The couple's suite was super clean. A dimly lit room that had two perfectly laid out heated beds, an electric fireplace, and two elegant boxes to place our clothes inside. I loved the music that was lightly playing in the background. The instrumentals created a warm and relaxing environment. It felt as though our 90-minute session flew by, but really, I don't think we would've ever wanted it to end. It was that good! Rose-scented facial mist, Hot Stone Massage, everything was wonderful. We appreciated being asked "if the pressure and the temperature of the rocks were ok", We held the most tension in our neck & back, so they focused on those areas a lot to work out the knots. Came on a Saturday mid day, warm welcome, they took our coats and guided us downstairs to the spa area. You walk in to a full service hair salon. The downstairs is focused on the spa only. They have resting areas, play relaxing music, and the entire staff was pleasant to interact with. She was great, she answered my questions during the experience. During the mask portion, she offered a scalp massage or hand and arm massage. I went with the hand and arm massage which she did excellent with. This calming, cleansing, uplifting facial was followed by my full body massage with Lea. Lea is a gem! She wished me happy birthday a few times and gave me so much good knowledge about my body, my high tension areas and tips on how to relax them at the end of a day. Each service was about 1 hour. My masseuse was a tall man who was courteous and gave me a nice, gentle massage. Towards the end of the massage he had me flip over and provided a minute of massage to my head, face and calves. I'm used to other similar places that flip you over half way through to focus on your arms, hands, thighs, shins, feet, head/face, neck and shoulders. I would have given this place 3 stars, but when it came time to pay I was charged $60. When I asked why the sign said $48, I was told that's only for foot massage. False advertising to say the least!
