It was like it's sat for a while and we ordered and we ate there and the burger was cold the fries were okay The beverages were fine services good except for the fact that I ordered a burger and the cheese wasn't even melted that's how cold it was. I was craving their chili yesterday so I checked their on-line menu but didn't see it listed, so I called. "Yes, we still have it ... but only after 9:30 a.m. ??? I arrived there at 9:35 a.m. this morning. "The chili is not available until after 10:30 a.m." So I left and took my business elsewhere. 1) Why was I mis-informed? That's WHY I called first! 2) It never used to be this way, but now they have a Lunch Menu which doesn't begin until 10:30 a.m. This is the same menu rubbish that McDonald's has had for years. Worst service of all the fast food in Bullhead City. You stand at the counter and they ignore you. They don't say be with you in a minute, they are rude. I have walked out half a dozen times or more over several years and don't go back for several months until I cave and try again because I like their chili. I walked out again today and just tried to leave a complaint on their website but even that is rude as it limits the message content so you can't explain what happened. We've gone to this Wendy's a few times while passing through BHC on our way to either Laughlin or Vegas. It's normally not too bad, but this weekend did it for me. I'll put up with sad fries, stale buns and overflowing trashcans, but no A/C when it's 110 degrees outside? Yeah, methinks not. But this review isn't for me, it's for the employees. If you are like me, you like biscuits and gravy. It's been a while since I could indulge, although I have tried every open drivethru. Most are somewhere between mediocre and hideous. I read a few weeks ago the Wendy's was offering breakfast again. I tried it this morning. I've got to say, their biscuits and gravy are exceptional. Really good sausage and seasoned well. Good consistency to the biscuit as well. After trying every restaurant within 30 miles of here, this is the best I have had since a diner along the backroads in the middle of Arkansas. Good cold no taste should have gone to Culver's where food is cooked fresh. This was terrible and expensive. Never again.

So remits fast food, but! The service is the best service I have ever had at a Wendy's and around town, maybe Culver's is just as nice. The people here work hard to provide great service. I've been coming to this Wendy's for over 12 years. And this is the first time I've had a bad experience with them. The old man who cooks really doesn't give a shit about his job. I asked for a Big Bacon Classic combo. The burger looked more like a jr bacon cheeseburger with broken bacon pieces. I complained and asked for what I paid for and I got the same burger instead and the old man talked about the end of the world and ignored me when I confronted him. The manager on duty tonight was absolutely the best manager I've ever seen. Im pretty sure he was the manager and if he wasnt he should be. I work for a big corporation and the way he handled the flow of customers was amazing. Knew almost every customers name and even helped out one lady to her car with her large order. Even when it got to our order I had asked if they had buffalo sauce which they dont but was kind enough to offer the buffalo ranch for the salads. (By the way it was amazing dressing for my fries) We dont live locally and were on our way home and figured we needed to eat somewhere. Thank you for your amazing service with your customers. The food is good. My concern with this place, and I can't believe the Health Department hasn't gotten involved: food service. An order is taken, the tray is placed on counter by register, order is paid. Next customer comes up, orders, pays over top the previous orders tray as it's being assembled. Coughing, sneezing, kids swinging on counter dirty paws next to my food tray! Disgusting! I insist on my tray being put on another counter, away from other customers, handled only by employees who presumably washed their hands. Simple enough?! Even at a buffet there's at least a sneeze guard! Not this Wendy's! Drive-thru attendant is super nice and overly-qualified to provide the best customer service experience ever! They were out of a couple nuggets to complete the 10-piece meal, so he substituted tenders... with our permission, of course. Also, we SCORED with the $4 menu!! Tried the new pulled pork sandwich. Eh... It's not that great. The Coleslaw kind of ruins it. It takes over the burger. They barely put any pulled pork on it and it was super messy. Which I expected. The bbq sauce was good I liked the sweet one I got. I got the spicy one for my husband and it wasn't and they didn't put he cheeseburger in it. But you bet I paid for it. Grrr. The only saving grace was the pulled pork fries. They were good and had more taste and meat on it than my sandwich did!! Fail. And for two combos with fries $18. Pass. This Wendy's has slowly gotten worse :( a friend recently bought two Spicy Chicken sandwiches that were RAW - as in Not Cooked!! - salmonella!!!? My wife had a Dave's #1 small combo and I had a #1 Daves double sandwich only. Her fries were awful, soggy and tasted like burnt grease. Excellent staff!! Not only do I go here all the time, because the food seems to be of higher quality than most fast food, but the staff is always excellent. I had an incredibly busy day and drove away before they were able hand back my credit card. The manager Susan attempted to track me down, and I had my card back to days later. Customer service is HORRIBLE!!!, I felt pressured and un welcome. I felt I was rushed to order when I had questions about the menu the cashier working at that time answered my question without answering my question if that makes any sense, Exactly my point. I asked about the Southwest Salad I asked what half or full meant and the cashier looked at me as if I should have known and replied with "if you want it half or full" I didn't have my glasses so she wasn't any help.
