I want to start by saying I've purchased and had my Acura's serviced here for over 6 years. Brian is by far the best service person and I give him 5 stars. This last visit was NOT with Brian but with a new service person. My 18 year old son brought his Acura Integra for a simple oil change and even told them he had a coupon for it. What should've been a special $59 oil change via mailer received was up charged to $170 plus. 100% unprofessional and unacceptable also tried to force my son to sign the paper work to start the service including the unnecessary recommendations. I had to call the dealership and stop the service because they wouldn't listen to my son. Lot's of changes at this dealership lately and not for the better. This review is for Brando A. In service dept specifically. We had a battery issue and I had to get the car towed to the dealership. Mind you, this was a battery that was replaced at the dealership recently and was under warranty still. I dropped the car off at the dealership at 5 pm on Wed and he said he would let us know first thing in the morning what the diagnostic result is so I can determine if I will need a rental car or it will be fixed before my kids' pick up the next day. We had to call him 3 times at 9:30, 10:30 and 11:30 and his response was "How can I call you when the diagnostic is not done?" Ummm maybe you can tell us that, so we can get a rental car in the morning if you are not able to provide a loaner (which you guys never have) I get that the garage gets busy but all he had to say was, "it doesn't look like your diagnostic will get done this morning. I think it is safer to get the rental" he didn't communicate anything significant until my husband finally had to go into work (he already missed 3 hrs in the morning) and Brando kept gas lighting both my husband and I on the phone. I was desperate to rent a car when I heard nothing until 12:30 pm. So I had my friend drop me off at enterprise car rental but they told me had run out of car for the day. Thankfully, they were able to bring a car from a different location quickly which was an amazing customer service. I had 3 kids to pick up in 2 different schools starting 1:25pm and he called at 1:20 and said now the car is getting done and will be ready in 20 min. Really? I get that not having a loaner is out of his control but he should do a better job of communicating with customers who are feeling overwhelmed with disruption involving jobs and kids. He is dismissive and makes you feel like you are bothering him. It's your job to communicate with your customers! It is extremely unprofessional and condescending. We go out of our way to get our car serviced at Acura and we are extremely disappointed with Brando and his demeanor. I would not recommend my family and friends to get cars from Acura or get their services at the dealership if I have to deal with a person like him. It's such a shame. read more

Last few years things have really gone down hill. Started with no car washes, then no services on weekends - you have to go next door and wait a long time at Honda, now they no longer honor competitor coupons. Unfortunately, not a single person has contacted me to assist with my purchase--despite repeated follow-ups. The only person I heard from was Alyssa, who kept saying someone would be with me shortly. That "someone" never showed up. What makes this worse is the message I received from Angel, who promised, and I quote, they would "roll out the red carpet and treat every customer with the best customer service out there." My Service Coordinator Jesus Avalos Jr. was tremendous and won my business after I had called three other dealers more local to me prior to calling Weir Acura. Jesus not only answered all of my questions fairly and accurately, but when I asked a few he didn't know the answer to, he actually did me the favor of bringing service tech Justin on the call. Justin offered me new info about the procedures to change the oil on my NSX that I hadn't heard of prior, and between Jesus and Justin I was instantly sold and booked the $500 oil change. (Tustin Acura wanted $900 for the same job, but what's worse is they had no knowledge that my car requires 7 separate drain plugs be opened!) Ask for Bob! We went in to buy an Acura NSX. He was courteous and educated not only on the new cars but also the random used cars on the lot. He took the time to help us, we got there when he was about to go home. He did not say one word about it or complained, just kept answering our questions with a smile and got to know us a little. His good service is was kept us searching for the NSX across 3 lots. However, the NSX was not ready to be sold to put it kindly. First, we went on a goose chase around the whole lot to find the NSX. We were told it had some charging "issues." Finally, we found it in the Honda back lot, but was not able to open it and check it out inside. I would've gave it 5 stars, but the experience with the NSX gave me no choice. We were ready to buy, Bob was ready to sell, but the Dealership did not have the car ready for anything. The salesperson was actually NOT available, and we had the pleasure of working with Bob (Robert), who honored that price and did not try to sell us on any extras. My husband was FIRM on the price and made it clear. Bob made sure we had waters and even held my baby for me! The salesmen wasn't truthful about the model of the car and the manager was really rude and aggressive. I bought the car any way and they were supposed to detail it and it was still dirty especially the roof, with lots of water spots. I think once they realized that I was disappointed about the type of car-MDX vs MDX HYBRID, they were trying to rush me out the door. The Finance Manager (Eli) saved that deal with his professionalism and kindness. I could return it and am considering it. My overall experience from the start was fantastic. The salesmen picked me up. The car was there and I was so excited I didn't pay attention if it were a Hybrid or not. He also didn't tell me it was in a miner fender bender (I pulled my own CARFAX and sent it to him). Discussing the price was easy but when I told the sales manager he got aggressive on me and pulled the take away-you don't have to buy the car crap. Thank goodness for that Finance Manager. Retyping this gives me the awful feeling I had yesterday when I bought it. The GM was not there yesterday and I hope he sees this and gives me a call. read more

BEWARE*** This is not to discourage anyone from taking their business to this dealership but only to bring awareness. I purchased a 2018 tesla model 3 on May 4th 2025 and after getting home, i noticed that the rear bumper had to be clicked back into place on both sides. It was such a small thing that I didn't think much of it. I only ever drove the car to work, which doesn't require use of highways, but after each drive I'd have to click the bumper back into place. About 3 weeks ago the bumper was displaced quite a bit so I called the dealership and they told me to bring it in. When I did, I was told that something was caught on the undercarriage and pulled the bumper out and that it would need to go to a body shop but that the sales manager wouldn't approve it. At first I took responsibility but I then realized that for something to get caught on the undercarriage meant that it was already loose and and hanging low which is why I kept needing to click the bumper back into place. After taking it to a service center I've been quoted a cost of $1,200-$3,500. I was told by the sales rep who sold me the car that I should have taken pictures before driving it off the lot and for that I take responsibility. If you are in the market for a used car and considering this dealership, PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE go over every inch of the vehicle including underneath and take plenty of pictures! read more

We had the opportunity to shop around at a few Acura dealerships in the Inland Empire Region. The primary dealerships we looked at were Spreen Acura (closest to our location), Metro Acura and Weir Canyon (furthest from our home) As any shopper would like to do, we did look around for pricing options available. We had the pleasure of working with Kyle Gibson. He was able to procure not only the color/trim that we requested, but did work with us in terms of getting us the pricing that we required on a lease. There was no pressure-cooker type of sales tactic he used and the service as a result was a very pleasant experience. Met with Brian T service manager for my A1 service. He was very professional and welcoming. It took about an hour for my service. I waited in the nice clean waiting room and a cup of hot chocolate since it was raining. The only thing needed in the waiting room is a complimentary cell phone charging station would be nice. Just walked away from Weir Canyon Acura, they don't deserve any business. Emad the POS manager, what a dishonest snake. Weir Canyon Acura embodies the exact qualities it has become so unenjoyable to buy a car these days. Markups on top of markups and lies after lies. Trying to fool people into paying 10x the retail price for accessories. I even showed them the prices of these accessories from another Acura dealership to show how absurd it is to charge $1495 for illuminated emblem and $2995 for illuminated door sills, and told by Emad that their parts are OEM, no sh** sherlock, so were the ones I showed him. They pulled out bs inflated sheets trying to justify the markups as their cost which couldn't be further from the truth. Really disappointed after being in communication for over a year with Bruce McCurdy and then get the unlucky draw of dealing with Emad. Hope Weir Canyon Acura goes out of business soon with practices like this or better yet sued for dishonest business practices. I hope nobody ever gets ripped off buying a car from them again and let their business get eaten up by the honest dealerships in the area. I'd rather go as far as possible away from this dealership to buy an Acura and I'll cringe every time I pass this lot of deceit. It's a shame that this local dealership tarnishes the locale reputation by being where it is. I refuse to do business with Weir Canyon and if you're reading this I've forewarned you. Soooooooooo when I went to buy the car the service was SUPER top notch, of course right because salesmen want to make a sale, obvi. Well, I had a few issues with the car within the first week. Nothing major, just small things. (It was a dealer loaner car, so it was not brand new). It seemed like I was a bother to the person that sold me the car when I was calling to get the car appt booked. I mean I paid 70 grand for a car, I'd like to have the same service as when I wrote that check. Fast forward, I had the appt. at the dealer after calling multiple times to book the appt. They literally text me about 2 hours after I dropped it off to tell me it was ready. Very unlikely they fixed everything I requested. Turns out they didn't fix my steering wheel THAT I specifically called and asked them to check with the service tech to see if they fixed it before I head back over to pick up my car, they said yep it is fixed. NOT! Turns out when I took it to another Acura dealer, I needed the whole steering wheel replaced and the part had to be ordered, so obvi they couldn't do that in two hours. I ended up having to go to another Acura dealership to get it fixed. My boyfriend was going to purchase a car from that same sales person, but after all the hassle I went through to get in touch with him or get things done properly after I bought the car, he is not going to go to that dealership. It is about the total experience, not just the sales part. read more
