Jenn is amazing! My first Brazilian ever was with Jenn about a year and a half ago. I was definitely anxious and terrified at the thought of all of the things that could go wrong (haha) but she made sure that my experience was as painless and comfortable as possible. The whole process was quick, and definitely on the lower end of the pain scale. Prior to beginning the wax she informed me that I would have some hair that wouldn't be grabbed by the wax, as my hair was on different growth cycles and some of it was too short. I was still extremely satisfied with the results and the whole process. I've been back several times since and have even purchased a package of 5 Brazilians. Now that my hair is on a regular growth cycle, my results are great and she may just have to tweeze a few hairs that weren't grabbed by the wax. I love Wax Me Pretty and more importantly Jenn! It's obviously a sort of awkward situation being naked from the waist down and all but she's such a warm person, she makes you feel super comfortable and relaxed. Holy. Sh*t. Jen is amazing! Not only is she beyond quick and thorough, she makes you feel so comfortable. I have been coming for a year now and the owner still doesn't remember me... I understand she sees a thousand faces a day, but she should at least remember her regulars. Reasons on why I stopped going to Jen, she sucks at answering questions, or ignores them on text. Jen gave me horrible ingrown hairs and I'm thankful I stopped going to her. I go to a new place by my house and they're 10 times better than Jen! They answer all of my questions thoroughly, they remove ingrowns, take their time on my Brazilian, never miss spots, and offer credit card payment.
