Let's go get a Frosty Fusion at Wendy's! That's something you'll never hear me say again!! I ordered the Oreo Brownie Frosty Fusion. The picture made it look like it would have some chocolate syrup swirl around the inside of the cup. It looked like it would have whipped cream on top or possibly Frosty stuff forming a mound over the top of the cup. It came with a domed lid to keep the Frosty goodness from flowing down the side of the cup. I took the Frosty treat to the dining room and looked it over. It was sad. There was no chocolate swirl inside the cup. I don't know why there was a domed lid on the cup, unless it kept the Frosty builder from making a mess during the build process. The cup wasn't full to the top but the clear domed lid was covered with Frosty goo. I returned to the counter and was told that this was how my Oreo Brownie Frosty Fusion was supposed to look. The server at drive thru window was so rude I will never go back. I ordered a meal, from Wendy's in Carrollton, TX. Got to window, paid and asked for a ketchup and ranch. She insisted on only giving it to me if I paid additional for it. I've never had to pay for ketchup! Once in a blue moon for ranch. Disappointed in my large frosty, didn't fill the cup/lid when asked clerk said that's all your suppose to get. I pointed to picture on menu on wall behind him showing curl on top and stripes of chocolate and way above rim of the cup- he just shrugged his shoulders and walked away. After placing my order, paid, and received my order (didn't check before driving off). Get home to sit down and eat I notice that all my food was not in the bag. Went back to let them know that they forgot some items, the manager tried to argue or state that I was not truthful about receiving all my items. the cashier that actually took the order agreed that the burger was sat aside and was in a bag when I came back. I always order Wendy's because of their great mobile deals. Especially the free items. The drive through is quick and the service is nice.

Let me say up front that this review is on their breakfast biscuits ONLY. I know Wendy's has chosen to enter into the breakfast arena, and I have to admit to being skeptical, particularly about this location, which has, in recent years, been quite sloppy and a bit inattentive at making burgers. At any rate, we felt sufficient time had passed for them to work out any kinks in their new product line. My wife and I both got the honey butter chicken biscuit, and I was more than surprised. The biscuit was light and fluffy, and the chicken portion size was just right and well cooked, but I wish had been a bit crispier. Given that, the honey butter was right on point. Not too sweet, yet just the right blend of butter and honey, and not too much of it on the biscuit. In short, it is a terrific choice for a quick breakfast. It is almost as good as Chick Fil A, and that is high praise. The service was quick and efficient, but not quite at the CFA standard. Not bad by any means, but could improve in the personable area. We will definitely try these biscuits again, as well as some of the other breakfast offerings. Well done! read more

Clean and fast! Great staff! I'm impressed by the way I moved through the line with barely enough time to get my card back in my wallet. Hot fries and a great selection for lunch. With the Wendy's app I even got a free frosty... chocolate is my frosty flavor. A winner! I got my Barq's root beer and made a float!! Nostalgia at it's best!! We were in the area yesterday for a quick state inspection at the auto repair shop across the street and decided to swing in to give Wendy's new breakfast offering a try. Their croissant sandwiches are definitely a high recommend from us! The croissant buns are wonderfully light and flaky without being too overly buttered and they are very generous with the proteins (we tried both the bacon and sausage). The best part also is that the eggs weren't the artificial white pucks but actual eggs that looked to have been cooked on a stovetop or griddle! read more

I go to Wendy's for their drink menu. I like the Honest green tea, the strawberry sweet tea, the strawberry lemonade and the fruit tea chillers. I like this location because it's clean, well kept and staffed with friendly employees. I went inside instead of going through the drive thru for my tea and was very pleasantly surprised to see delicious cookies on the counter. But you can't just go to any Wendy's for the cookies. Not all of them have them on sale. Fortunately my drink stop does and I think these cookies are tastier than the ones at Jason's deli. read more

Food took forever, they didn't understand the menu and wouldn't let me order cheese fry's. Also when it finally got to us it was cold.

I've lived in the area my entire life and have given this location so many chances. Raw meat, someone's hair cooked into the cheese on my burger, and today not getting at all what I ordered. Paid for an entire breakfast sandwich just to get home, unwrap it and it's a plain biscuit with nothing. I even heard the woman yell my specific order back to the cooks while I was at the drive through. Still wrong. Please do better. I will not be coming anymore. So many chances. read more

Hands down the best Wendy's I've been to. Service is friendly and fun. Food is fresh and tasty. And the atmosphere is both upscale and welcoming in a way that makes you just want to hang out for a while. It looks and feels new even though it's not and is remarkably well-maintained. The dining area was very cold. I asked an employee to please turn off the air conditioning as myself and the other patrons are freezing. When I finished my meal and left, the air conditioning was still blowing cold. Not a pleasant dining experience. Note to manager: Make the environment comfortable for your patrons. I tried to call the store to get this resolved for the future but every time I called it was a fax number or something along those lines listed in google and even on the Wendy's website. My wife and I have been eating here for several years and its a great Wendy's! We enjoy their seasonal specials and in particular their berry salad! Their chili is a regular favorite of mine. Wendy's customer's should know that they served a burger which had a large piece of plastic across the entire interior of the burger that the city health inspector even said that it would have been severe had it been ingested. This store refunded the purchase; however their customer service center seems to be merely an outlet to call, because no action has been taken, although they did finally return a call once the inspector visited them and issued a citation. Call the city manager's office anytime you have a complaint and get these restaurant's into compliance! read more
