This place is GREAT! I feel as if I'm a picky pizza eater and this is definitely worth talking about and worth trying. It's not inexpensive pizza but it's pizza worth the price. Unique combinations to try or keep it pure with just cheese or a margarita pizza. The sauce is fantastic! Maybe that's what makes the pizza but the customer service is great too. The crust is not too thin and not too thick. I wish parking was easier but this I will drive around for and wait for a space. I am excited to continue trying their different combinations. I am known as a big pizza fan, and this spot blew me away. I got the bbq chicken, red light hot honey, Philly cheesesteak, and a bread, and I am already looking forward to coming back. Weirdooughs.... Yes it's weird dough for sure. Just ordered the "red light" pizza and omg inedible. First of all, their pepperoni flavor is veryyyy strong (some people may like this) but the pancetta sauce just takes it over the top to a level of bitterness that's inedible. Such a bad fat and bitter flavor in the pizza sauce. More important issue, the dough is extremely chewy! Both my husband and I couldn't go through a slice each and left the crust as it was not chewable at all. What is up with that? As another reviewer mentions, it also had a WEIRD aftertaste... tasted like refrigerator??? Ahhhh can't believe how bad it was read more

I've taken a few pizzas home, and while they're still good, they're definitely best enjoyed fresh since they can get a bit softer and heavier over time. They don't offer delivery and are closed on Sundays, which is just something to keep in mind. Came here recently with my wife , and it was really nice and cozy. Very chill atmosphere. They have a set of these flash cards on the table with questions you can ask one another while you're waiting. One of the questions I believe was " What is your most treasured memory?" Fantastic New York style pizza; a bold but true statement coming from my husband (a born-and-raised New Yorker) and me (an NYC resident for many years). Weirdough's Pizza has done a great job of bringing a slice of "home" to us. Quality ingredients, tasty sauce, and the crust was cooked to perfection. Our pie at Weirdough's Pizza definitely left a strong first impression. We found our way here after a day at Universal Studios. They're just down the hill from where we exited. Parking directly in front of their entrance is limited, but there are a few slots available for patrons if you're lucky to snag one. Walking through their entryway was such a vibe. It felt like we entered a new realm. They have an intimate sized indoor space with a few seating options, and a good-size, shaded outdoor seating area. We opted to eat outside and loved it. The space was clean and well-maintained. Service was attentive and efficient. Our waitress checked in on us frequently and we received our food in a very reasonable amount of time after placing our order. My husband I have different tastes in pizza, so we opted to split a pie. (They only have one size and did not seem to sell by the slice.) One side of our pizza had sausage and roasted peppers and the other half had pepperoni and pineapple. As noted above, all ingredients tasted fresh and of good quality. Crust was cooked perfectly, NY style. The cheese had the perfect amount of pull and drag with each bite. Excellent! A few last things to note. The price point is a little high, but the product is good and didn't leave us feeling disappointed with what we paid. At the time of our visit, we were told they only take cash or Venmo, but only after we sat and ate. We didn't notice any signage indicating this either. This could have potentially been an issue for us, but my husband and I were able to figure it out. So thrilled to have Weirdough is Burbank! Great location on pass!. We went there for lunch, while you can order a whole pizza or from 11am-2pm you can order just a slice. I love being able to try a variety of what they offer. I ordered the buffalo chicken , the perfect combo of chicken hot sauce and blue cheese. Crust was delicious! Also tried out the Caprese with sliced tomatoes- and mozzarella super fresh and flavorful. Also enjoyed the classic margarita. Slice are big and very filling. Staff was friendly and helpful. There were more than 8 options of pizza slices to select from when we went (they change daily). We decided to eat there, there are a small number of tables. Like their other location, street parking is your only option but plenty of side streets with open spots. Can't wait to try more options on my next trip there. read more

Don't u ever...EVAH miss out on the most realistic east coast pizza. Papa Vin and Daniela r New Jersey transplants that "retired" to LA to be close to their adult kiddos. Notsomuch. Started during the pandemic from their home to a kitchen in an auto repair bay to weekend nights at a breakfast joint...their following had grown to big that they had no choice but to open their own shop 5 days a week. Literally the bestest pizzas in all of LA AND the best family that owns and operates. Dine in or order for take out. And coincidentally the owners father and I lived on the same street in the same projects in Queens NY. I only wish the name was more representative of what they are selling. I decided to go here with a friend, due to his review of the place last year in their Studio City location. I've always wanted to try this place, but havent been able to. After a bit of musical parking in Burbank near Warners(its a bit of challenge) we finally got there to try some pizza. I noticed there were a good selection of slices, so this way I wouldnt have to order a full pie. I ordered a white soppresetta slice and a reverse parm tomato slice. I also had a half italian sandwich, and a small order of Garlic knots. The sandwich wasnt warmed up, it was a mix of italian meats with some tomato sauce. It was pretty good, and gave me hope the pizza would be even better 7.5/10. The Soppresetta slice was somewhat rigid with some crisp(mainly at the end of the crust). The soppresetta was a very strong flavor that overpowered everything else. I really didnt taste much of the other toppings. The crust was a touch doughy and bit heavy for a NY style slice. 7/10. The reverse tomato slice was a bit dissapointing. The dough didnt have much of a flavor, it was floppy, and too "dough-ey" for a NY style slice., The Tomato sauce wasnt bad, but the rest of the pizza just threw me off from the entire experience. There was no crisp or air pockets in the slice. It just felt too "heavy" for a NY style slice. 6.5/10. The garlic knots were fresh and tasty, but a bit on the dough-ey side. Less of an issue than the slices. 8/10 , good that it comes with tomato sauce on the side. I dont know if their freshly baked pies are cooked better and give a better result, but these slices did not hit the mark. I find that in the area that Prime Pizza does a better job with their slices and gets closer to a proper NY Style(also easier to park!). WhatUpDough also is a better option on Magnolia blvd as well. I still think in the area Ozzy's Apizza is king and thats the first place to think about getting the best quality pizza. I was expecting something least on the level of Pizza Wagon from Sherman Oaks. read more

When I came, I found out the family who runs this place is FROM MY HOMETOWN IN NEW JERSEY! They even owned & operated a very successful Italian restaurant in the area..
