WORST car buying experience ever. I went into this knowing exactly what I wanted - year, make, model, color, everything. I was buying pre owned. I had the check from my outside lien holder ready to go. But j live over 2 hours away. I researched this car heavily and it's value. I knew what was a fair price. I found the car online and called. I was very clear with the woman I spoke to that I lived over 2 hours away and wanted to know the condition of the car. She graciously had someone look at it who told me it was beautiful (it was). I was very clear that I wanted to make sure the price online was the price of the car because my boyfriend and I were driving so far to look at it. She ensured it was, I told her as long as it checks out we would drive up that night and buy it. First, I drive it and loved it. We get to the table. He's about to walk away and throws in "oh you know about the $1000 certification few right?" No. How would I know this you don't advertise this. He even said so himself, "why would they advertise that, it's to get people in the door". We agree that if he comes up on my trade in value we would split the cost (still annoying as that should have been disclosed over the phone when I clearly asked). At this point I'm ready to sign, and he comes out with a breakdown which included a $400 etching fee. I have been to 4 Mazda dealerships and have gotten to the point where all I had to do was sign, and neither this certification fee NOR etching fee were ever included, and if they were hidden in the price of the car, they didn't try to lure me in within a lower price. This is now raising the car almost $1500 from the online price! And I got way less on my trade in than previous Mazda dealers offered. Since I drove so far and it took me so long to find the car I wanted, I bought it. They tell me they will ship my plates to me since I live so far for $10. Low and behold, they call today that my plates are in and it's $20 to ship. Yes, it's only $10 which isn't the point - it's that there have been multiple displays of dishonesty and misrepresentation from this dealership. Of course I paid it because I'm not driving 2 hours to pick them up. I also won't be taking advantage of their free oil changes for the lifetime that i have the car since I live so far. Negotiating that off the price of he car was just simply impossible - but they want you to hand over your keys for a pat on the back. Luckily I love the car (so far). They do not deserve even one star. I regret I did not report this dealership to Mazda headquarters, but that is about to change. After few days from purchase date they call us to sign some paperwork and in the mean time they blocked our car, they took off our plates from the car [yeah, they steal it]. Then manager chased us out from the building [it was raining] and he said he doesn't care how we will come back home [it was raining outside]. After few hours of fight with unpalatable and unprofessional people we came back home with our car. We did nothing about it, because my husband has a great heart and it was Christmas Time, but that is the thing we still regret. It's been 2 years after this nightmare. Now we facing few issues with our car like transmission is not working properly and electronics in the car very often fail, this is not safe to drive this car. We called few weeks ago to schedule appointment and request replacement car for the time they will fix our car. On this Saturday we supposed to go for a service and they said that they do not have a request for replacement car in the system. So We need to wait few more weeks? And still driving this car ? We bought our last 4 cars art Wayne Mazda. All our Mazda vehicles were ALWAYS serviced at Wayne Mazda. Not only well we never buy another car at Wayne Mazda, we will never buy another Mazda PERIOD. We purchased TWO (yes 2 cars) in May of 2009. At the same time we turned in a leased vehicle. We showed a salesman (Roy) a letter from Mazda saying we had 3 choices: 1. get vehicle inspected and pay for overages/damage 2. go to a mazda dealer and get a new mazda 3. buy the vehicle we asked Roy if turning in the car and getting a new vehicle at the dealer was easiest and if they treated the vehicle assesment in a better light. we asking this knowing the car had some damage. He even went and looked at the car. We repeated the question, "Since we are buying a new car (in fact 2) would the inspection be more favorable. "Yes" he replied. So we leased another new 2010 Mazda and also purchased a used vehicle for my daughter at the same time. A month went by, adn we got a letter saying we owed $4000 on the old lease. We went to Wayne Mazda and talked to "Benard". He told us he would get back to us after he looked into the charges. A month went by. Mazda sold the car. More time went by. Mazda Credit said we still owed the money. Benard said he was working on it. Mazda Credit said no one from the dealer ever talked to them. Bernard had someone else call me back and say there was nothing they could do. He insisted that he salesperson Roy does not lie. Instead apparently my daughter and I were the ones who were lieing. We bought 4 cars from these people. We bought 2 at the same time in April from these people We always brought our cars to them for service we put down $3000 on our new lease we owe $4000 to mazda credit had the salesperson not lied, we could have bought the original leased car for $9000. so we could have put down $3000 on it and owed $6000 and owned it! Instead we are out $7000 and own nothing. Because Roy at Wayne mazda lied to us about the lease turn in, and how inspections were handled. and because the end of lease letter from Mazda Credit was misleading as well. "Brand new car, broke down on 287 after first service! " On February 21st, 2019, I went to Wayne Mazda for my first oil change & tire rotation. Bought it in August, 2018. Things went great at first, staff friendly etc Left, went to the store up the road, and noticed my rear mud flap was hanging off called & told them I'll be right back I didn't/ won't blame them but wasn't very happy it wasn't noticed & I wasn't advised but.. whatever they fixed it within minutes! Nick, service manager, was nice & accomodating Left again, was almost home when I step on the accelerator & the car wouldn't accelerate, was holding back and not going above 40 mph Called and told them I will be back tomorrow, 2/22 after work. Had issues driving to work also On my way to them after work, driving up 287, my car starts bucking and all the lights came on and it stalled! I had to coast to the shoulder Called the dealer freaking out, girl was so kind, said she would have the manager call me, which he did but i missed the call, gave me the tow truck number, after an hour tow truck guy came & got me & drove to Wayne Mazda. Nick again was very kind & personally would look at the car & offered a service at n/c Called me the next day and explained the 2nd & 4th cylinder blew in the car! 4th was trying to compensate for the 2nd that blew, said it happens sometimes, was a misfire issue, replaced both spark plugs, said it could also have been caused by bad gas but he checked the gas in it and said it was clean. I wasn't happy that a brand new car, had no prior warnings, all of a sudden has a misfire immediately after its first ever oil change & i was stranded on a major highway & my concern I have a lemon or a car that's now damaged, which I told nick also, he reassured me it's a fluke thing. So the review email i got from Mazda i filled out with the same details I get a call today, at 9:51 am by Nick, service manager I'm thinking wow how nice he's checking to see how the car is running... WRONG!!! He did ask how the car was doing and told him running fine, he asked why I gave them a 1 star and a bad review and that it went directly against him and he did extra to assure my satisfaction I was shocked he called to confront me! I said yes I appreciate the extra mile & i did give him great credit personally but the fact is I was stranded on 287, i could have died with it stalling out, he said but I told you it wasn't anything we did, it just happened I said I don't believe it just happened to a brand new car that was fine & then wasn't! My experience with Wayne Mazda was dodgy from the beginning. I had found the exact MX-5 I wanted to buy in their inventory and filled out an online form to request a quote. I received a half dozen e-mails in response, none of which contained a quote. When I reiterated my request for a price, I received some nonsense about how my best price would be on the showroom floor "because they wouldn't let me leave without giving me a great deal!" Please. When I didn't bother responding, they finally followed through and sent me the quote I'd asked for. The test drive went well enough, and the salesman assisting me, Christian, was doing a pretty decent job up until it was time to talk about the price, at which point I'm not entirely sure we were speaking the same language. With a copy of my quote in hand, he started negotiating down from MSRP (about $2,000 over the quoted price). Yep, this was going to be one of *those* experiences. After I'd rejected a few of his inflated numbers, he was joined by someone from their finance staff who ultimately refused to honor the quote. I got up and left. Ironically, the last price they offered me before walking out was pretty reasonable, and had they simply quoted me that price from the beginning and been true to it, I might have a new MX-5 in the garage right now. But they didn't--they sent me a lie that they had no intention of honoring, and I would never reward such shady practices by giving them a sale. read more

DONT BUY A CAR HERE!! If I could rate this dealership with negative stars , I would!! FALSE ADVERTISING! I went into this place under the impression that I was buying a mazda for 13,999 as advertised. Great deal! Right? I should have done my research... They have and have had numerous complaints and lawsuits through the state of New Jersey you can look it up on the consumer affairs website! However I did not do my homework and was lured in. When I sat down with the sales person they took out a "purchase order" in which they inform you that you are required to pay for service done to the vehicle in order to be put on the lot to be sold! These included changing of the brake fluid, new transmission fluid, new brakes, new tires etc. Things that, last time I checked, are required in order for a dealership to sell a car.. Why should the buyer pay for that ? That should be included in the price advertised or listed as additional fee on the car or in the AD! It was not and it is illegal. It was a hefty purchase order in the amount of about $2500! Furthermore, they make you pay for certification (which averages about $500 normally) they asked for almost 1000. I managed to get that down but... I should have walked out then! However, the way they "sweet talk" you into believing that every other dealership did it well that was my mistake for falling for their bullshit! And make you think the car is going to sell overnight if you don't buy it... Well Don't make my mistake !! Other dealerships DO NOT do this and it's ILLEGAL! DONT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE! I leased a 2016 Hyundai Tucson in Dec from Wayne Hyundai and had a wonderful experience. Unfortunately they are owned by Wayne Mazda where the service is performed. During the heavy rain on Wednesday my windshield wipers stopped working. Hyundai roadside came and got them working and I got to Wayne Mazda before they stopped again, it was determined on Thursday that the wiper motor needed to be replaced. When I picked up my car on Saturday I found numerous scratches on the car. The detailing department determined they were too deep and the car had to be brought back in. I requested a loaner since the car will be there several days. They cannot give me a loaner until February 16 and I need my car that weekend. I"suggested" since they scratched up my car they should find me a loaner. The answer is none available until the 16. Several complaints.....how did no one notice the condition of the car or did they hope I wouldn't. No one at any time made any sort of apology or acknowledgment that they damaged my car... And no loaner for 2 weeks but the car is there because of their carelessness. Rude, arrogant , and uncooperative. I never did. Believe it or not, I called back a third time, this time asking for a manager. My calls to not one, but two managers went right to voicemail. I left detailed messages with both managers. I bought a Mazda CX 9 from Wayne Mazda today (Labor Day). I had interactions with 3 people today...Kevin our sales person, Harold the manager and Mike the finance manager. My review is really for Kevin who was very knowledgeable, friendly and articulate and just a nice person. He answered all questions and did not rush us thru test drive. I would highly recommend him if you need to visit their showroom. Harold the manager played hardball but was fair at the end. Mike the finance manager explained things and got paperwork done efficiently. My only gripe was that the whole process took 4 hours but I think that's partly due to Labor Day crowd. Just a side note. My review is for the Mazda Sales team. Their Service Dept services both Mazda and also for Wayne Hyundai. I have had my Hyundai serviced at their place and I give their serive Dept 2 stars. They will tell you they will order parts and call you when it's in and 2 times they did not call until I called them to check on status. The sales guy offered me 1/2 of my trade was worth, black book value; Started the negotiation from the MRSP; and offered nothing by way of technical information about the car. Well, where to begin? I expect car shopping to be a miserable experience at best, but this one was the veritable 'icing on the cupcake'. To keep it sweet and simple, I knew the car I wanted from their site, and had gotten a fair price for the exact same model, close to same miles, from a BMW dealership near me. So after driving over an hour to Wayne, the poor guy who had just started there could not start the car-dead battery. After the ride, I made it clear we were not interested in the usual ritualistic nonsense, so I showed him the price we were given, asked to match it, if not, no problem. He comes back from the 'manager', with a price 2 grand higher, telling us that the pre-cert was not included(it is everywhere else we searched), nor something called the "w/o"-work order, but they would be willing to know off the 'w/o', what a great deal! I did my very best not to laugh in his face, told him i'd call him, do not contact me, and of course this was followed up by not one, but TWO absurd boilerplate emails, one from the rep, one from the manager. Bottom line-this dealership still thinks the year is about 1964, in their approach and attitude. Needless to say, i went straight back to Circle BMW in Shrewsbury, and bought a lovely, reasonable, honestly sold '11 Mazda 3 fro Mr. Richard Frontero. read more

I went in on Black Friday trying to see if they had any offers. It started off okay. Our salesman seemed knowledgable on the cars (CX-3 & CX5) that I wanted to look at. HOWEVER.... When it came down to pricing, it's like a flip was switched. The salesman and his manager were very arrogant and patronizing. I told them numerous times what my finances were limited to and the manager had the audacity to tell me lines like: "Look its $21 more a month than you wanted, that's 5 bucks a week. Just skip Starbucks for a day." Mind you, they were trying to sell me a car that was nearly 2 years old. That's right, folks, a 2016 cx-3 that had a scratch on the passenger side door. We wasted about 5 hours there when we tried to leave after they wouldn't budge. The manager caught us at the door and said "Is your time worth nothing to you?"and I scoffed and said "clearly, no" faster than humanly possible. Now they keep calling me every day while I'm at work seeing "If I came to a decision" even though it was clear I wasn't purchasing anything from them. Worst service department I have ever experienced! My car was overheating and I had it towed to Wayne Mazda, while it was there I specifically asked them to check if the problem was due to a bad head gasket. Rob the representative told me after diagnosing the car that the head gasket does not need to be checked and that they will start with replacing the thermostat and the coolant temperature sensor. Picked up the car after paying a hefty charge and it is still overheating. Brought the car back and I am now being told that the actual problem is indeed the head gasket. Misdiagnosing the problem after specifically asking to check for it is unacceptable. No refund of any type has been given. Do not go to Wayne Mazda for service! read more

The car was a great price, and they even ordered my husband and I lunch! We quickly went through the paperwork, and had a nice amount of privacy throughout the process. First of all, if you look at their reviews on "Google" you will think they are the top notch dealer in the country, just be aware. I think they are fake. I have never leased a car before so I went to their shop and tried to understand the monthly bill. After back and forth for 3 hours, they never showed me the break down and they refused to do so. At the end when I said to the sales person and his manager "I will think about it and give an answer the day after" his said "you wasted this guy his time and he needs to feed his family but you're not buying" then I said that his job to do so. The funny part is that he was asking me for $500 deposit, I really still can't believe in this until now. Overall, it was a very bad experience and I can advise anyone NOT TO GO THERE for dishonesty. I understand you want to sale to make a profit but you should be up front and not to hid the NUMBERS from customers. I've come to this dealership on two separate occasions for the same issue. I knew what the issue was from the very beginning but they urged to check it out themselves. I humored them considering this was my first time visiting them and they haven't given me a reason to not trust them. They urged me for an alignment and that I would need to ride it out and see if it fixes the issue. I agreed to their request, $100 dollars later and more than 2000 miles on the road the issue persists. I come in for the same issue (explaining to them that mechanics have checked for the issue and that it is the rear left wheel bearing). They said ok and will take it out for a test drive, after about an hour and a half they come out to tell me that the right rear wheel is out of balance and that they cannot go through with the repair (of my left wheel, mind you) because they think my right wheel that is out of balance is somehow causing a problem with left wheel bearing (hilarious, I know). Fast forward they tell me I need a wheel balance to continue, I said ok go for it (for the sake of fixing this god damn wheel bearing) and then after another hour I am told that the wheel is bent and that they can't balance it. Wouldn't you think to check if there is an issue with the wheel before asking me to have my wheels balanced? They were quick to have me spend money but quite slow to actually investigate my vehicle thoroughly enough to understand the problem. The kicker? When I had asked the service woman whether the mechanic drove my car or not she replied with a "eh, I don't know". So what in the bloody hell are you doing with my car for two hours? It took you two hours to come to the conclusion that my right wheel is out of balance and this is somehow causing my left wheel bearing to grind under high speeds? Comical, to say the least. It's one to make a recommendation for safety issues, it's an entirely different situation when you stare your customer in the eye and feed them lies as if they don't have the slightest clue regarding the mechanics of an automobile. I wouldn't trust this dealership with any automotive repair, not only have they proven themselves incapable, but they've also managed to misunderstand the BASIC functions in an automobile (and I'm expected to trust them with service?). Oh and here's another kicker, during my alignment they tested my car's oil and told me that it was due for a change. Keep in mind that I changed the oil myself 800 miles before I came in for service, funny how they determined that my 800 mile old oil (under daily driving conditions) was due to be changed. I do commend this dealership on losing yet another customer, best of luck to you and your service team (I might recommend educating them on the finer extremities behind an automobile). In conclusion, don't be the poor helpless sap I was and agree to repairs that were not only unjustified, but flat out absurd. I brought my 2006 Mazda3 in to be serviced on Friday 12/20/13. I brought my car in because it wasn't starting- luckily Triple A was able to jump start it and I drove it myself to Wayne Mazda around 10AM. When I arrived I was checked in and the person checking me in indicated areas on my car that had any dents or scratches by circling those areas on a picture of a car. I then looked over the paperwork and signed the paper. I went inside and was introduced to Alex who would be working with me that day. I explained the issue of my car not starting and that I was dropping it off and would be back when it was done later that day. Around 1PM I received a phone call from Alex regarding my vehicle. They were able to locate the problem and had the materials to fix it. He gave me the quote and also told me they also recommend I replace my rear lateral links and have a wheel alignment based on the "full circle inspection" they performed. At about 4:15 I called to see when my car would be ready and they said 10 mins. I arrived back at Wayne Mazda at about 4:45pm. My car was waiting in a spot outside the service center. I went in, paid my bill and got in my car. Immediately, without even starting my car, I noticed a 12-14 inch crack in the bottom left corner of the windshield. I went back inside and informed Alex about the crack in my windshield. He came out to look at it. He went back in to find the service manager Steve. Alex told me Steve was no longer there for the day and that no crack was indicated on my check in sheet so he would have Steve call me first thing in the morning. Around 9:35AM on Saturday 12/21/13 I called Wayne Mazda. I spoke with Alex who said he informed Steve of the situation and also that he spoke with the mechanic who worked on my car. Alex said the mechanic stated he saw the crack as soon as he began working on my car. Alex then said they were not responsible for the crack because there was a previous "rock chip" in my windshield that must have expanded to a 12-14 inch crack because of the "hot and cold throughout the day". I wanted to speak with Steve the manager regarding the matter so I was transferred to his answering machine where I left a message. At 3:20PM I received a phone call from Steve. I explained to him that I did not arrive at Wayne Mazda with a crack in my windshield and it was not indicated on my check-in paper. However, when I picked my car up there was a large crack in my windshield. In fact, on my Full Circle Inspection Report Card the line stating "Windshield for cracks, chips and pitting" was checked Green for OK. Steve was immediately rude and defensive. He again stated his mechanic saw the crack as soon as he started working on the car. He said there was a rock chip in the windshield that must have expanded in the time the car was being serviced. I asked if it was possible something from the garage chipped my windshield or cracked my windshield and he said "No". I said perhaps when it was driven around the lot and he said "Your car wasn't driven". He wouldn't even consider the possibility that the crack was not there when I brought my car in to be serviced and was there when I picked it up was their responsibility. He took no accountability for the cracked windshield. At this point my husband looked at the crack for the first time and was shocked at how large and noticeable it was. He got on the phone with Steve and asked him at the very least, why did no one call me to say to me "You have a large crack in your windshield - would you like us to fix it since you're car is being serviced". Especially since the mechanic allegedly saw this crack as soon as he began work on my car. Especially since they were very willing to tell me about $400+ worth of other issues like rear lateral links. His response was "I don't know". The conversation grew more frustrating as Steve continued to be unwilling to take any accountability for the windshield crack. The only solution he offered was to bring the car back in to be looked at so they would determine if the cause of the crack was a rock chip. It was obvious to me they would not take responsibility for the crack and I was reluctant to take the 20-30 min drive only to be told it would be (as quoted by Steve) $350 to repair my windshield. I am willing to accept the fact that a chip may have been present prior to my taking the car in to be serviced. However, ALL the paperwork I have supports the fact that there was no chip or crack at ALL. Yet somehow the mechanic was very aware of this crack and I was never even told about it. Given this, I expected much better customer service from Wayne Mazda. Instead, despite spending over $1000 there in the past 6 months alone, I was made to feel foolish and insignificant. I had requested a quote online and proceeded to visit the dealership assuming the quote was legitimate. Once I arrived the internet sales person put me in contact with her partner which from the beginning seemed that he was more interested in being elsewhere than working. We asked to see the vehicle we were interested and hoping that after we had made an appointment the vehicle would be in the front but it was in the back of the lot and the sales person did not want to bring it to the front. We then inquired about higher model and different color and again his attitude was very poor. During this whole time he kept asking if we were going to buy the vehicle that evening. I said if the numbers look right we would. Fast forward to the price negotiation and I showed him the email quote and he immediately says that the price has $500 credit if we are paying cash as well as a $500 for military service and $500 for being a returning customer and that we didn't qualify for any of those. After going back and forth on the quote price I received and he finally agreeing, he says there is a $399 window etching fee and $$499 protective coating/service fee for the vehicle. I said no, that that was not on the quoted price. When he agreed to remove the protective coating/service fee he came back with the etching fee and pressed that if we did not accept the etching fee we could not use the 0% financing offer from Mazda credit. I explained to him the financing had nothing to do with the dealership's money and that we had been pre-approved to which he responded that it was either the etching fee or the dealerships financing terms. I was loosing my patience and informed him that I had another quote from a nearby dealer and he said that his pricing was better because they were the biggest dealership in the area and that they sell more vehicles per day than anyone else. This was surprising since it was a Friday evening and there was just another couple in the sales area. After his 10th (I can't even remember how many time he went to see his manager) visit to his manager we decided to leave. Very disappointing experienced. All in all I had a really quick, easy and enjoyable experience here. I purchased my first car here, a Mazda CX-5. My sales associate Meagan was awesome, seriously ask for her. She was upbeat and genuinely cared about finding the car that was the best fit for me. The manager and gentleman in finance were also a pleasure to deal with. I'm glad I came across this dealership and due to their large inventory and the wonderful customer service, I would recommend coming here to anyone looking for a new ride. read more

I leased a car for my daughter and was treated very professionally by Manny Navarro. She test drove a few different cars and settled on a CX5. Manny pointed out the pros and cons of the various models. What makes Manny a professional is that he listened to what we wanted. He did not have a preconceived idea of what he thought we wanted. I wish I had heeded the other poor reviews before shopping at Wayne Mazda. Everything went well with the initial transaction, but once they have your money, forget about being treated well. I filed to have an extended warranty refunded well within the period of time for a full refund, but Wayne Mazda failed to process the refund within the specified 30 day timeframe indicated on the paperwork. Worse, when I called to follow up, I was told different stories on the status of the refund on multiple occasions. I suspect this dealer wants to hold on to money as long as possible and has not problems doing so even if it violates the contracts you sign. Stay away from Wayne Mazda and find a reputable dealer that actually believes in treating customers well. read more

I purchased a 2016 Touring CX5 back in September 2016 and have been meaning to write a review since then. The sales rep I dealt with was nothing special. I was very much in need of a new car, but if time were not an issue I would have definitely gone somewhere else. This was my first time purchasing a vehicle so I don't have much to compare the experience to. My view of my sales rep mostly changed after the negotiating part was completed. As someone previously mentioned, the rave google reviews are likely fake/altered, at least from my personal experience. After finishing up with the negotiating Paul, my sales rep, asked me to write a review on google describing my experience with them. I felt somewhat pressured to write a good review especially since he was sitting in front of me watching me write the review. I didn't provide much details and just wrote something along the lines of, "Experience was good, sales rep, Paul was helpful." When I got home I went on their google reviews to see what others had written and to my surprise, the review I had written less than 2 hours ago was substantially longer and altered to a more positive review. I felt it was completely out of line for him to edit a review I had written under my name and under my google account to something he thought was more suitable for his business. I was angry that he felt he had the right to do this using my account and I would not be surprised if most of those reviews are altered or were written under pressure. I absolutely cannot deal with dishonesty and because of this will never return to this dealership. If they are willing to be dishonest about something so small, I can only imagine what other things they are willing to be dishonest about. I immediately deleted the review and changed my google password. During the first year of owning my car, I visited their service center to have oil changes and their service center was definitely subpar. The ladies at the counter were not very welcoming and seemed annoyed when asking for price clarification or anything for that matter . There were two instances that really made me want to change service centers. A year ago my side mirror was damaged while parked and when I called to ask for a quote, they directed me to another number, told me they did not do this and pretty much gave me the runaround. On a separate occasion, my check engine light turned on and when I called to schedule an appointment/ask for advise they were less than helpful. They did not want to answer any questions and again seemed annoyed that I was even asking questions. Frustrated, I decided to contact the Ramsey Mazda on both occasions for the same problems and the service could not have been more different. The service guys at Ramsey Mazda, talked me through what could have chase potential caused the check engine light to turn on, gave me advise on what to do with my car until my appointment and scheduled me for an appointment over the phone. They also provided me with a detailed quote to fix my side mirror without any issues. I have been going to Ramsey Mazda for oils changes, general maintenance and any issue since then. They are always willing to give advice over the phone and have never said no to anything. The experience has been great. I live less than 10 minutes from Wayne Mazda, but the 25-30 minute trip to Ramsey Mazda is 100% worth it. Next time I purchase a Mazda I will NOT be returning to Wanye Mazda. read more

Crooks and lowlife trash work here. This dealership is the worst. Never had a pleasant experience here but today was disgusting. I had money stolen from my vehicle! When I confronted my service advisor, he contacted the "manager" Nick, who argues with me that the technician who worked on my car was there 15 years and didn't do it and it probably was the "valet people" who they "have problems with" and "need to get rid of"! They refused to let me speak to whoever was in my car. Really??? So he hands me a $20 bill out of his wallet to basically Get rid of me?? Very unprofessional and humiliating! It wasn't about the money, but the audacity to violate me by stealing from me when I entrust my vehicle to be serviced by a so called reputable dealership. Then to top it off, I get home and look over the paperwork and realize that all serviced vehicles get a free exterior wash, WHICH I WAS NEVER OFFERED OR ASKED, and the paperwork says "customer declined exterior wash"!!!!! Seriously??? They should have given me not only a free car wash but a free full interior/exterior detailing to say the least. Not even paper mats were put down in my vehicle to protect the floors? This is a professional car dealership?? The service manager also lies to me telling me the work performed, even though warrantied, cost more than it said on my original estimate and I was "lucky" | got it done in time. I also asked for a copy of the original estimate report which he promised me I would get and he never gave it to me. Extremely shady people working there who like to take advantage of women apparently. Avoid at all costs!!! Not to mention, I'm not enthusiastic about the Mazda brand anyway since there has been nothing but problems from the beginning and the car doesn't even have 20k miles on it. Piece of junk! Thank you, Shannon from Mazda's Concierge Service, for calling me to let me know my car was due for an oil change service! She explained that their new Covid-19 protocol includes coming to your home with a loaner car, driving your car to the dealership, and bringing it back to you - all in one day! All I needed to do was sign a loaner car agreement and provide necessary documentation for it, which is typical. I'll admit that I was skeptical at first. It seemed too good to be true! But I also needed the service and wanted to try it. Marjorie dropped off the loaner car and drove my car to Wayne Mazda, where they performed the complimentary oil change and normal inspections...and washed my car! Then, a few hours later, Jose came back to drop off my clean car and pick up the loaner!! For free!!!! I bet that depending on mileage, they will call some customers to suggest added parts & labor, (like they do when you wait in the dealership), but my car is new so this service was complimentary. (Wayne Mazda began offering oil changes for free a few years ago to customers who purchased/leased from them). I just have to say that it was pretty amazing to NOT have to leave my home during this crazy time while having my car serviced by skilled professionals!! The staff members who picked up my car and dropped it off were very friendly and careful. They covered my front seat with plastic and put paper on the floor to keep it germ free and clean. Worst place to do business for a new or use car - they post yellow eye catching signs with low prices and then when your ready to do a deal they come out and hit you with a bunch of hidden fees such as car repairs that the dealer claim they did to the car when you finish you ended up paying way above the car value. This is a SCAM that even the sales people don't like doing b/c it makes there jobs harder to do the sale. I've always purchase new Mazdas and with so many years of having and driving Mazdas I can tell you that Mazda cars are the worst cars ever it will break down withing 2 years.
