The car was vibrating whenever I drove over 60 mph. I reached out to Jesse, the owner, who told me to come to the shop whenever I was free. I went around noon on a Monday where I met Joshua. He gave me all the run down that they fix Tesla wheel's for $125 each, fixing the curb rashes were additional $50 and they require holding the car for 24 hours. I also saw many Tesla wheels laying all around the store that assured me they regularly do these fixes. As I was not prepared the leave the car that day, I drove it back few days later. Joshua noted down my contact info and the wheels I wanted to fix. As 24 hours passed I was still waiting for the call, I reached out to Jesse about the pick up time. Within couple of minutes Joshusa called me to let me know it was ready for pick up. Upon arriving, I met Joshua to complete the payment, collected my keys and was on my way. The rims absolutely looked brand new. All the curb rash marks on both wheels were gone. The vibrating issue significantly minimized as well. One minor observation was both wheels didn't come back with their original valve cap. Overall I was really happy with the consistent hassle free experience that came with such a bargaining price. For any future wheel issues, I'd be go back to Silverstar without any hesitation.

This review is based on few things: + they are going to tell you they can turn them around in 1 day... it's a scam to make you think they are going to be of high quality. + the first time they turned them around I noticed lots of running paint that was dried up. + they claim that nobody powdercoats the outer barrel of the wheel yet they advertise wheels that are fully powder coated inside and out. They literally gave me back two tone gradient wheels and didn't bat an eyelash -- the audacity + on the redo I gave them ample time to make sure they provided me with a high quality job only to receive a job worst than the first job. + $150.00 to repair rashed/bent wheel + powdercoat seemed pricey.... For the quality of work, I'd pay $50/wheel -- I'm being generous with that number. Derek is the ultimate professional. This is not your average technician. Derek diagnosed and then…read moremeticulously repaired four very bent rims on a BMW with only 12,000 miles. NY roads are terrible, so we are lucky to have someone like Derek available to assist. One of the rims was bent in 22 places and all of the rims were visually out of round. The car also had shaking which began after hitting a major pothole en route to JFK a week before seeing Derek. After Derek's repair, the car was free of all vibrations and my drive quality returned to the way it was when I left the dealership upon purchase.
