This was supposed to be a Christmas gift to myself--to have my home professionally deep cleaned for the holiday weekend as I was hosting guests. I provided clear instructions in the notes, specifying that the kitchen, living room, dining room, hallways, and bathroom were to be cleaned, and no bedrooms were to be touched. Despite this, the cleaners arrived late, disregarded my instructions, and then had the audacity to ask me what needed to be done in the kitchen, even though I had already outlined everything in detail. Additionally, I requested that they not ring my doorbell and instead call me upon arrival. This simple request was ignored. I booked my appointment about 2 weeks in advance. During those two weeks I didn't get any updates, notifications, or confirmations about my appointment, which was a red flag. The only confirmation that I received was the initial time slot given through the yelp messenger. After a week I took it unpinning myself to get confirmation so I called the number listed on the Clean Pro's yelp page and messaged them(same way I scheduled my appointment) to make sure things were still set for my cleaning day. It took about 3 days to receive a response, which was a calendar date and time of my appointment. On the day of my appointment (today 6/28/2019) one of Clean Pro's representatives called me 15 minutes before my appointment telling me that they could not send anyone out due to their power being out!!!! I still have work today and my move-out is scheduled for 12 pm tomorrow. And on top of it all I'm moving out of state so it has to get cleaned today! I am entirely appalled at the services of Clean Pros and WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANY!!!!!! Please stay away!!!! Their prices will catch your attention but their services are not reliable.

I have 2 dogs and 3 cats so my home can get messy when I'm not on top of it. I loved that they were able to go above and beyond for the two hours requested. They left my home like new. I will definitely be recommending them to others. The amount you pay is justified by the incredible work they do. I also loved that they asked before touching anything that looked fragile. Usually cleaners will either go ahead and clean it then accidentally break something or they avoid the area all together so I was impressed that they asked and when I told them they could clean that area they were also super gently with my figurines.
