Jennifer is great! I called yesterday and she was able to get me in this morning. The location of her business is really unique...I haven't seen this concept since leaving Minneapolis. It is a building in The District in Tustin with individual rooms/suites for independent business. You can find waxing, hair treatments, massage, etc. Jennifer has an upbeat personality and very easy to work with. She has a no pressure attitude and makes you feel at ease in a somewhat uncomfortable procedure. We chatted away and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. She uses soft wax and cloth strips and it is fairly painless compared to some other techniques. She is a perfectionist and tweezes away all the little nasty hairs the wax won't get. I have a 10 month old son who goes everywhere with me. She was able to accommodate me with him sitting in his stroller. I kept him quiet with a tray full of cheerios. She is next to a massage room, so quiet kids are must! I found Wax Me Pretty on Groupon and the pricing was great. Even without Groupon, she has good pricing at $50 for a Brazilian. I have been seeing Jenn every 5 weeks for the past year and I could never picture myself going to someone else to do my brazillians! For beginners i'll like to say that I am so glad I went to Jen for my first waxing experience. She's so nice, welcoming, kind and makes sure to ease you ahead the pain. The studio is also cozy and comfortable. I expected the whole Brazilian process to be super painful and long but it was actually the opposite with Jen. Make sure you call ahead and make an appointment with her beforehand because her schedule can get packed. I came in with a friend because I was a little bit nervous and Jen was completely fine with that. When receiving services, I usually don't like talking much... For example, when I'm in an uber or getting my hair done... But when getting a Brazilian a good conversation really helps to get rid of the awkwardness. Before she started waxing she stepped outside so I can get undressed and came back inside when I was ready. I am SO SO impressed! I'm visiting from out of state and needed a Brazilian before going to Mexico. I've gone to the same person every month for years back home and was scared/nervous to try someone new but now I'm wishing I lived here so I could go to Jenn all the time!
