planning and preparation for that special day involved, we would treat ourselves to a house cleaning. The event was taking place outdoors, but wanted our four guests, the videographer, and the Rabbi to experience a really nice, clean house if they needed to enter (bathroom/kitchen). I phoned about four cleaning services to describe what we needed/wanted done and to get quotes. We're about 70 years old, and while we're quite computer literate and I even write a tech column for a local newspaper, and am on the board of directors of a local computer user group, I feel more comfortable using the phone for many needs like this. I left a phone message asking Wave House Cleaning to call me back, but was texted back and asked to use their online presence. I texted back and requested a call back. The following day I called three times. The first two times Carla told me that she was unable to hear me and hung up. The third time I called she answered and explained that she had been having problems with her phone. She asked me about our house and gave me a quote. I called back two days later to book them for the Friday after next, the day before we were to be married. Again, there were problems with reaching her via phone, despite my also using another phone line. This time she said that she was not having problems with her phone, and blamed my two phone lines, one a cell and the other one with Spectrum, both of which had been working fine. I asked for another phone number that I might use for communication with Wave House, but she declined to furnish me with one. I asked for a supervisor and she said that one was not available. I then asked for one to call me, and she said that I would only be able to contact a supervisor only through her. At this point I really should have abandoned Wave House Cleaning, my beginning to get a bad feeling about them. I decided to schedule them and asked for two people for three hours. A price was agreed upon, and a time, 11 AM for the next Friday. I wanted to pay via check, but was told that I would only be able to pay via credit card online when I received an advance billing statement. I did not wish to pay in advance so Carla said that I could pay when the cleaning persons arrived by calling her. I asked for another phone number in case I was again unable to reach her via the phone number I had been using. She said that there was no other phone number to use, which was not true, as I later learned. I then went online to learn that there is an Arizona phone number available that connects to the local Venice number. I used that number and was connected to Carla to let her know that the other number works. Again, I really should have abandoned using Wave House, but stupidly persisted. During one conversation with Carla she said that while three hours were scheduled, the cleaning persons would leave whenever they were done. Once again, I should have been very leery. I do not know why I continued to persist with them, when there are so many other cleaning services available I received several text and email confirmations of my appointment - 11 AM on the following Friday, even receiving one that morning. At about 11:25 I called and left a message that no one had shown yet. At 11:40 a young lady appeared at my door to clean. I asked about the second person. She said that she did not know anything about a second person. I was concerned about being charged for two cleaning people, as that was our verbal contract, nothing about which was included in any of the several received text and email confirmations. The woman at the door seemed to have some English speaking limitations, and I also began to have some concern about her ability to take directions. I decided to decline the service at that point and send her on her way. I received a text or email message a few moments later stating that the cleaning service had been cancelled. Second crew neglected to put clean sheets on any of our beds, even after I stripped the beds and placed clean sheets on the beds. When I asked them why, they said they ran out of time. According to management there is no time frame and the sheets should have been changed, duh. They offered to send someone out the next day to change the sheets, but since I had already stripped the beds I'm not sure where they expected us to sleep that night. The reply from this merchant is a complete lie. They did a very bad job and stole items from my home. I submitted a dispute with American Express. I also filed a police report as they requested. Lies lies and more lies. They over work their employees and have unbelievable bad customer service. They promised to give me a $40 credit for the work not completed during their visit, they did not do any work on the second visit and on the third visit the cleaner took my cleaner, broom and other supplies. I thought is was an honest mistake and just wanted the items returned. The cost $260 to replace. The total damages are over $300. I recently received services and I was pleased for the most part. Overall, the cleaning was to my liking, however, I wish they'd move countertop appliances and cleaned underneath and behind those areas. Same in bathrooms, they do not move anything. They clean the sink, the tub, toilet, but did not move my stand (four drawers) to clean underneath and behind it. My microwave and crockpot along with my Keurig and pod holder were not moved. My hubby suggested we just move those things next time to have those areas cleaned as well. As I stated, the overall service ( arrival, professionalism, and attitude) was good. Don't waste your time with them. Should be no stars! The cleaner never showed up and they charged me anyway!!! I scheduled a cleaning for my kitchen and bathrooms for a specific reason, and it needed to be done on a Sunday since the areas were being treated on Monday morning. Wave said no problem and scheduled me for 12p Sunday. At 12:50 when the cleaner did not show up, I called them and asked if we were on track and they said the cleaner told them at 12p that they couldn't make it. This resulted in me spending the next 4 hours scrubbing cabinets and floors. They offered to send someone on Monday at a discount. They clearly didn't get it. Then after I already did it all myself they text me and said they found someone to come at 6pm. I said I already did it myself, so no thank you. Looks like I'm getting a refund based on an email from them, but all that shows up in my account is the charge. Booo If I did my job this way I'd be fired. read more

I hired Wave House Cleaning to do the post-move out cleaning of our condo, and scheduled the cleaning for the day before the walk through with the new owner. I found and scheduled the company based on positive reviews I found online. The online scheduling and interface they use is also very user friendly and convenient. However, the day of the scheduled cleaning, the housekeepers arrived 2 hours late for the 3pm scheduled appointment time. Additionally, when I asked if they could please clean the windows and sliding glass doors, they informed me that it would be an additional charge. I was happy to pay any additional fees as long as the cleaning was well done. I ended up paying $149.99 for the initial cleaning service, and $45 in additional fees for cleaning of windows, closets, kitchen cabinets, etc. When the housekeepers completed their work it was around 7:00pm, and everything generally looked clean. However, the next day when I arrived to prep the condo for the walk-through, I saw that the cleaning towels they had used on all the countertops and cabinets had left noticeable orange streaks. Basically I had to do their job all over again the next day. As a first time customer, I was really disappointed in the service I received and don't plan on hiring this company again. read more

Things were still dusty and they didn't clean under the bed, but overall decent. I found wave house cleaning after MANYYYY hours trying to find something that was a right fit. First off there office manager, Melissa, was amazing! I spoke with her a couple times on the phone and she was patient, informative, sweet, and accommodating! In comparison to the many other places I called this was have he most affordable and flexible. Most places charge for multiple maids(which the require) as well as a 2 or 3 minimum. That may be fine for a house with many rooms that need work, but for a small apartment that just needs basic touch ups....that over kill and wayyyy too much. Here they have one maid come and a flat rate depending on how many rooms. Took about two hours. This was perfect. The only thing is that they didnt get the cobwebs up in the corners of the living room....I wish they had because they have the tools and I would have made the room look a bit more finished....In their defense- the housekeeper did ask if I was satisfied at the end. I looked around and said yes (other than the cobwebs everything looked great). It wasn't until later that I looked up and noticed she hadn't gotten the corners in a couple spots and it was too late at that point. Not a deal breaker. Next time I will make sure to mention it. Alright sooo got my house straightened up today because I definitely did NOt get it cleaned. The crew that came left a sink full of dirty dishes, and an entire playroom that was ignored completely (not swept or anything)!!! My bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned period. There's still dust and debris under my entertainment center. They don't move simple items out of the way in order to clean. My experience with this company was more that excellent.l!!!! Juana arrived on time, her job was amazing, she organized the house and whit-end my sink that was stained, now it looks brand new!! Besides that, her attitude was always kind and helpful. I ordered an extra service and she did a tremendous job cleaning my fridge. On the other hand, The booking process was very easy and simple. Definitely, I will go on with this cleaning service. I recommend this company!! The 2 people that came were very nice, wore masks. But we were beyond disappointed with the service we received. Here we go... I specifically asked that they vacuum our 2 rugs (living room and dining room). They did not. They may have quick gone over the perimeter of the rug in the dining room but the vacuum they brought was so weak you couldn't tell the difference. Still tree needles and visible dust all over. But they very clearly did not pull out the chairs leaving the whole rug under the table dirty. They didn't even bother with the rug in the living room. I specifically asked & they still didn't. The bathroom floor had visible hair and grime everywhere. Vanity front still had dust all over the front. There was still toothpaste on the backsplash of the sink and on the frame of the mirror. They didn't even bother going into the easily accessible corners on the outside of the tub. Hair and grime everywhere. I have pictures. Didn't wipe off the front of the fridge (!) smudges and finger prints all over handles and doors. Dust still covering the shelves in the kitchen. Paid extra for the windows, which they did, but missed one in the kitchen. Didn't even wipe off the island in the kitchen! They must have misunderstood when I asked for no chemical cleaners/ harsh cleaners to be used in the babies room and thought I meant the whole house. You know that smell of a fresh cleaned house after you get it cleaned, even with organic or nonchemical cleaning productions ? No where to be found when coming back to the house. AND they took our wood cleaner!! COME ON! I get it. Times are tough. But they cancelled our first appointment because the cleaning person called out sick. Fine. Rescheduled for 2 days later at 8am. They arrived at 9:10. SMH. This was an initial deep clean? This was surface clean at best and even then it wasn't great. I knew when booking the price was to good to be true. I hired this company because my real estate agent has used them in the past. What they cleaned they cleaned well. However, they did not clean the tile in the kitchen or the bathroom. I did state that I wanted the bathroom and kitchen floors cleaned. I relied on my agent's assistant to supervise the cleaning. So I don't know who to blame for this very blatant oversight. Easily in the top 5 of the most disorganized and least professional companies I've ever encountered. We had some family coming in from out of town, so my wife scheduled a deep clean of our house for $285. The two cleaners arrived two hours early - not ideal when you're trying to get little kids dressed and off to school - but not a big deal. When they arrived, we noticed that they hardly had any equipment. We confirmed that they were going to do a deep cleaning, and they said no. They called the office, and we spoke to the rep. The office rep said that although we had booked - and paid for - a deep cleaning through the website, it came up on their system as a minor, routine cleaning. They assured us we'd get a deep cleaning, however. Fast forward to two hours later, and the cleaners say they're done and are going to head out. We're thinking 4 total man hours to do a deep cleaning - wow, that's fast. My wife scrambled to do a quick check of the house and immediately sees that the floor in the family room hasn't been vacuumed, the kitchen counters haven't been touched, and two bathrooms haven't even been walked into. Plus, all sorts of other stuff. So not a deep cleaning. Not even a light cleaning. We call the office, and they tell us that the cleaners will stay until we're happy. So we spend the next 45 minutes literally pointing out areas one by one that are obviously dirty before we finally give up and accept that the only thing that's deep about the cleaning we received was our frustration. So we write a letter to the office, and they write back that they stand by their cleanings and want 100% satisfaction from their customers. They offer us a free cleaning to make things right. We're thinking okay, still frustrating but at least they're trying to make things right. We accept their offer and schedule the make-right cleaning. A single cleaner arrives - an hour early (why can't they come on time?) - stays six hours and does an amazing job. She cleaned 3x more thoroughly than the previous team had. We're now feeling alright about the whole experience. EXCEPT I check my credit card bill the next week, and they've charged me $180 for my "free cleaning!!" So save yourself a lot of hassle, and steer clear of Wave House Cleaning. read more
