A few years ago we had to move to Washington due being relocated due to work. I've had my SUV for 22 years, it's in good condition and runs well. On this model the vacuum hose can get knocked out of place easily which can cause air to blow on my feet constantly which drives me nuts. Usually I have had to take more time off work to go in and get this fixed because they did not listen to me when I explained about the hose during the initial drop off, but THEY listened and I got it back without any problems at all. They were also able to get me in the next week to fix those other items, one of which was a big repair. I never felt overcharged either as my services ended up being a little less than the estimate. I'm really happy that I found such a great place because even though my SUV is pretty old at this point, I really love it and want to keep it running as long as possible. I'm excited about getting all the new tech perks that come with a new vehicle, but this is my first vehicle that I bought for me, and I still love it and am not ready to let go just yet, and with this place, I know we're in good hands.

Today, I went back because I started hearing this awful squeaky/grinding sound coming from one of my front tires/brakes. Emmanuel (Owner) put my car up on the lift, took off tire, examined it, and was able to find a small rock caught between the tire and the break. He showed me the rock and where it had lodged itself. After putting everything back together, he handed me my keys and sent me on my way-no charge at all, even though he spent a good 40 minutes fixing it!!! I'm so thankful for his help, his labor, and his precious time. Most importantly thankful for his honesty. He could've easily said I needed new parts, but he didn't. This time, I didn't even have to leave the shop. ( made an appointment yesterday) He took care of my car as soon as he became available. The only thing I didn't like was actually the customers in the small waiting room on their phone playing games with sound on and talking on speaker phone. I…read morecalled Skyline and John said he could get the replacement bulbs and see us at 9:00 am the next day. He gave us an estimate less than the Jeep dealership. We show up at 9:00, he takes the Jeep and is done in a little less time than he thought. Deducted $50 and off we went. His waiting room is immaculate, comfortable, air conditioned and very pleasant. If I lived here, I would definitely go back to John at Skyline Auto. He is polite, efficient and a professional.

Brought my car in for what I thought was a leaky water pump and probable timing belt tensioner…read morenoise. So I agreed to do both. during work it was discovered that the radiator also leaked so I agreed to replacing that as well. When I met with John to pick the car up he simply handed me my keys and said he wasn't going to charge me for any of the work performed due to the shops inability to correct a new starting issue with the vehicle he suggested that it runs fine and starts perfect most the time, so maybe I just drive it. Suggested I could take it to another shop and diagnose what's wrong with it but really it wasn't a big runability issue. So now I'm thinking what the heck did you do to my car, so I took it to GM in Auburn and paid for diagnosis. John expects that I should be happy with the fact I didn't have to pay for any of the work that he performed on the vehicle. In his mind evidently future repairs which are substantial plus the car I had to rent because this was my daily is all on me, not his problem. Now my car sits in the GM backlot waiting for a camshaft that is backordered for a month or two​. What I would explain as a massive lack of integrity from the shop, because this is not how you treat customers. Aaron 2014 Chevy Cruze 1.8L with 86 thousand miles. What they found was an absolute shocker.. John's shop had broken the exhaust camshaft and then repaired it with what looks to be 5-minute epoxy.. 5 MINUTE EPOXY!
