Have been getting quick side orders of chili and burgers for years at this place. Before we knew about microplastics and GMO Wendy's was considered the healthiest of the big three burger chains since salads were a major item on the menu. The burgers pale to comparison to any smashburger. For the budget conscious and health conscious consumer this was the go to chain. The hamburgers aren't as delicious as I remember they were in the 1980's. I think the nuggets and the chili are still good. I vIsited one early morning for breakfast and was the only customer there. The store was immaculate; the bathroom beyond clean. This was my first ever breakfast experience in a Wendy's restaurant. I had the egg/cheese/bacon muffin. Although light on the bacon, had the English muffin been toasted, it would've been a 10. The French toast sticks were amazingly satisfying: hot and chewy, with a side of syrup. The side potatoes were well seasoned and good; no need for ketchup. With an OJ and a small coffee, the total came to around $14. I don't usually do fast food breakfast so I don't know if that's a good deal. For me, it's a bit pricey but I would consider going back every now and then, especially for those French toast sticks! So as I'm leaving I decided to get a coffee refill - I asked when I initially ordered and was told I could. So I went to the counter and waited while some young man was cleaning. The girl who took my order was nowhere in sight. And I waited... and I waited... and I waited. The young man could clearly see me standing there but chose to not acknowledge me. Then as he began to walk away from whatever task he was engaged in, he asked me what I wanted, with a face that said he couldn't care less, to which I responded that I would like a coffee refill. With a deadpan face, he answered that they don't do that and I explained that the young girl who took my order said I could. A coffee refill wasn't really a big deal so I left, but am taking off a star from this review for poor customer service on his part. Got four 4 for 4 meals! I was able to switch the drink for a frosty and lemonade (with real lemon pieces, whoa! Is this really still Wendy's?!) which is mind blowing. I'm surprised that they brewed fresh coffee for me which I had to drive away and wait for, but the guy who took my order walked it out to the car for me. Much improved from my last review! You know what saved this poor experience from a one star? The really really nice staff. We've got flies, dirty floors, No self serve Ketchup, No diet soda in self serve dispenser....not one diet option. Oh boy, then i open my baconator. 1.5 pieces of bacon on top. Baconator should have SIX strips of bacon on it. I should be looking for the AED after one of these beasts...That was the final straw. Lucky the people are amazing working behind counter. Wildly stressed lady complaining about the soda mix is $100 a bag. Really? Somebody must be behind on thier over MSRP Lamborghini Urus and bespoke yacht payments. I know it's expensive to insure and fuel up those bad boys but come on...wild cost cutting in effect. The Baconator Marshall was in town tonight....the replacement sandwich was GLORIOUS! Bravo to staff. Shame on ownership. Corporate getting a call tomorrow after i visit again....very soon. Drive thru next time to blindside and catch the continued cost cutting. read more

So for the second time I ordered the Summer Strawberry salad and asked for no cheese. When my husband came home with the order there was a ton of Parmesan cheese in the salad. Upset I called the store and complained. Sherton, a manager had assured my husband there was no cheese in my salad. I spoke to him and he said he would personally deliver a new salad to my house!! He said he takes customer service seriously and offered to make things right. A few minutes later a new salad was delivered to my door. i understand many businesses are doing the best of their ability during Covid but this is just straight up unacceptable. my food was frozen not even completely cooked because whoever was working didn't want to give me or my food or my order the time of day and didn't feel like doing their job. I am beyond enraged. if you want quality fast food, this wendy's, or any wendy's for that matter are not the way to go. especially if u planned on bringing your kids home food. read more

I'm embarrassed to say that I drove thru and got 4 for 4. My nutritionist Susan would have a heart attack if she knew. I got the bacon cheeseburger chicken nuggets and to save calories a Diet Coke. They were fast and efficient and for $4.00 I was able to make it back to work in 20 minutes. No it's not at all Healthy! It was food and I needed to eat something. I go to get a lunch with my friends during my lunch period and there's no line, which was perfect. my friends order and i wait for 8 or so minutes with no one taking my order even though i'm the only one on the line. they bring my friends order out and i still don't get my order taken. the service was incredibly frustrating especially when a worker was doing nothing. read more

Stopped by this evening for a quick bite. I have been to this location quite a few times in the past and the dining area is usually a mess. It was no different tonight. Because of the weather it appeared that they were shorthanded on workers. Thank goodness we were the only customers. My main issue is that the girl who took my order and my money then went and prepared my food. She was wearing the same gloves when she handled my cash, gave me my change, and then handled my food. Isn't there a health ordinance regarding this? I did not complain to the manager as I know from past visits that this older oriental woman is a very nasty and rude person to both customers and to the workers. All the workers should wait till a busy time and all walk out on her at the same time. I will call the store as well as corporate headquarters tomorrow to complain. read more

This has got to be the worst Wendy's ever! If it wasn't the only place near my house, that was open late, I'd never go there. First of all, never go inside. There is only one register and even when it's not busy, they ignore you for the drive thru and it takes forever. As for the drive thru, how is it that no matter what I order or what time I order it's never ready and I have to wait by the stop sign? Not to mention that 75% of the time they get my order wrong. It really is ridiculous! I even made the mistakes of complaining once, after sitting by the stop sign, watching a dozen cars and twenty minutes pass, while I waited for my food. The manager was some old Asian woman who was nasty and cursed at me, she actually believes managing a Wendy's gives her some kind of authority. If you're actually reading this, (cause lets face it, how many people look up Wendy's on Yelp, except for maybe the people who work there, and understand what a bitch that little Asian woman was) don't be lazy like me, drive the extra mile and go to McDonald's in Oceanside. Food might not be as good as Wendy's but the process to get it won't take twenty minutes and you actually get what you order! read more
