Made reservations for a date night at Webster's Bistro and it did not disappoint! We were seated in a cute booth that felt so intimate and romantic; perfect for a night out. The food was delicious with an amazing selection to choose from. Great service. Had such a great time with my hubby, it's definitely a spot we'll be coming back to!

The online menu is a little out of order, so we missed the Grill section and ended up a little surprised to see those options on the menu when we arrived. Everything sounded so good, we can't wait to come back and try more! I don't remember our servers name, but she was great! Marie Antoinette Cocktail 8/10 A sweet drink, but not too sweet. The elderflower creates a pretty floral flavor. Fried goat cheese 10/10 Amazing warm creamy cheese with a perfect breading and fry. The red onion marmalade was sweet, the perfect balance to the creaminess. Add a little arugula with balsamic to the bite and you're really in heaven. Cinnamon roll Pork Belly 9/10 Strong cinnamon flavor. Good balance between sweet and the saltiness of the bacon. Just wish there was a better balance between the texture of inside/outsides. The fat on the outside was very soft and the inside wasnt as tender compared to the fat. I do also wish the outside was a little crispier. The bourbon vanilla crema was good and balanced the cinnamon out. The maple mustard slaw was a little strange, it definitely didn't look like a slaw to us. Pan Roasted Rack of Lamb 10/10 Medium rare. Cooked perfect and juicy. The meat was tasty and the crust was a good flavor. Dauphonoise Potatoes 10/10 These were similar to an au gratin potato. creamy, a little cheesy, very good! 4-Onion Elk burger 9/10 Medium rare. Was slightly more red in the center than a medium rare should be, but it's ok. Still tasted fantastic!!! House Fries 10/10 Fried perfectly, a great crisp. The flavor was good (truffle), I just wish they had some type of aioli to dip rather than ketchup.

For my mom's birthday, we went to Webster's Bistro. We were greeted warmly and shown to our reserved table. The room was beautiful, decorated with chandeliers and elegant hanging tapestry. Since there was a birthday, we were treated with free champagne (ginger ale for the kids) in a nice champagne flute. Our server was extremely friendly and we got our food fairly quickly.- MS We had the cheese appetizer that had a wide selection, including some unique jams and preserves. MS had the salmon and I had the steak. Steak was very tasty, for some reason I could taste the freshness - which was very good. It had some compound butter and was served with amazing fries. My wife had the ratatouille with some puff pastries and it was so good. We also had some amazing cocktails throughout the night. In summary, great, fantastic service with amazing atmosphere and cuisine. - SS

Well, Webster's Bistro & Bar (in North Tonawanda) opened in April, 2013, and today is the first time we've ever gone there. I now regret overlooking it all these years. I've heard good about it but we just never went. When trying to find a place for Valentine's Day back in January, none of our usual places or even other places I've heard good about it were available and then I saw this was available at 4:15 p.m. so I grabbed it. Best restaurant decision I've made recently. Dinner was fantastic. Webster's is going to be at the top of our list from now on. Right up there with Lombardo's and Lucia's. Great meal for Valentine's Day (our half year anniversary). Photos are captioned. Our server, Bryce, was excellent. Very personable, helpful and competent.

Great ambiance, service, food. Overall, a great date night place that you know you will leave happy and full. The staff was knowledgeable and recommended the fire and ice cocktail which was amazing. The Cinnamon roll pork belly to start was so flavourful and delicious. The presentation of the dishes is truly well thought out and makes the meal even better. The little things do matter. The short ribs were delicious. We were too full for their dessert, but it all sounded so yummy.

We have heard wonderful things about this restaurant and decided to come here for our anniversary. We were immediately greeted and seated by the front window; great people watching! Our server was amazing! He came right over with water and asked if we were there "for a nice dinner,or celebrating." I said, both! He then asked if we would like complimentary glasses of champagne, so said Yes! What a surprise! We both ordered different salads, received AMAZING bread & butter (sounds silly, but trust me), and ordered our meals. I wanted the lobster bucatini, and hubs had his eye on the surf and turf. From beginning to end, an amazing experience, and they have a Members club. We signed up as we don't live too far away and know we will definitely be back. Highly recommend!

Food was of very good quality and the service was outstanding. Got the french onion soup, scallops and creme brûlée. Scallops were seared and cooked to perfection and so was the creme brûlée.

You ever get that feeling, when you want to go where the neighborhood goes? Then Websters Bistro is that place, to enjoy a nice decent meal. Whether your coming for a few drinks at their comfortable bar. Or you want to dine in their romantic looking dining room. Then you have the outside (covered) patio for those who enjoy taking in the fresh air. Websters has every element for you to enjoy. This restaurant is quite busy with scheduled events and specials. So check their website to see what may interest you. While your on their website, take the time to sign up for their free bonus club. For every dollar spent, you will get a point towards 200. When you reach 200, you will receive a $10 credit towards your next visit. Shrimp cocktail (5pcs)-Nice sized seasoned shrimp, that comes with a tasty dip. The dip is like tartar sauce with a twist Surf and turf- Lobster was prepared wonderfully. As for the filet it could've used more seasoning to me. Scallops- To me it had a light sweet flavor, and I loved that. If it was seared a little longer, the entree would've been perfect. Beignets (5pcs)- Nice warm pieces coated with a nice amount of powered sugar. These Beignets are more dense than I'm use to though. I prefer the airy almost croissant style dough

Enjoyed an evening with my aunt in my cousin. We got there at 5 but I didn't leave until 7:30. Felt that was a long time, but maybe that's standard for this place. The salmon Wellington pictured was very delicious. The salmon was cooked just right. There was a nice amount of bernaise sauce. The potatoes were cooked well. Wasn't sure what that vegetable was, but it was crispy, kind of crunchy and tasting enough. Our server was doing a good job through most of the meal, and then on everybody one around was getting desserts. He came by twice and said. "Coming right up." Finally, after about half an hour, he came back and said, " I'm so sorry, the manager is plating your dessert now." In the end, the tiramisu was very good.

We stopped in on a Tuesday because we were shopping in the area and are so glad we did! The waitstaff was friendly and attentive, the ambiance was nice (maybe the music could be lowered), and the food was amazing! I had the duck two ways and it was gorgeous and perfectly cooked. He had the enormous pork chop, also cooked perfectly and juicy. Great cocktails and apps as well. Highly recommend.

Their Detroit-style pizza is REALLY good, you definitely should order one if you go, but that night, I wanted to try something else. All-in-all, a good experience, albeit a little pricey for what I got. About 7:30pm on a Wednesday, I found a parking spot across the street, right by the entrance. As I walked in, I was greeted by a nice, young hostess who immediately seated me at a table. Not long after that, my waitress for the evening, Brooke, came over with menus and water. Brooke was great - Friendly, checked in regularly, was knowledgeable about the menu! I whittled down the menu to three choices and she helped me decide with a great recommendation. With dinner ordered, I sat back and took in the ambiance - Plenty of TVs with sports on, classic rock music playing over the speakers, and LOTS of people enjoying the evening. This place was just as packed a year ago when I came, but this time, the staff were way more synchronized! Maybe 10 minutes later, my dinner arrived - I was impressed with the quick turnaround time! For dinner, I went with their Pimento Chicken Sandwich (crispy battered chicken breast topped with a house-made pimento cheese, sweet & spicy pickles, and Alabama white sauce, between a toasted brioche bun) with a side of fries. The sandwich was great - The pimento cheese was creamy with a nice "zing", the sweet & spicy pickles were plentiful and not too sweet, not too spicy and had a decent crunch, and the Alabama white sauce married it all together. The chicken was cooked perfectly and the toasted bun held it all together with ease. The side of fries were cooked perfectly and nicely seasoned but I was a little disappointed with the portion of fries. For over $20, I was expecting a little more, if I'm being honest. The quality was excellent but I would've liked either a little bigger chicken breast for the sandwich or more fries - The metal "boat" they were served in is small, at least to me it seemed small. District 37 is a solid restaurant in North Tonawanda! It's full of energy, friendly staff, plenty of drinks, and good food. I'm glad I had one of their sandwiches, it was very good! But for the price, I wish the portions were a little more. Next time I come though, I'll probably order another one of their Detroit-style pizzas, they're soo good!

Our server checked my ID when I ordered a drink, which was perfectly fine, but didn't even acknowledge that it was my birthday. Not a huge issue, but it would have been a nice touch. Service was also inconsistent. My mom's Diet Pepsi was forgotten when our drinks were brought out, although the server did bring water for the table, which I appreciated. The appetizer was delicious and was honestly the highlight of the meal. Unfortunately, my entrée was where things went downhill. I ordered the twin filets cooked medium, but both arrived very well done. I mentioned it to our server, who took them back for a remake. When the replacement came out, it was served on a piece of lettuce for presentation, but the steaks were still not cooked correctly. One was medium rare, which I was willing to accept at that point, but the other was once again well done. I brought it to the server's attention a second time, and I was told a manager would be stopping by our table. That never happened. Instead, the entrée was simply removed from the bill. While I appreciate not being charged for a meal that wasn't prepared correctly, I was disappointed that no one came to speak with me or offered an alternative entrée so I could actually have dinner. The impression I was left with was, "We'll take it off the bill and move on," rather than making an effort to fix the situation. It's unfortunate because the two guests dining with me thoroughly enjoyed their meals. Sadly, I ended up leaving hungry on my own birthday. That's not the experience I was hoping for, and it's why I can't recommend Dockside Bar & Grill based on this visit. To make matters worse, after sharing my experience in a comment on the restaurant's Facebook page, my comment was deleted and I was blocked from their business page. Rather than addressing customer concerns or attempting to resolve issues, they chose to silence feedback. In my opinion, that's not good business practice and only added to my disappointment with the overall experience. Constructive criticism should be an opportunity to improve, not something to hide from potential customers. EDIT TO ADD AFTER MANAGEMENT RESPONSE: If you truly wanted to take full ownership of the situation, then either you or a member of your management team would have come to my table last night to speak with me, as our server advised would happen. Simply removing an item from the bill does not constitute fully taking ownership of what you referred to as a "human mistake." As for being blocked from your Facebook page, that's fine. Based on both my experience at your restaurant and your response afterward, I have no intention of returning. What is particularly disappointing is that after I posted my initial comment about my experience, no one from management attempted to contact me privately. You could have easily sent a Facebook message to discuss what happened and address my concerns. Instead, my comment was deleted and I was blocked from your business page. Your handling of customer feedback demonstrates a lack of hospitality and professionalism. Had there been better communication when the issue occurred, I likely would not have felt compelled to leave a negative review in the first place. The problem was never just the food or the mistake itself--it was how the situation was handled afterward. I can now better understand why other reviewers have commented on management's reactions to criticism. Word-of-mouth remains one of the most powerful forms of advertising. Unfortunately, negative experiences and poor customer service tend to spread much faster than positive ones. Since you chose to remove my feedback, block me from your page, fail to follow up after I had already attempted to address the issue while still in your establishment, and suggest that simply taking an item off the bill was "taking ownership," I will be sharing my experience with others and recommending that they think twice before choosing your "on the water" dining experience. You asked why I wouldn't call you to discuss making things right. The answer is simple: you had the opportunity to do that last night. I was already there, willing to discuss the issue, and was told that management would speak with me. That conversation never happened.
