DO NOT COME HERE!!! I came to change a cracked screen for an iPhone xs. The owner charge me $150 including a protective screen. Right away I noticed the screen color was very low and not at bright as it should be. A few days later my phone turned white and blue and then just black. We came back the owner called me a liar and told me I broke the screen after removing the flimsy protective cover, the screen was in perfect condition. He made me swear that I didn't break the screen. He then started removing the screen and it cracked, to which he then told proceeded to tell me that I broke the scene. He wanted to charge me $100 to replace the scree that he broke!!! This place is a total scam and has terribly customer service! They obviously use cheap products no matter what the owner says the proof is in the fact that this isn't an isolated incident--read all the other reviews. Never coming here again!!! read more

Thoroughly pleased with my experience at We-Fix! Brought my iPhone 8 Plus in to replace a shattered screen. I was asked to return to the store in 30 minutes after dropping off the phone. (The Home Goods next door was the perfect spot to pass the time.) The phone was returned to me in good as new shape. The best part of the experience ironically came as a result of a small follow up issue that had me revisit the store a few days later. Turned out there was a small part that needed replacing. After another 30 minute wait, my good as new phone was returned to me in an even better shape, and they were kind enough to have replaced the part free of charge.
