WARNING! BEWARE OF HORRIBLE SERVICE! Dropped my MacBook off two weeks ago. The guy said it would take a 4-5 dYs to diagnose. I get a call 5 days later saying there was an issue with motherboard and would cost $130 with completion in a week. I said no problem and asked him to fix it. I call on Wednesday 9/23 to see progress and he tells me to come by Saturday to pick up. So Saturday comes and I call to see what time I can go pick up and the guy in the phone tells me that MacBook hasn't been worked on and the person u was dealing with went away to his country and that it would take another 2 weeks and $250 to fix the same problem. I tried to explain yo the guy on the phone that I already got a quote for $130 and that it was supposed to be ready for pick up today. He kept rudely insisting it wasn't his fault and that it would now cost $250. I told him forget about it and that I was on the way to pick up the computer so I can get it serviced elsewhere. When I get there, the guy on the phone/owner tells me the computer isn't there and that I would have to wait an hour for him to go get it. (Something he could've told me when I was on the phone with him 30min before I got there). At this point it is already 7pm and I tell him ill be back the following day Sunday to pick it up. Sunday around noonish i go to his store but this time I record the situation just in case he tries to pull another move. When I approach the counter asking for the computer he pulls it out from the shelf with the cover all scratched up and film from my case peeling. I asked him why the does the MacBook look like that? It didn't look like that when I dropped it off. With a nasty attitude he snaps back saying what do you mean. So I point to the MacBook cover and he looks at it scratching the surface then attempts to wipe it off with some spray and a towel. Luckily it does come off and he hands the MacBook when he realizes my phone recording and starts to point yelling why are you recording me? I tell him because of the way you conduct business and it was for my safety in case something wasn't right when I come to pick up my computer. I ask him to let go of the MacBook as he held on to it while yelling at me about recording. He finally lets go of the computer after i had to ask him 4 times! To let go! He continues with a threatening voice, Why are you causing problems, if you keep doing this I can make bigger problems for you! At this point I wasn't going to stick around having this man threaten me with his eyes bulging out at me and face all red yelling that he was going to cause "bigger problems for me". I told him that was a mistake. You took this to a whole new level by threatening me. I honestly didn't want to write a bad review and just move on to another place to get my computer fixed but the moment he threatened me, that really put me in another place. I'm so glad I have everything on video in case he comes on replying he didn't say any of that. I have no problems uploading the video on YouTube. Please stay away from this place! read more

Am guilty of always cracking my screens on all my phone so I have been to plenty of places to get it fixed, and I was recommended to this place. I went and my screen was fixed in 15 min with no issues afterwards. I have to been to places where they fix my screen and they mess something else up, but no issues so far. The owner was great, very understanding I only had 30 min before my class and really needed my phone he had two phones ahead of me and managed to finish mine in 15 min. Definitely one of the best phone repair places in the area. Brought my cracked iPhone 7 in, and it was fixed in less than 30 minutes. I asked for a tempered glass screen protector, but it wouldn't stick due to a curve issue with my phone. Rather than charging me, he left it on with the air bubbles and gave it to me for free.
