They are very pleasant and they manage scheduling really well. Shout out to Anisha who always takes good care of us. The medical assistants are as professional and friendly and the physician's assistants are as helpful. They covered it all. Why wouldn't they if they are following Dr. Mohideen's lead. Dr. Mohideen is very thorough with her exams. She engages with fun conversations while diagnosing my almost 12 year old. We've been seeing her for 10 years and there's never a day that we feel like we were unattended. We truly feel part of their family. Thank you as always. Each time, Dr. Soliguen is attentive and helpful. He takes the time to really listen to you and your concern. The amount of PROFESSIONALISM AND CARE he has for our children has been unmatched. He listens to every concern and addresses it. Most importantly he makes sure our boys are SAFE with his care. We had never had an issue with the staff for the 10years we've been here. But today I have to take note that Vanessa the front desk had a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE ! We came in for a follow up since my first born was admitted at the hospital for an anaphylactic reaction. We needed a form filled out since he'll be going back to school and needs his EPI pen on hand since we are still unsure of what triggers it. I had mentioned this when I made an appointment last week. Today I come in I greeted the front desk with a smile (Vanessa) she was rude off the bat. I have never seen her there before. So I gave it a benefit of the doubt. I said we had an appointment and needed the medication form filled out for both my son's EPI pen and inhaler which are BOTH EMERGENCY medications. She then says that they can't fill out the form because my son needs a physical(mind you the TONE of voice was so rude) I asked if I can have it done today since we're here already and that's what the whole appointment was for. She said no I then got upset since school will start and my son can't be without an EPI PEN nor his INHALER given the severity of his condition. Without saying anything she just looks at the back where one of the girls that we know for a while now and asked if she can do the physical and Andrea said okay. Vanessa then just looked at me and says "you can sit down we'll call you in shortly" without any type of customer service given the fact she initially said it couldn't be done. We finally get called in Andrea did what she had to do and we saw Dr soliguen. Everything was as usual. Even Dr. soliguen said we really need that form filled out for my son without any hesitation. I then go out and Vanessa is still at the front. She gives me the forms without saying a word and I tried to brush it off. Andrea then gives me the form to fill out with a smile as usual for the physical I finished it up and I give it back to Vanessa and I said "thank you" and she just AGAIN looked at me and grabbed the form without saying A WORD. This type of ATTITUDE is unacceptable. Vanessa is both UNPROFESSIONAL and RUDE. I still gave a 5star review because I don't want to have a negative impact on all the care Dr. Soliguen has done. But I do hope this type of behavior from a staff member is addressed.

I've seen them not wipe rooms and it's almost always impossible to get ahold of them to get seen. Today for example they open at 8am it is currently 9:50am and I have called 13 times since 8am trying to get through. It rings and says all their people are on the line assisting others please try again in a few minutes. I will be trying to find a new office because this is unacceptable.

My first son was born prematurely and required a great deal of support after he was finally discharged from the hospital. Dr. Botros made sure he received all the necessary care and attention he needed, which helped him grow into the healthy teenager he is today. For that, I am deeply grateful. My youngest son was also born prematurely due to a placental abruption. During that difficult time, Dr. Botros went above and beyond by coming to the hospital personally for his circumcision. I had accidentally overpaid her, and I didn't even realize it--but she took the time to find me at the hospital to return the money. That level of honesty and integrity truly speaks volumes about the kind of person she is. Thank you, Dr. Botros, for being not only an exceptional and compassionate doctor, but also a genuinely kind and caring human being. I am so thankful for everything you have done and continue to do.

He's very very traditional, and seems to focus on the minor issues, instead of the major ones. Long story short, my son has a 102 temperature, and is a mess in the room, and the doctor is nagging me that he should not be have a pacifier at his age- I did not want a parenting counselor; I just wanted him to focus on my sons sickness. He also kept us waiting very long in the room (in between our session) and was just a bit off putting. I may be a bit sensitive, but when it comes to my child, I dont want to be scolded, or feel anything less than warmth. I will be looking for a new doctor.

We were in the room for a few minutes and he was still yelling, we came out to get my daughters height and weight, we went back to the room and I was about to talk to the nurse but she closed the door before I could say anything but my child starting SHAKING! I couldn't get her to calm down so I got our things and I walked out. I don't know her name but one of the nurses just hung her head in disappointment. I've had multiple concerns and he just dismissed them all, I noticed that my child's head was starting to get flat and all he told me was to not let her sleep too much on her back, like how? I can't do that during the night. He just DISMISSED ME! His visits are so fast, doesn't let you speak, concern is thrown out the window. Mind you I never liked this doctor but I gave him a chance. But this was definitely the last chance. I don't recommend this place.

We are a military family so having a few different doctors in different states isn't ideal but that's how it is. Finally be back home permanently since 2015 and seeing there family pediatrician Doctor gives me great peace of mind. I enjoy coming here... might be outdated in the office but does not bother me none I preferably enjoy the staff any there friendliness over interior.
